We stayed in the adobe house as the first guests and were stunned by the spacious and luxious touches throughout! The views are breathtaking and we felt so taken care of with the firewood and coffee available for our use! The beds were comfortable, house felt very clean, and open, was the perfect place for our small group on Thanksgiving, the table sat all of us and we are eager to return ASAP!

This place needs to be either completely shut down or every employee fired and rehire people who will follow the Hippocratic oath. How anyone could refer to it as a 'hospital' is beyond me and completely laughable. Seems that all they really care about is keeping people there for as long as they can get some money out of the state. They DON'T care about the patients or the families.

I like to come here to get help for my depression and suicidal thoughts and some other problems that I have and the PNA’s did a really great job for keeping me safe for my stay there really nice and I haven’t had time to leave a good review for them this is the only place that I trust of me coming here for my mental health issues for now on if I need help and my name is Michael McCoin and I like to say thank you to all staff they do a good job

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I had a grat experience with the Audiology department today. My ears were clogged and has been bothering me for a week now so I did a walk in.Johnny one of the receptionist found a way to squeeze me in and was called in within 10minutes. Andrea one of the technicians help me out and de clogged my ears in a timely manner..I am really grateful for the service. I hope and wish that all the people that works there will be like them,very professional . Once again,from the bottom of my heart..Thank you so much ❤️

My wife and I are both 100% P&T, and the El Paso VA Main Clinic has consistently taken excellent care of us. The dental clinic is phenomenal—though appointments can sometimes take a little while, the quality of care makes it well worth it. The radiology department staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The community care process can be a bit challenging at times, but it does pay off in the end. On top of that, the cafeteria food is surprisingly delicious. Overall, the El Paso VA truly takes pride in caring for veterans, and it shows in the way they treat us.

This place took me in and took care of me when my own family would not. I grew up here half of my teenage years till I was 18. I was working with my daughter on stuff before the short stay there and the staff did everything they could to help finish what was started before she went for her short stay.

Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I too was threatened with being reported to CPS if I didn’t admit my 13 yr old. When I tried to get him released they said they could put a hold on him. Thankfully he doesnt have insurance (I applied for medicaid) and he was released after 5 days. Before admitting him I was told that boys and girls would be in separate areas in the hospital, but my son told me orherwise. The receptionist was always rude and wouldnt accept more than 3 books for my son to read(she seems unhappy there) but the tech was gracious enough to switch the books out himself. I did complain about her to the tech and asked him to report her to management. She must hate her job. The techs were very nice and caring and my son had no complaints except that he was very bored there. He says the food was good. On the day we had visitation, the tables were dirty. The doctor never spoke to me directly. Noone ever called me to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. My son is currently in the outpatient program. I have left several messages to get a call from the doctor to explain his treatment plan but noone ever calls. My son is doing better though so they must be doing something right. Just wish they would communicate more. They do offer free transportation so that part is very convenient. Overall Im thankful that my son is being taken care of. The process has been very uncomfortable but its probably necessary for him to get better.

I had my granddaughter here and I have nothing but good things to talk about this place. Carmen the receptionist was always great and assisted us everything we needed guidance. My granddaughter benefited from this place a lot and she’s doing so much better in school.

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I will recommend and have recommended already to anyone in need of honest caring loving staff here. Thank you all so much and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
