I went to the Mudland location for over a year. Did i stay sober? Not very long. Did my friends stay sober, most didnt and some died. God answers prayers but you can't just pray your way out of addiction and expect your mental faculties to go away. THERE NEEDS TO BE CLASSES ABOUT ADDICTION. THERE IS A 12 STEP JOURNEY THATS BIBLE RELATED. THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE TEEN CHALLENGES MAKE. NO CLASSES ON OR ABOUT ADDICTION, WHILE THE ROOM IS FULL OF ADDICTS.As you may be able to see I'm a successful realtor. I basically give everything that I know and figured out how to love to God at Team Challenge. I fell off believing God through my 20s traveling the world, where compared to Texas and the Bible Belt they're quite a few more people that don't believe in God. But I can say Teen Challenge has turned my life around. I didn't see it at first, I still have had my struggles with alcohol and different things like that. But my relationship and my spiritual relationship is extremely strong weather I'm struggling or not now. I love Jesus, and I love everyone at Teen Challenge, it was probably 5 years since I've been there. But I really owe my life to how strong my connection with God, and some wild spiritual experiences. I really criticize the place for a while because I didn't really understand how much self-discipline and my love for God there was there. So I think you guys that Team Challenge all night you're doing God's work helmet and I appreciate everything you taught me.

I had the best time when I went the November 26, 2025 and well too start the great food in the mornings and for lunch and the dinners were delicious.. I highly recommend you good you need mental help . And you have to stay about 10 days the first time you go but it’s worth it . The staff is so nice and always making sure you’re good . I like going for the people you can meet and talk too . I’m a people’s person so yeah I like too talk but you if you ain’t a people person that’s fine too they got a room for you there too . I like the Night shift staff because I can be myself around my friends who are there . I like working out there and you get too sleep and be able too talk too the cute females of you think you got a chance with her then make your move !. Checkmate .

I cannot recommend this Center enough. I’m shocked reading all the bad reviews because we drove all the way from Oklahoma to get help here. The counselor Karen was wonderful with my daughter. We’ve had a complete 180 with the level of anxiety she was struggling with. I cannot recommend them enough.

But they do, they really do. Melissa Costa has truly helped me to understand and to deal with having someone you love with an addiction. She has helped me set boundaries. This treatment center has by far been the best center for my brother who has been an addict for over 40 years. The admin and staff support in housing, finance and counseling all help hold everyone accountable in a positive and encouraging way. And his main therapist and family interventional counselor Melissa Cosca has been the center of it all helping counsel and explain addiction to patients and families so that we can all understand, react, respond and approach everything differently in a way that works best for the addict and their families. Her advice has been phenomenal to help us all be successful moving forward as we deal with the daily struggles but also the daily successes. I greatly appreciate her counsel and know she is there for any and all questions indefinitely. Her support and the support group we all have as families and for my brother is what we needed to overcome this horrible disease. We are so blessed to have found it here at stages!

Outstanding Facility Pete has to be one if the most Amazing men I have met in Recovery and there too help if They Took insurance I would deff be there or back there instead of A State fundrd facility that is trash (Sunrise Canyon ) . There are several very caring staff members working here. I’m grateful for what they do on a daily basis. The staff also seems to always answer the phone when I call to check on a family member. I would love to give it 5 stars but there are some improvements in the facility that need to be addressed.

Love this BHC. Well...I did like it till they moved upstairs. I relate well with the care staff, monitors, nurses, cna's etc. Dr. Bankes is the probably THE best person I know. She takes her career extremely seriously and is just a real great person all the way around. You won't find another person as committed as her. Most people who know or work with her, love her. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

They are doing the best they can with what the government gives them to work with but I have not had any problems with them. I use the Patient Portal to send and receive messages, request refills so I don't think anyone that knows their way around a computer will have any problems, of course realizing there are some that simply cannot.

The Ranch at Dove Tree has been a wonderful experience for our son. I have read over the reviews and felt that a positive review was needed. We had to do self-pay because my son didn't have insurance. They worked with us and he was admitted. He has nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were all very helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I don't know what other's expect, but we appreciated the positive response we have had from the Ranch. They are helping us get our son in an IOP faciliity right now and have been very helpful with referrals and knowledge. We love the Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock.
