This place was clean, respectable uplifting, healing, free to those who can’t afford it. These programs allow offenders a fresh opportunity to become productive members of society. My husband was gifted a chance to go through Jackson facility 8 years ago after spending one year at SAFP. He is now a law abiding citizen and has 10 years of sobriety. He helps many others in recovery and still thanks God everyday for people and places like this in which he would not be where he is without Cloverhouse and their mission. Bottom line is ... if you are ready to change your ways then the instrument used to assist you can’t do it wrong. But... if you are not willing to change your ways, no place and no person will ever do it right in your eyes. Perhaps rating our own level of willingness is the appropriate measure to use.

Love this BHC. Well...I did like it till they moved upstairs. I relate well with the care staff, monitors, nurses, cna's etc. Dr. Bankes is the probably THE best person I know. She takes her career extremely seriously and is just a real great person all the way around. You won't find another person as committed as her. Most people who know or work with her, love her. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. The therapists in this office REALLY care about their patients! They also have hardly no wait for testing where other therapy offices in the area have waitlists that are 2-3 months out! The prices are also much more reasonable! The receptionist is really nice too!

I love the nurses here Barbra and Gloria are so nice and the counselors I’ve had are awesome as well my counselors have all been on video chat But I don’t mind they try their best to accommodate with my work schedule the only thing that sucks is that sometimes it can take a hour and a half in the morning if the pump breaks or something wrong happen which makes me late for work but thankfully I have a job that is understanding and doesn’t give me problems about the clinic I love it here I just wish that getting take homes where so much easier to get as I’ve been there for 3 years and only get one take homes Monday Wednesday and Thursday then my one for the weekend on Sunday that everybody gets 3 years you would think I would be at a month already but their is literally nothing you can do to change that as I tried calling every number they offered but nothing worked so I just left it alone other then that no problem with the clinic

I don’t see how they are not getting good reviews I personally have had no issues I think the staff is great.I’ve been there a little over a month and I got a take home already.I go in and out really fast ,I have no complaints!They are doing a great Job !!

Freedom Behavioral Health took good care of our family member during March 2021 and got his dementia medication adjusted so that he now has much better quality to his life. Yes, it was difficult to not visit him during the 2 weeks he was there, but we were able to talk to the staff on a daily basis and received very detailed updates from them. The nurses were very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, and Dr. Ryder was very effective in evaluating our family member's dementia and treating it successfully. Our family member has been successfully living in a memory care home for the past 2 months, and we all feel like we owe a big "Thank You" to Freedom Behavioral Health for helping him get to this point.
