My experience at Recovery Village has truly been life-changing, and I will forever be grateful for the people who made such a huge impact on my recovery. Hannah is an incredible group facilitator. She has a way of making every group meaningful, engaging, and something I genuinely looked forward to. She is compassionate, understanding, funny, and truly cares about the people she works with. You can tell that she puts her whole heart into what she does, and she has made a lasting impact on me. Allison, my one-on-one therapist, was absolutely amazing and life-changing. She created a space where I felt safe enough to be completely honest, even when it was uncomfortable. She helped me work through things I had been carrying for a long time and gave me tools and perspectives that I will continue to use long after leaving treatment. I am incredibly grateful I had her as my therapist. I also want to recognize Jay, Lindsey, Randi, Kathy, and Jared, who are all incredible BHTs. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Whether it was listening when we needed someone, helping us through difficult moments, making us laugh when we needed it, or simply being there day after day, they made a huge difference in my experience. Their patience, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed. And a huge thank you to Angie, Toni, Whitney, and Dale, who are absolutely amazing nurses. They were compassionate, attentive, patient, and always willing to help. They made me feel cared for and supported throughout my time there. Recovery is not easy, but having the right people around you can make all the difference. I came into Recovery Village needing help, and I left with tools, hope, confidence, and people I will never forget. The staff members I mentioned above went far beyond simply doing their jobs they genuinely cared about us and our recovery. This is an amazing place. I felt at home here. From all of the nurses, BHTs, counselors, medical staff, chefs, maintenance - I was completely taken care of. I learned so many skills for my road of recovery and I am confident in my return home. I met so many friends here it was hard to leave. My experience at Lifeline Connections was both meaningful and challenging. I’m grateful for the support and tools I received during treatment, but there were also experiences that were difficult for me. While in treatment, I was called a racial slur by another participant who had already been discharged but returned to pick up belongings. I was disappointed that, after responding with “okay,” I was placed on a 5-day phone restriction. I felt that the situation could have been handled differently and that my perspective deserved more consideration. Overall, Lifeline was an important part of my recovery journey, and I’m thankful for the things I learned and the people who genuinely supported me. I believe sharing both the positive and difficult parts of my experience can help make the program better for others. Intake:June 30th 2026 Discharged:July 29th 2026

My primary care doctor is amazing and listens. The girl who draws blood is fantastic! Plus the guys who work in imaging are hysterical and made it so much easier for me. I have had no issues with the Vancouver VA! So much better than going to Portland! I just wish they had more services so we wouldn’t have to go to Portland!

The Recovery Village saved my life! I was there in 2024, the staff were so helpful and very empathetic. I had never been to rehab before, and it was the best experience for me. They focus on the underlying issues of why you use substances to numb. I rate the experience 10 out of 10 and have recommended it to other friends that have family members that struggle with addiction. It was bittersweet when I left after 45 days, as I felt very safe there. I am 2 years and 2 months clean from pain meds and have no desire to take them again. Thank you to all the staff!

This place saved me. At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed. The food was great and regularly improving. The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs. -CDK

PEOPLE stop leaving bad reviews bc of the hospital, this isn't the hospital it's a group therapy organization that's run out of the hospital. Adapt+ is by far and large one of the greatest group therapy organizations I have ever been in. They are a hybrid IOP and PHP organization, providing both scheduled group therapy and partial hospitalization. All of the counselors and psyciatrists are compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. They are one of the only programs I have been in where feedback was given and actually taken into consideration and eventually put into place. I really cannot recommend this place enough, they are truly amazing. People wonder why mental health is so bad in this country. I can confidently say that Adapt+ is not contributing, instead choosing consistently effective mental health treatment over money.

Im only giving 5 stars because the staff here is nice and they listen well and always help out when my husband has stomach episodes. My husband and i came in again today first time in a few months he's gotten sick like this, he has a cancerous cyst in his esophagus that causes issues with his stomach so he’s on a special diet until we find out what triggers him. Sometimes he eats something that sets him off and he ends up puking and dry heaving until he cant stand and he can’t keep any fluids down so i bring him here to get an IV with fluids so he doesn't dehydrate! The doctors, the nurses, the medical assistants, everyone here is wonderful they always listen to me and do great with him. What saddens me is today i was in the waiting room with him and there was a hand full of people staring at him while he was puking and dry heaving, and making comments and telling people not to sit next to us because they thought he was contagious even though i had clarified he is not and that its a pre existing condition. It became so uncomfortable to the point i wheeled my husband into the hallway and waited there and stood in front of him so no one could stare. Everyone in the waiting room didn't even show signs of being sick, no one was coughing or puking or pale or had any visible sickness. They all just sat around on their phones chit chatting and staring at my husband and making comments, and half of them got into a room before my husband who is in agonizing pain. One of the women in there kept announcing that she had cancer, and was even being disrespectful to the staff, and talking down of the staff saying no one here knows how to do their job, she offered me these odd candies for my husband and I politely turned her down and she immediately caught an attitude. Y’all need to grow up. Im sure if you were in my husbands position or my position you wouldn’t enjoy that either. So folks think before you speak.

I attended here back in the summer and they worked a miracle on me because I am still sober and still have the desire to become the best version of myself. All of the counselors are absolutely amazing. I find myself missing their lessons and talks with them pretty often. They give you homework that I think truly helps you heal parts of yourself you didn’t believe needed healing. All of the staff is very kind, the food is AWESOME, campus is very pretty. You’re able to have people send you care packages which is nice if you forgot or need something while you’re there. Come with an open mind and heart and I promise you will leave a different person than who walked in there. Only thing is definitely bring your own pillow, lol. MISS YOU COWLITZ STAFF 💕

I had to attend a drug and alcohol education class facilitated by Scott Sims CDC and I was dreading it a bit. I assumed it would be dull and redundant. This class was anything but. Scott is knowledgeable, passionate, articulate and I learned a tremendous amount of information. I would definitely recommend Columbia Treatment services.

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! This place is amazingly wonderful they have the most amazing people working there plus they are very professional but very friendly, kind very caring this is more than just mental health they are great at all they help people with for everyday life's also such as housing, jobs, ssi i can go on and on because I love the people in this office they are like family when needed they have beautiful hearts they do amazing things in patients lifes!! I do not usually take the time to do this but wanted to share my experience with Cowlitz Family Dental. It started with my first call to schedule an appt. The second Dyana the receptionist answered the phone I could tell she was there to help. It is not often in todays workforce you find people to willingly without prompting go the extra mile or dig just a little deeper to ensure another person gets the help they need. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion she displayed. I was so relieved to work with someone like this as Dental offices are not my comfort zone. During the entire visit from front desk to back office staff and finally Dr. Xu I felt very at ease and trusted their process. Dr. Xu was amazing, not once did I feel rushed, she took the time to answer any questions I had as well as explained to me the process and options clearly. This was truly the best clinical visit I have had. This office should set the standard in how care of any sort should be. Thank you Dr. Xu, Dyana and team for a fantastic experience.

Wish they could help just a tad more. With my fibrosis when i need antibiotics or extra prednisone. At first I was afraid of coming here but found nothing but an excellent experience. Madelyn was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The fella that draws blood was a real master of his art (The Vain Whisper) since most have such a hard time finding my vain from so much pricking from my past. So far I'm really happy with them. Let's hope it stays this way.
