I have not yet been to the new clinic so i can not evaluate that at this time. However, this review is based on NP Laurie Collis alone. She is indeed the very best. Most VA providers should take a page from her book!! I have been in the VA system for over two decades and she is the best provider I have ever had at the VA.

If you want it, it's a great resource. If you don't, watch it. Structured counseling, peer support, zoom meetings, out-patient recovery program. We DO recover. Struggle is real. 💪🙏 God Bless

I don’t really know what was going on before, but I know what I see Now and seems to be pretty cool to me. Can’t be any worse than any other place , they actually seem to give a shit here and are a lot more caring. Is it because they actually, do there job ? is that what makes them so terrible?

This treatment center is comforting as well as helpful. The new staff members especially Amber has raised the bar. I predict good changes this upcoming years. Thank you for your support!

Chantal and Valerie were always helpful and responsive to my son’s needs. He needed a stress-free environment to get back on track and learn to enjoy life again. The Psychiatrist appears to be too busy or something.

I was a patient here and was treated fairly good, there really isn’t much communication with the psychiatrist to the therapist to you about discharge dates, or more information about your treatment plan but the therapist make up for it. I was blessed to have Mr. Z and Ms. Samurah as my therapists and can not emphasize enough!! To give them full credit of my mental health improvement. With them I have truly progressed so much and got the right therapy for me. Being able to talk to them and getting the right support from them has made me able to be more adaptable, find the right coping mechanisms for me, and accept my struggle and truly learn from this and grow as a person. Thank you to them! There are no complaints in that department. I hope they see this and continue to help other people and empower them just like they did for me. Thank you thank you thank you. Although one complaint is the lack of communication given to you about your schooling. I got super behind and just wish that my assignments could have been either 1. Sent directly to me or 2. Once I returned to school, given extra time to complete everything that I missed out on. I really had to vouch for myself when I got back to school to be given time to turn in everything without late points. In general not too bad of a place coming from a patient that had my stay.

I went there back in 2012 and 13. What God did for me through using Eternal Awakenings , has sure lived up to their name, God transformed me and changed me by waking me up. I am humbled to still be apart of this wonderful and God fearing place. I’m also grateful and thankful for what God did for me so that I could step into His identity He had for me, so I too could be used for His glory. God is still continuously using this wonderful and beautiful place for His glory, all to bring the lost home, sinners to repentance and salvation to a fallen world. God bless this place continuously in Jesus name !

I went in for treatment at EA several years ago (2011) and I have never looked back. I had been to a facility in Memphis the year before after losing my son in the Army & I couldn’t seem to get my life together. It helped, but when I had a setback, I looked closer to home & found EA just 30 miles away & from the minute I entered that beautiful, stately home I felt welcomed & loved. Jim and his awesome staff as well as the others in treatment made my stay so productive and life changing. I am a minister’s daughter & the faith based treatment helped me get through & arrive back to myself. Even after my husband’s passing in 2019, I relied on the things I was taught & reminded of from my stay. If you need help for addiction or alcoholism, this is a great place to go - you will make friends you never knew you needed and learn things about yourself that carry you through the next phase of your life. I’m so grateful I found EA.

From the time my son got registered To the time he got discharged our experience was absolutely great. Our attending nurse and Dr. We're professional and kind and attended to our needs. Just wanted to share our experience at this hospital, because I personally feel it is important to find a place you can trust and be treated with respect and compassion. Although I was not the patient, knowing and seeing how my wife whom I brought in with excruciating pain on her neck and shoulder and sleepless nights was treated, is extremely important for me and her wellbeing. M.P. Leslie and RN Brenda were very professional explaining everything in detail that was going to be done for her treatment to feel better. They both treated my wife in such caring and compassionate way that I honestly would recommend this hospital emergency care for any of your loved ones. Last but but least my wife felt great an hour after leaving the emergency room and had a wonderful restful night. Thank you Northeast Baptist Hospital #1 #emergency #awesome #no pain

I had the absolute BEST experience with these people! A HUGE thank you to the staff/counselors, Miss Taylor, Shelly and Karmen! I am succeeding in life and doing better than I ever was in my addiction. Because of these people, I still visit regularly even after graduating the program over 3months ago.

This place tries its best

I've been coming here for a few years. Although they've been somewhat disorganized in the past (partially due to understaffing), the people there really care and they're all doing their absolute best to help the patients they have. Cheryl, Jessica, and Jacinto are all amazing and have been a huge support for me over the years. Thank you guys for all you do!
