If you ever have to put your child into a rehab you will understand what a heavy decision it is. Seeing them suffering through an addiction is one of the most painful things a parent can experience. I found The staff at Shoreline to be very helpful and respectful. They were very communicative. They answered my questions to the best of their ability when I would call late wondering how my child was doing. There were patient with me when I wasn't with myself. Finally, they really helped my child through a very hard time in their life. They came out with the tools they needed to get back to living. Thank you for that.

This is a really nice place if you are re-entering the free world and want to stay some where where you can be around a clean and sober environment. You get the things you need with a pretty good breakfast and dinner with all the snacks you can stand in between. The men who stay here are very friendly and helpful. The staff the same. The place has its problems. But what old building doesn't. If you are really looking to stay clean and save a little money doing it I recommend this place.

Ok so I have to say that I was at first skeptical of the services that are being offered here, and I put alot of value on my peace of mind over most everything else. Well there is no other place that can offer you ample amount of time for sleep and relaxation. The classes they offer are sure to have you asleep and fully rested before you leave this fine educational institution. I can literally lose out on sleep at my house, come to class, and take a load off and go right to sleep like nobodies business, this program works if your looking for a creative way to get a few extra hours of restful sleep say if you have a partner who snores and keeps you up 💁🏻‍♂️ They sometimes have punch and donuts which at first come off sort of Jonestown'ish but no complaints I mean I'm still here unfortunately. The ladies are extremely nice at least to me..I would have given it a 5 star review but they don't have any fitness center available for us, no weight systems and we can't control the TV ever. We never get to talk about the significance of the teachings of Jesus Christ ever but I think would be of great importance if we did thats just my personal opinion. ..

I've been to over a dozen different treatment facilities in my lifetime. They all had similar approaches. Treatment associates has an unorthodox style that only a small sliver of the population would actually benefit from. If you don't benefit from treatment there, then YOU are the problem, not the drugs or alcohol.

I am writing to express my deep gratitude for the support my family received during my husband’s month-long stay at Banyan. While it was a challenging time for both of us, the facility provided me with a counselor, Jordan, to help me navigate my emotions and learn valuable coping tools. Jordan went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Whenever I needed to talk, express my feelings, or required reassurance, she was always there to support and encourage me. Her reminders that I am strong and that the system works truly helped me through a very difficult period. Thanks to the process and steps provided by Banyan, my husband has maintained his sobriety. Our marriage has completely turned around; we now communicate better, listen to one another, and account for each other's feelings. I will forever be grateful for the impact this facility and Jordan have had on our lives.

My name is Charles I’ve been in treatment centers since I was 17. I’ve had five years of sobriety before even worked at the treatment center but this is my 27th stay at a treatment center and by far Bannyon has been the best Recovery I’ve been through the reason is the staff the techs The beautiful scenery, and the Cardinals the nursing staff everyone here is working together to complete a goal. I would highly recommend this to anybody struggling with addiction or alcoholism.

I have been to a handful of treatment centers in Texas and just finished my residential program at Banyan. It is operated very well. The programming and structure is different than other places. I couldn’t recommend coming here enough if you need help. The property is very big, nice amenities. The tech/recovery coach to client ratio is definitely the best I’ve seen. The techs are amazing and truly care. Thank you Banyan for everything!

I can't say enough good things about this rehab. Walking through the doors was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. The staff truly cared about my recovery and treated me with compassion, respect, and understanding every step of the way, from residential to outpatient services as well as the alumni program. The counselors and support staff created a safe environment where I could be honest, heal, and learn the tools I needed to build a new life. They believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. If you or someone you love is battling addiction, I highly recommend this program. Recovery is possible, and this place gave me the foundation to begin that journey. I will always be grateful SARC!

**FIVE STAR GOOGLE MAPS REVIEW EARNED by SABHH** ***10-STAR GOOGLE MAPS REVIEW*** Pain in my joints left me four weeks and little to no sleep. My sleep had deteriorated to, “20-hours awake followed by 90 minutes of sleep.” This made normal life impossible. SABHH was there for me at a “critical” life or no-life point. This was not my first rodeo as I’ve been battling things for 19 years and have experience with many programs and facilities. SABHH Magnolia Unit is many performance levels above the rest. SABHH Staff made the difference from the cleaning professionals to the Extraordinaire Cafeteria gourmet cooks and bakery aficionados. Nurses and nurse technicians worked together to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all guests/patients and Staff themselves. Even when a patient was experiencing difficulty in any given moment/situation, SABHH Staff managed to maintain a safe environment, allowing for the best possible recovery of each patient. Mission accomplished by SABHH STAFF…!!! I didn’t memorize everybody’s name so please accept this short, “Shout out List”. Valerie (evening shift – Magnolia): Valerie was capable of keeping things running smoothly with clear instructions and explanations of SABHH Policies, while demonstrating compassion and empathy. Laura (Technician -Magnolia) Warm smile paired to a warm heart and demeanor. Maria (Nurse -Magnolia) Compassionate care and attention to detail. I could tell Maria cared about my care. Angelina (Technician -Mustang/Magnolia): Great conversationalist, warm heart and beautiful inside and out…! “Key” (Therapist Extraordinaire): “Key” always smiled when she saw me. The kinda smile that warms your soul. Key consistently presented with a warm glow and aura of the true beauty needed and the benchmark of proper “bedside manner”. Dr. Campos (Psychiatrist): Extremely intelligent and a true problem solver. Dr. Campos and I quickly reach a workable system to address my medical needs. Art (Technician -Magnolia): Outstanding Unit management. Amazing depth of information on many topics of relevancy. Ronny (Cafeteria Professional): Keeping it real while you enjoyed your meal.
