I am Grateful to have a facility like this in our community that offers quality services and second chances. These programs allow offenders a fresh opportunity to become productive members of society. My husband was gifted a chance to go through Jackson facility 8 years ago after spending one year at SAFP. He helps many others in recovery and still thanks God everyday for people and places like this in which he would not be where he is without Cloverhouse and their mission. That is to not die in Addiction. The road to recover has its challenges. It has been my experience that The Ranch at Dove Tree and their entire Clinical Staff show up each day dedicated and geared up; ready to face those challenges and struggles together. If you are seeking help or considering treatment there is Hope for you and for the many who still suffer from the disease of Active Addiction(s) Be it Drugs, Alcohol, sex and personality disorders, depression, low-self esteem, Dove Tree Ranch has the skill, care, curriculum, and community to address Addiction along with the mental health challenges, we all now or at one point or another has had to face. Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive. From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery. Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ." I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

When coming to a psychiatric facility you have to truly open yourself up to wanting care. I saw a lot of people not doing the work and I venture to guess the negative reviews. I went at my lowest and accepted the help that the facility gave me, and it really turned me into a better person. The only suggestions I have would be more consistency from shift to shift and they building is SUPER OUTDATED. Those did not overshadow the care I received however. Thank you to the staff for showing myself that I am worth it and I am needed here on Earth. You will never be forgotten.

There is a new doctor at the VA Medical Clinic in Brownwood, and he is amazing! He asked questions and actually listened to my answers. When I asked questions, he answered. He spent time explaining things.
