Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So I'LL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours. But don't bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. So yes it this clinics hours needs to be updated. Other then that their great.

Well for one these guys and gals go wahhhay out of their in helping me. Even tonight if it werent for my Dr. Seth Mercurio and his being an impeccably great doctor for thos e on recovery i had no one else to go to and even after about 8 months ago gelling them i was to be taken in seriously ..well i was having a very hard time and they understood. Talked it over and helped me and still ..gone out of their way to make sure my ailement would not take me to the hospital,which is frankly embarrassing for me well he pulled out all chances of that and put me first me and my boys and saved the day. Thank You Staff and my Doctor Mercurio I hope this seats You and Yours Staff as well. God Bless and have a great weekend !

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! (This is specifically for the dental section) Does it smell bad sometimes? Yeah, it's full of underserved, sometimes mentally challenged, sometimes homeless people. Of course it smells bad sometimes. Do they sometimes cancel? Yeah they have before but that's human. Are the "offices" actually just several tables separated by rolling pin boards and random objects? Yes, but that's kind of charming. Like a pop up dental office in a zombie apocalypse. Have I run into at least one unlikable employee? Sure, people have off days it happens. Is it not a good experience for people with autism? Yeah it can be overwhelming with the sounds and smells and lack of continuity, but that's also literally everything in life (I have diagnosed level 1 autism so this isn't a projection, I get it) and we still do them. So, with all this, why am I giving it a whole 4 stars? Because I have no money, I can't work, I am on SSI, and many people refuse to even see me. When I came in here to get work on my teeth, the woman who seems to be the main dentist there almost immediately picked up on that I was having some sensory overload issues, allowed me to keep my headphones on while she works on my teeth, and does an amazing high quality job. She also doesn't judge, she asks questions. She was the first person to ever ask me why I don't brush my teeth, without judgement just curious. We found out together that the bristle type on the tooth brushes I have used are too coarse and that I need an extra soft style tooth brush. Beyond that, while they were working on my teeth the assistant was talking about how she had another job where she works every day she isn't doing assistant dental work. I was so impressed with that. They are real hard workers, and they are trying. Just like the people who go to the office, who are at the bottom of the barrel of humanity, disregarded, ignored, these people deserve some respect, and understanding about why they might be a little cranky sometimes, or why the office might smell bad. As for cancelations, can you imagine how often they get sick in a place like this where people might not bath, or have issues untreated, or don't even think about things like covid, and the flu? It's probably super hard.

With all the reviews I was scared to go to this place but the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. I've had a lot of bad experience with doctors, and the doctor listened to me and helped. I was at lakefront before this and some of their doctors are super disrespectful to the point where I left crying. This place deserves at least 4 stars. Not sure why this office is getting hate... they're really ontop of stuff for me and they seem like they care.

Since switching to the Kelso from the Longview one, I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've found the staff fantastic and quite professional. People do need to realize that it is the low budget provider. However, I've never felt that way towards this hard working office

I have gone here more 4 years and it has changed my life. I had no where to go and lost everything and when I showed up they took me in and picked me up at my lowest in life. Columbia wellness is 5 stars all across the board. The counselors are fantastic, and they are truly concerned about each patient. Also I might add the resources they have show true concern for the patients. Between Columbia Wellness and Recovery Cafe in Kelso, There is no reason for anybody to be homeless and on the streets !!! Went out of their way to give mw my own room cuz it wasnt that busy. Staff was pretty great, lotta good people. They made sure I didn’t suffer. You will not suffer unless you have to. Unless there is no drug that can stop your pain. Some alcoholics and fent users, still have a lot of discomfort, but if you aren’t too far gone, they will make you right again. Give you a shot at recovery.

I checked into FBTS on September 22nd 2025, lost, confused, and terrified. It was the best decision I have ever made, a choice that undoubtedly saved my life. Over the last 3 months I have made connections that will last me a lifetime time, made friends i will never forget. This program, these staff members, these classes are a miracle you get to witness. Every single staff member is an angel who genuinely and truly cares about you and your recovery, the kitchen staff make excellent food that keeps you nourished and ready to take on your day, even the cleaning staff care about you and your life. You owe it to yourself to come here and get sober. It’s okay to not be okay and this place will embrace you just as you are. A mix of SUD and mental health counseling couples with outdoor activities like pickleball, basketball, badminton, and volleyball, a fully stocked gym and a couple miles of beach front trials to explore make your recovery feel like a vacation. Almost everything is taken care of for you so you have time to focus on what’s most important right now. You. When I was lost and had no hope. When my world was torn upside down and had no idea where to even begin. By the grace of the universe I was referred to Free by the Sea by a friend. I called them and was met with compassion and understanding. They guided me through the intake process and for the first time in a long time I felt heard. I felt seen. I completed their 30 day residential program and stayed longer for their IOP program and they literally saved my life. The staff and activities, the classes and their content, was exactly what I needed to get my life back on track. I found peace and safety. They fostered a place for me to fight my addiction and heal my heart. This was my launchpad to kickstart my life again after the darkness. From the clinical director, the counselors, the staff, the kitchen and cleaning staff, the owners themselves, and the medical teams. The admissions staff, the group fellowship, the nature, the ocean, the entirety of Free by the Sea has been a game changer. I owe them my life and if you’re looking for a holistic place to heal the wounds of addiction and wounds of the heart. This is the place to reach out to and start the process. Awakenings By The Sea is exactly where I needed to be to be able to grasp the concept of true sobriety. From the minute I walked through the doors it was evident to me that this was a place that served those suffering from addiction. The staff are truly dedicated and I believe "called" to spread the message and help to others. The work was hard but sharing it with other women and recognizing their honesty, strength and willingness made it possible for me to do the work and do it with complete honesty. The AA meeting every morning at the Little Yellow House, Von and Shannon's delicious meals, the beach walks, gym time, bowling and movie time----were just what was needed to help in the beginning of healing. Jean who kept our home so clean and tidy and her wonderful sense of humor and stories.The counselors, nurses, admin., etc. are dedicated to each and every woman who comes through the doors. I am forever grateful for the gift of being able to walk through the doors and be a part of this blessed place. I look forward to seeing my Awakening Sisters in the future. I have been given the tools and healing time I was desperately in need of and I cannot thank them enough.

