I am Grateful to have a facility like this in our community that offers quality services and second chances. These programs allow offenders a fresh opportunity to become productive members of society. My husband was gifted a chance to go through Jackson facility 8 years ago after spending one year at SAFP. He is now a law abiding citizen and has 10 years of sobriety. He helps many others in recovery and still thanks God everyday for people and places like this in which he would not be where he is without Cloverhouse and their mission. Bottom line is ... if you are ready to change your ways then the instrument used to assist you can’t do it wrong. But... if you are not willing to change your ways, no place and no person will ever do it right in your eyes. Perhaps rating our own level of willingness is the appropriate measure to use.

I went to dove tree, in Lubbock, Tx broken and very lost. Mentally, emotionally, and physically lost. They helped me get back on my feet again and have helped me gain more confidence in myself. I had a grat experience with the Audiology department today. My ears were clogged and has been bothering me for a week now so I did a walk in.Johnny one of the receptionist found a way to squeeze me in and was called in within 10minutes. Andrea one of the technicians help me out and de clogged my ears in a timely manner..I am really grateful for the service. My wife and I are both 100% P&T, and the El Paso VA Main Clinic has consistently taken excellent care of us. The dental clinic is phenomenal—though appointments can sometimes take a little while, the quality of care makes it well worth it. The radiology department staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The community care process can be a bit challenging at times, but it does pay off in the end. On top of that, the cafeteria food is surprisingly delicious. Overall, the El Paso VA truly takes pride in caring for veterans, and it shows in the way they treat us.

I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you.
