And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. It started with my first call to schedule an appt. The second Dyana the receptionist answered the phone I could tell she was there to help. It is not often in todays workforce you find people to willingly without prompting go the extra mile or dig just a little deeper to ensure another person gets the help they need. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion she displayed. I was so relieved to work with someone like this as Dental offices are not my comfort zone. During the entire visit from front desk to back office staff and finally Dr. Xu I felt very at ease and trusted their process. Dr. Xu was amazing, not once did I feel rushed, she took the time to answer any questions I had as well as explained to me the process and options clearly. This was truly the best clinical visit I have had. This office should set the standard in how care of any sort should be. At first I was afraid of coming here but found nothing but an excellent experience. Madelyn was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The fella that draws blood was a real master of his art (The Vain Whisper) since most have such a hard time finding my vain from so much pricking from my past. So far I'm really happy with them. Also I'd like to add that most likely anyone leaving a bad review either was kicked out for fraternizing with the opposite gender, or they were caught using and elected to leave, most likely out of embarrassment. It's amazing at every decent rehab there will always be a dramatic difference between a review left by someone serious about changing their life and those who may e just aren't ready yet. If you're ready to have a life worth living and want the absolute best chance at living up to your full potential, then there's a couple things to consider: 1. Be honest and show up with the intention to get all you can from this experience. 2. Consider that you may not know what you need and most likely they do so be willing to take suggestion. 3. The staff and the owners at FBTS are the most caring and invested people I've ever encountered at a rehab facility. Also, the counselors and techs aren't there because they are making all kinds of money. These people will laugh with you, cry with you, and will be your biggest fan throughout your program. 4. The location is good, the facility is good, the food is good, the services are good, but the staff and the overall experience are the absolute best at what they do and the owners somehow managed to get them all in the same place. From the minute I walked through the doors it was evident to me that this was a place that served those suffering from addiction. The staff are truly dedicated and I believe "called" to spread the message and help to others. The work was hard but sharing it with other women and recognizing their honesty, strength and willingness made it possible for me to do the work and do it with complete honesty. The AA meeting every morning at the Little Yellow House, Von and Shannon's delicious meals, the beach walks, gym time, bowling and movie time----were just what was needed to help in the beginning of healing. Jean who kept our home so clean and tidy and her wonderful sense of humor and stories.The counselors, nurses, admin., etc. are dedicated to each and every woman who comes through the doors. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I do not usually take the time to do this but wanted to share my experience with Cowlitz Family Dental. It started with my first call to schedule an appt. The second Dyana the receptionist answered the phone I could tell she was there to help. It is not often in todays workforce you find people to willingly without prompting go the extra mile or dig just a little deeper to ensure another person gets the help they need. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion she displayed. I was so relieved to work with someone like this as Dental offices are not my comfort zone. During the entire visit from front desk to back office staff and finally Dr. Xu I felt very at ease and trusted their process. Dr. Xu was amazing, not once did I feel rushed, she took the time to answer any questions I had as well as explained to me the process and options clearly. This was truly the best clinical visit I have had. This office should set the standard in how care of any sort should be. Thank you Dr. Xu, Dyana and team for a fantastic experience.

Wish they could help just a tad more. With my fibrosis when i need antibiotics or extra prednisone. At first I was afraid of coming here but found nothing but an excellent experience. Madelyn was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The fella that draws blood was a real master of his art (The Vain Whisper) since most have such a hard time finding my vain from so much pricking from my past. So far I'm really happy with them. Let's hope it stays this way.