I strongly recommend Awakenings by the Sea for women’s only inpatient treatment! I went through the program about a year ago and miss it so much! It was a very formative part of my recovery and paved the way to successful sobriety. I wasn’t sure I would like it and there was a small conflict that arose between me and one of the staff members while I was there, but ultimately it all made me stronger. Tabitha is a no nonsense counselor, and she is great at finding potential cracks in your plan for sobriety and offering practical suggestions to surpass obstacles. The extracurricular activities are a big bonus… Like leisurely walks on the beach, weekend outings, in-house yoga and visits to the local gym. Patients also get to attend daily meetings at the Little Yellow House in Seaside, which is a world famous AA center. The community I found at Awakenings has stuck by my side and seen me through the good and the bad. I miss the routines, the dedicated staff, the other women, the powerfully moving group sessions, and the around the clock support for my sobriety. I haven’t needed to go back, but if I did, I would definitely choose Awakenings by the Sea for my recovery journey! 🌊💜💯

Awakenings by the Sea was just what I needed in my time of darkness. The tools, rest and healing saved my life. The staff is professional and empathetic to the needs of women in recovery. I feel as the 30 days of instruction, care digging deep into my value, feeling’s and motivation has gotten me ready to face the future in sobriety. Von cooked the best food ever. Each meal was served with a salad bar. We went to the local AA meeting every morning, which got us ready for a busy, productive day. I got so close to the staff and women at Awakening’s, that it is hard to leave. What a safe, comfortable place to heal.

At Vancouver CTC everyone is ready to help and support. They are like the credit union of medication assisted treatment, as in they make you feel valued, heard, cared for, and loved. Their trauma informed approach doesn't penalize or dismiss anyone who may have a higher acuity of needs. The counselors hold people accountable by challenge their recovery in a way that allows someone to empower their resiliency. I know that the clinic is not the easiest place to get to, but recovery itself is not the easiest place to get to, but when you do get there, you are glad that you did. They find opportunities in the losses, they celebrate the wins, and most importantly they never give up on you.

I went to KLEAN almost ten years ago now. It was my first time doing inpatient rehab and thankfully was my only time. I stayed for around 3 and half months enough time to know I was done with heroin for the foreseeable future. They helped me get into postive routines and kept them up for a year after rehab. Things like going to meetings often and getting a sponsor things like that. In December it will be 9 years since I used heroin. I did all the work my self and if I wasnt ready I wouldnt have stoped but I can say for sure the counselors and staff helped me start my journey to being free from dope

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

I attended here back in the summer and they worked a miracle on me because I am still sober and still have the desire to become the best version of myself. All of the counselors are absolutely amazing. I find myself missing their lessons and talks with them pretty often. They give you homework that I think truly helps you heal parts of yourself you didn’t believe needed healing. All of the staff is very kind, the food is AWESOME, campus is very pretty. You’re able to have people send you care packages which is nice if you forgot or need something while you’re there. Come with an open mind and heart and I promise you will leave a different person than who walked in there. Only thing is definitely bring your own pillow, lol. MISS YOU COWLITZ STAFF 💕

I moved to Vancouver from outta state, but I have been seeing this Sea Mar clinic since about a year. Have had the same male doctor. Everyone is great here, from mental health to help getting in to see specialists. Only down fall I have been able to come across: is getting in for summer appointments with my PCP (which is totally fine), OBGYNs constantly leaving, and the occasional rude receptionist. If and when u meet a rude receptionist, take a deep breath and try a ton of kindness, if and when that doesn't work tell them they r going to transfer u or u will treat them exactly how they are treating u. Most usually break at that point and transfer, or bable on about what is going on with them. As an empath I don't mind, but I'm also one of those ppl who everyone will talk to about everything under the sun. Kill everyone with kindness, u don't know what's going on, u don't know the Karen they just had to remove from the clinic, u don't know about the threats they had to hear today. That's what is wrong with our medical system, it is understaffed, and treated poorly, what is the point in trying to convince our kids to go into health care with how poorly some patients treat our health care workers. No not all patients do that, but enough its makes an impact on our health care workers.

Been receiving care thru Seamar for a few years. Always had great customer service & help. Sometimes the staff is short so I’ve had times where maybe they needed some grace but they’re humans & doing the best they can. I always receive good care & so do my children. The pediatric department is amazing. Our pediatrician is the biggest blessing. I’ve received OBGYN care here & was so grateful for the women’s clinic.
