I went here about 3 or 4 times in my teens and I am so glad I got to go there. 1 30 day stay was not enough for them to get through to me but they sure did by/after the 2nd visit. I loved having this experience with people I relate to. Unfortunately I have not had any guidance or support since the age of 13 and this place may have saved my life. I haven't felt the support and bonds that I did here ! Some staff were rude but it's expected working with these types of teens. But there was a few staff that truly truly cared about us and that is unforgettable. Life changing. I'd love to work there one day if I ever go back to Texas. I remember Bob, colleen, Stephanie, Christy, ivette, Jennifer. All amazing ppl with alot of patience that did not go unappreciated, at least by me

The specialty clinic is clean, and as of this post, wait times for scheduled appointments are very minimal.Great staff and veteran service. As far as the windows where the clerks are, I feel the computers should not block the view between clerk and veteran (very rude). Also, when at the clerks windows, there should be a "pull ticket paper number" and a diisplay showing what window the veteran should proceed to.The ckerks fo a great job assisting veterans. As a veteran and Google reviewer, I highly recommend the South Enterprize VA clinic.

Like so many other people's reviews, I can honestly say that this place has saved me, and my guy. Heroin is the one drug that I couldn't stay away from. It has been almost 12 years since I got on the methadone, and although I hate being tied to it, it is the one thing that has stopped that craving that always took me right back. I am so thankful to the staff here. It was hard at first, living in Robstown without a vehicle, so we had to bus it there and back to make it to work on time. Hustling to make our weekly payments until we made our first paycheck. The counselor, Kat worked hard for us to get state funded, and we worked hard to get our weekly takeouts. I have been through alot of the counselors, and all have been very helpful and respectful, that includes the receptionists, nurses, everyone. As long as you show respect, you'll get respect. Try playing them like they haven't seen and heard it all before, and you are only going to end up hurting yourself. We are very lucky to have this clinic. Because it has state funding we all try to do our best and follow the few rules. It is the only one that has funding and many on a fixed income or out of a job would sufferI'm grateful for you all. Thank you.

This is a really nice place if you are re-entering the free world and want to stay some where where you can be around a clean and sober environment. You get the things you need with a pretty good breakfast and dinner with all the snacks you can stand in between. The men who stay here are very friendly and helpful. The staff the same. The place has its problems. But what old building doesn't. If you are really looking to stay clean and save a little money doing it I recommend this place.

This place saved my life. Yes, it can be difficult to make contact with employees sometimes, but if you're persistent and patient, you'll get the help. This is where you go when you want to die and need someone asap but might be too hesitant to go to the hospital. They know what they're doing and really care. The only unprofessional jerks are the rent a cops at the door. They really should hire more sensitive security who are better informed on ppl with mental health issues. Sometimes ppl come in with bad moods cause they're obviously mentally sick, and the security take it personally and react inappropriately. Pick your battles. Even though the ppl who go there are unstable, they genuinely want help, so they're not usually going to dramatically misbehave cause they are so desperate to get better. So despite having a hard time controlling themselves, they try really hard while they're there. Some of the case workers can be condescending, but just ask for someone else if you're not comfortable. Over all, I wouldn't have rather gone anywhere else. My life is extremely different now and I feel successful. Thank you for all yall do, I wouldn't have made it without this facility.