Columbia wellness is 5 stars all across the board. The counselors are fantastic, and they are truly concerned about each patient. Also I might add the resources they have show true concern for the patients. Between Columbia Wellness and Recovery Cafe in Kelso, There is no reason for anybody to be homeless and on the streets !!! My experience at Recovery Village has truly been life-changing, and I will forever be grateful for the people who made such a huge impact on my recovery. Hannah is an incredible group facilitator. She has a way of making every group meaningful, engaging, and something I genuinely looked forward to. She is compassionate, understanding, funny, and truly cares about the people she works with. You can tell that she puts her whole heart into what she does, and she has made a lasting impact on me. Allison, my one-on-one therapist, was absolutely amazing and life-changing. She created a space where I felt safe enough to be completely honest, even when it was uncomfortable. She helped me work through things I had been carrying for a long time and gave me tools and perspectives that I will continue to use long after leaving treatment. I am incredibly grateful I had her as my therapist. I also want to recognize Jay, Lindsey, Randi, Kathy, and Jared, who are all incredible BHTs. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Whether it was listening when we needed someone, helping us through difficult moments, making us laugh when we needed it, or simply being there day after day, they made a huge difference in my experience. Their patience, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed. And a huge thank you to Angie, Toni, Whitney, and Dale, who are absolutely amazing nurses. They were compassionate, attentive, patient, and always willing to help. They made me feel cared for and supported throughout my time there. Recovery is not easy, but having the right people around you can make all the difference. I came into Recovery Village needing help, and I left with tools, hope, confidence, and people I will never forget. This is an amazing place. I felt at home here. From all of the nurses, BHTs, counselors, medical staff, chefs, maintenance - I was completely taken care of. I've been to more residential treatment centers then I care to admit, so I'm speaking from an overwhelming amount of experience when I say that this is the best treatment center I have ever been to. There's too many reasons to list why. Also I'd like to add that most likely anyone leaving a bad review either was kicked out for fraternizing with the opposite gender, or they were caught using and elected to leave, most likely out of embarrassment. It's amazing at every decent rehab there will always be a dramatic difference between a review left by someone serious about changing their life and those who may e just aren't ready yet. If you're ready to have a life worth living and want the absolute best chance at living up to your full potential, then there's a couple things to consider: 1. Be honest and show up with the intention to get all you can from this experience. 2. Consider that you may not know what you need and most likely they do so be willing to take suggestion. 3. The staff and the owners at FBTS are the most caring and invested people I've ever encountered at a rehab facility. Also, the counselors and techs aren't there because they are making all kinds of money. These people will laugh with you, cry with you, and will be your biggest fan throughout your program. 4. The location is good, the facility is good, the food is good, the services are good, but the staff and the overall experience are the absolute best at what they do and the owners somehow managed to get them all in the same place. Addiction is hard but this place definitely makes it easier to not have to suffer from it.

The staff at Awakenings are the most caring, selfless, understanding people on the planet. Michelle is a godsend and worked so hard to get my sister the treatment she needed. She was in a dark place and is a very stubborn individual and coupled with alcohol addiction- she was a difficult patient to say the least. Michelle talked our family through all the steps to success and was there for us in every moment. I can not express the appreciation and gratitude I have for her. It is beyond words. She is the only person through our search to get her help that truly cared to see her succeed. She never gave up, even when Awakenings was not the best fit. She worked tirelessly to find the right placement for her and my sister is still alive today thanks to her diligence and support! Thank you!!!!

Awakenings By The Sea is exactly where I needed to be to be able to grasp the concept of true sobriety. From the minute I walked through the doors it was evident to me that this was a place that served those suffering from addiction. The staff are truly dedicated and I believe "called" to spread the message and help to others. The work was hard but sharing it with other women and recognizing their honesty, strength and willingness made it possible for me to do the work and do it with complete honesty. The AA meeting every morning at the Little Yellow House, Von and Shannon's delicious meals, the beach walks, gym time, bowling and movie time----were just what was needed to help in the beginning of healing. Jean who kept our home so clean and tidy and her wonderful sense of humor and stories.The counselors, nurses, admin., etc. are dedicated to each and every woman who comes through the doors. I am forever grateful for the gift of being able to walk through the doors and be a part of this blessed place. I look forward to seeing my Awakening Sisters in the future. I have been given the tools and healing time I was desperately in need of and I cannot thank them enough.

This place saved my life. I had been to multiple treatment programs before- trying to get sober since 2010 and nothing stuck. When I finally was referred to Discover, Dru personally spent over an hour on the phone with me. I will never forget that conversation and how at just the right breakthrough moment, he simply asked, "how soon can you be ready?". a couple hours later, had someone waiting to pick me up from Portland and personally transport me to the facility in Long Beach. That level of care and urgency made all the difference and almost six years later, I'm still sober because of it. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is ready to make a serious change.

I went to KLEAN almost ten years ago now. It was my first time doing inpatient rehab and thankfully was my only time. I stayed for around 3 and half months enough time to know I was done with heroin for the foreseeable future. They helped me get into postive routines and kept them up for a year after rehab. Things like going to meetings often and getting a sponsor things like that. In December it will be 9 years since I used heroin. I did all the work my self and if I wasnt ready I wouldnt have stoped but I can say for sure the counselors and staff helped me start my journey to being free from dope

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

I attended here back in the summer and they worked a miracle on me because I am still sober and still have the desire to become the best version of myself. All of the counselors are absolutely amazing. I find myself missing their lessons and talks with them pretty often. They give you homework that I think truly helps you heal parts of yourself you didn’t believe needed healing. All of the staff is very kind, the food is AWESOME, campus is very pretty. You’re able to have people send you care packages which is nice if you forgot or need something while you’re there. Come with an open mind and heart and I promise you will leave a different person than who walked in there. Only thing is definitely bring your own pillow, lol. MISS YOU COWLITZ STAFF 💕
