The staff here are absolutely amazing. We were having a hard time finding a psychiatrist to see my son in a reasonable amount of time, then insurance was giving problems, these ladies were an absolute blessing. The entire staff was so helpful and reassuring. My son was seen immediately. When your kid is in crisis time is critical. They addressed his needs and prescribed meds that day. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

The Ranch at Dove Tree has been a wonderful experience for our son. I have read over the reviews and felt that a positive review was needed. We had to do self-pay because my son didn't have insurance. They worked with us and he was admitted. He has nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were all very helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I don't know what other's expect, but we appreciated the positive response we have had from the Ranch. They are helping us get our son in an IOP faciliity right now and have been very helpful with referrals and knowledge. We love the Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock.

Went in today for patient advocacy and as I walked by the law enforcement office NIETHER officer in that office were wearing masks. These are the same people that will force you to wear one. As retired military police I always believed in being the example and not the excuse. Live the laws you are sworn to enforce. These two obviously do not share those values. As the entire clinic is a mask zone, how do you spell hypocrisy?
