I've been going to this clinic for 4 years and I've never had any problems with any of the employees except for the security guard outside LOL. Other than that everyone is always real nice quick to tell you good morning and have a good day. 💯🙏🏽🙏🏽 Ps. always remember God is good never give up the good fight. 💪🏽😎😎

This place saved my life more than once. I have been there a couple times (my fault not theirs). This facility is a home for people who have lost their way. The director Eled is absolutely the best person I know, he actually truly cares for his clients in a way I have never experienced. I gave him and the staff all the reasons in the world to give up on me as many have. They don't. Please, if you or a loved one needs help, this IS the place. Thank you to my family at westbridge.

Westbridge saved my life. The staff is top notch and truly care about each one of their clients. The amenities are that of a 5 star hotel. Westbridge was more than rehab, it was home and family

Coming into this place feels like A breath of fresh air, Nurse, Shane, and Mary are completely amazing and go above and beyond for you and whatever reason they need to. if you’re having any problems with opiate addiction this is the place to be

I absolutely love the this Recovery Treatment center the staff, nurses , and the Counselors especially my Counselor who indeed cares for my recovery and couldn't asked for more. The staff are professional have a good sense of humor and honestly express themselves. Im always greatful to all the staff who work in one of the best facilities in Corpus Christi. I recommend anyone who is struggling with opioid-opiate addiction to start their recovery on CARS Counseling & Recovery Services where the Journey of Recovery begins.

I just want to share ,that when my granddaughter alicia osterhoudt went to this place she loved it there because everyone was so loveable and friendly, i got to meet mr henry on the phone when I explained to him my Situation about my granddaughter, how she was abusing drugs, he knew all about it. It gave me a little testimony praise God. He helped me get my granddaughter in the was so understandable. Very nice to this day. I still remember Mr. Henry. It's Li can hear his vowhen, he says. All Alicia, this girl. She's gonna get it right., well today is june 17.2025 I just want everybody to know this place has change alicia in so many way , I do recommend this place I give it a 5 star because I got to meet alot of the works and how they love and take care of the people that come in , thank yall so much for caring for my granddaughter, she always wants to call andera lol , love you guys take care god bless yall ,yolanda torres

Had emergency and went to ER. Was seen in matter on minutes . Had x-ray, CT, MRI, blood work. Everything done.would go back in a. Heartbeat

Friendly staff and helpful

Nurse Heather Hull saved my life last night. I believe I was have a severe panic attack and exhaustion from lack of sleep n food poisoning please forgive me for being dishonest about voices I was afraid of being turned away someone told to do that a long time ago to get admitted for psyche help. The medicines you prescribed saved my life. Im well rested and perfectly fine now. Atavant is a miracle drug for me. Please forgive me for lying out of fear 😭

I came to MHID for help and they were understanding and cared souch and still to do to this about my health the worst time in my life feeling alone they were there to comfort me help me and show me how to live better ..to love myself and know that I wasn't alone in this world ..they helped me get back on track with my life .helped with Drs appointments.. groceries clothing . especially housing I have a one bedroom apt because of them wanting me to betteryself and get the proper care of it wasn't for them I don't think I would be alive rn and that the honest truth

This place saved my life. Yes, it can be difficult to make contact with employees sometimes, but if you're persistent and patient, you'll get the help. This is where you go when you want to die and need someone asap but might be too hesitant to go to the hospital. They know what they're doing and really care. The only unprofessional jerks are the rent a cops at the door. They really should hire more sensitive security who are better informed on ppl with mental health issues. Sometimes ppl come in with bad moods cause they're obviously mentally sick, and the security take it personally and react inappropriately. Pick your battles. Even though the ppl who go there are unstable, they genuinely want help, so they're not usually going to dramatically misbehave cause they are so desperate to get better. So despite having a hard time controlling themselves, they try really hard while they're there. Some of the case workers can be condescending, but just ask for someone else if you're not comfortable. Over all, I wouldn't have rather gone anywhere else. My life is extremely different now and I feel successful. Thank you for all yall do, I wouldn't have made it without this facility.

I am succeeding in life and doing better than I ever was in my addiction. Because of these people, I still visit regularly even after graduating the program over 3months ago.

It is no wonder why the services are horrible quality, case managers change so often for us clients, and there is no sense of order. There are so many ethics violations at any given time, including numerous HIPPA violations. Tell me why staff are leaving messages to the numbers on file for their clients without verifying the phone number. Or why we can hear case managers make fun of and joke about their clients down the halls. I have heard full on conversations, names, scenarios, everything about other clients simply from next door to the room I'm in. Doors are left open, staff make jokes and discuss PII topics in the open. Several of the staff members are clearly dissensitized. They treat us clients like we are a burden. The employees are very unprofessional. It is very clear they receive very little to no training with the apparent revolving door, that is MHID/MHMR. Case managers there have no clear roles it seems and this is confusing for us. How this place is recieving any funding I do not know, this enter center needs to be audited. It seems both staff and clients are suffering due to incompetence from the upper management there.

Best place to go for rehabilitation and to get back on track with God, All while learning how to not uphold or glorify man in any shape form or fashion. They teach you that all victory come from the power and the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior

I have not yet been to the new clinic so i can not evaluate that at this time. However, this review is based on NP Laurie Collis alone. She is indeed the very best. Most VA providers should take a page from her book!! I have been in the VA system for over two decades and she is the best provider I have ever had at the VA.
