Everyone seemed very nice & helpful until I got to the actual therapist. Her name I do not know but it’s something like Doctor O, she’s an African lady. I struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts & I have been for a long time. It took every last bit of me to walk into this building. I was on my last will to live. I didn’t even expect to walk out of that building changed, but I didn’t expect to leave that building distraught. Her…. “Professional advice” centered herself and her opinions about God & society impressions instead of myself. She trivialized & invalidated the abuse I received as a child. She looked up my sisters information to see when & where her appointments would be. What she wants to do with that info, I do not know b/c my sister goes to Bridges which is on the ground floor. Mine is on the 2nd floor. I will never forget this experience. Ever. I was already apprehensive about going to therapy & that was so damaging to me, I couldn’t imagine going back into that building again. I don’t want to go anywhere, I’d rather suffer. I’m suffering enough. I expressed my concern to the lady who sets up your appointments after your session & she basically said “Sorry you feel that way but she’s the only one we got so here’s other places you can try if you don’t like it.” I won’t be going back to this place ever. 2 stars. 1 for everyone else who, if not genuinely concerned, at least did their job well. 1 for the pills b/c at least they curb my urge to die.

This company cares very very little of it's employees and for that matter it's residents. When this terrible run company decides to not give its clients the choice to take a vaccine or not in my book that is pushing the limits or overstepping the bounds of the Free Will of the client. The CEO of this company knows little to none of his employees and does not know how to manage money correctly. When you give other employees more money to watch the client that you are watching for less in my book is nothing short of atrocious!! The management cares nothing about its employees, we are expendable to them. Man, how greed has taken over even in a company such as this that is supposed to be looking out for clients "only" and its caretakers!!! I miss my client dearly and I was a great great fit for that man! But when you don't want to let me do my job correctly you can deal with the consequences!!!

Mellissa is the first home visitor we had for my boy, she reported me to cps when I was pregnant with my second. she had absolutely no reason to at all there was no redness on him there were no bruises he’s was just having a bad day and I was trying to calm him down by putting him on my lap and giving him love, he is very loved and very well treated. I highly highly suggest when considering this place to ask for Dwan/ Eva or Megan (behavioral counselor) they were/are soooo good to us and they see how much we love our children. How we care, feed, and love our children, they guided me to sooo many resources, very respectful of your time and your schedule without making you feel bad about it! I hope they get a raise, they bust their busts to do everything for their clients and those three truley deserve it idk what I’d do without them, but I’ll never ever Have Mellissa near my children ever again and we avoid certain things due to her being there otherwise love the program ❤️
