Our children addicted to fentanyl needing detox / rehab have to do another ASSESSMENT . This is checking insurance, documents,. We have already done this, opioid addiction is no short battle. We need a quicker way to access care. This operation needs to be streamlined to get these kids off the streets quick fast and in a hurry. Also if you miss an appointment here they will call CPS on you knowing that these kids are in the grips of a progressive illness. Oh and the parents have to be there or they won’t see you. How can we manage to find a drug attic that doesn’t want to be found for this, and parents that work. This place a labyrinth.

Everyone seemed very nice & helpful until I got to the actual therapist. Her name I do not know but it’s something like Doctor O, she’s an African lady.
I struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts & I have been for a long time. It took every last bit of me to walk into this building. I was on my last will to live. I didn’t even expect to walk out of that building changed, but I didn’t expect to leave that building distraught.
Her…. “Professional advice” centered herself and her opinions about God & society impressions instead of myself.
She trivialized & invalidated the abuse I received as a child.
She looked up my sisters information to see when & where her appointments would be. What she wants to do with that info, I do not know b/c my sister goes to Bridges which is on the ground floor. Mine is on the 2nd floor.
I will never forget this experience. Ever.
I was already apprehensive about going to therapy & that was so damaging to me, I couldn’t imagine going back into that building again. I don’t want to go anywhere, I’d rather suffer. I’m suffering enough.
I expressed my concern to the lady who sets up your appointments after your session & she basically said “Sorry you feel that way but she’s the only one we got so here’s other places you can try if you don’t like it.”
I won’t be going back to this place ever.
2 stars. 1 for everyone else who, if not genuinely concerned, at least did their job well. 1 for the pills b/c at least they curb my urge to die.

I stayed in the adolescent unit for ten days and it actually helped me for the most part.Yeah there were days were I got triggered really bad but I think in the end that helped prepare me. Plus the techs ( April, Kamille and Portchia especially) were really helpful.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We were having a hard time finding a psychiatrist to see my son in a reasonable amount of time, then insurance was giving problems, these ladies were an absolute blessing. The entire staff was so helpful and reassuring. My son was seen immediately. When your kid is in crisis time is critical. They addressed his needs and prescribed meds that day. Wonderful place and staff
I went to this place for 5 years before I moved to Dallas. Now 4 years later Im moving back. Thank God for this place. My sobriety is my everything. These people care about your sobriety if you do

I would love to get the word about how wonderful my pulmonologist is. Her name is Dr Alapati. She has gone way above and beyond for me. I found out I had lung cancer and she made sure I had all the appointments I needed. She helped with saving my life. I’ve been scared and stressed but she has been there with me the whole time. Even it’s just checking in on me. Love her

The facility was filthy, torn up, smelled badly, furniture was in poor condition, and the overall state of the facility was worrisome. They seem very disorganized and more like a homeless shelter than a rehab. I will never ask a family member or friend to go there. We will seek help elsewhere. I don't understand how a place like that can stay in business.

This place was clean, respectable uplifting, healing, free to those who can’t afford it. The staff was respectable given the outcome of the patients that they could help and those they could not help the counseling group sessions were very educational to those who want to recover very eye-opening to seeing the truth behind addiction forever grateful thank you turning point

Turning Point is a place I saw countless miracles happen. I have never felt so loved and accepted by EVERY member of staff. You will get what you put into the treatment program and so much more. Amazing food, too!

Outstanding Facility Pete has to be one if the most Amazing men I have met in Recovery and there too help if They Took insurance I would deff be there or back there instead of A State fundrd facility that is trash (Sunrise Canyon ) . But Would recomend this place to anyone even if they dont have insurance . There kind understanding and Support and Sympothize with All, Dr Gore is an Outstanding Doctor.

I am thankful for Stages of Recovery, with their therapeutic groups and one-on-one counseling, we provide a program that works if you work it. I was able to conquer my addiction and learn how to live a life free of alcohol and drugs.

I can’t say enough about how Stages of Recovery is answering this Momma’s prayers. My adult addict daughter has struggled for 23 years in and out of her addiction with the added layer of mental health issues. Stages hung in there with us and never gave up helping us navigate through the challenges of getting her the help she needed to control her mental health to set her up to be ready to focus on her recovery. Love this BHC. Well...I did like it till they moved upstairs. I relate well with the care staff, monitors, nurses, cna's etc. Dr. Bankes is the probably THE best person I know. She takes her career extremely seriously and is just a real great person all the way around. You won't find another person as committed as her. Most people who know or work with her, love her. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

I'll was there everyone was welcoming and helpful and they listen and and I'll felt safe it was very clean unit and the food was good and groups where wonderful and you art crafts or you play games but I'll made some really good friends if I'll ever need help I'll definitely will be going back

The San Angelo VA is top notch. Making an appointment is easy and the doors are open for any Veteran. The staff has my vote. They take their job and our mental and physical health seriously.

The name alone Turning Point. A specific, significant moment when something begins to change. Something that happens in the course of our life which shifts our thinking and opens our eyes to new horizons. Amen. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO. Marie, awesomeness, looking out for peoples dietary needs to keep us healthy. Definitely one of many important jobs here. Alesia, Ed, Justin, and Rose (make it fun lol). I wish I could mention all your names here. My memory is not as good as it use to be (All that time in Oakland California and Berkeley California). Each and everyone of the players on this team is ALL STAR in this chapter in the Great Book of my life, what a show. I am not going to sugar coat this. Rules and procedure are there for you to succeed in your journey to recovery. You will have to work to achieve what you want from this place. They will provide the tools, resources and a exit plan for aftercare. It will be up to you to make it happen. Choosing to be SET FREE from your addictions or mental health issues. I would recommend this facility. For those of you still suffering. Remember sometimes in life the Risk you didn't take should be the risk you take.

Turning point changed everything for me . If it wasn't for them I wouldnt be sober today I was living a hard life by choice I was so scared to go in but once I got there I had never felt so loved they made me feel important as soon as I got there I love them so much . I didn't want to leave when it was my time they're truly amazing I recommend them completely. I've been sober since I left there and I couldn't of asked for morefrom them. You have to be willing to do uncomfortable things to make changes in life and even though it was the most uncomfortable thing at ghe time it made me so much more comfortable knowing I don't have to ever use again thank you turning point staff so much for everything.

I appreciate what you have done for my mother. She has committed on the front desk being a little short, but at times she can also be difficult. Please keep what you are doing for the public. Mental illness is a true struggle, not just for the patient but also for the family.
A proper sober living facility geared toward turning men back into productive members of society after working on their drug and alcohol abuse and achieving sobriety. They focus on life skills and tailor relationships with every person in the house. ADDACV cares about the men here and truly wants to see them succeed. Wonderful, loving people. Their mission is true and most importantly they treat us residents with dignity.
I give 5 stars they helped me when I needed help and the food was good they made sure I was taken care of great now im on my meds and have been functioning like normal since 2021

Would recommend. People are amazing , sleeping was a bit difficult.
