I recently had The best experience than I have had in years with any doctor. Provider Stephanie and Dr Reyes went above and beyond. I saw Stephanie recently and she covered every area of my needs. She made sure my meds covered both stomach issues I was having. Then her assistant called me to see how I was feeling. The on call doctor explained everything to me and helped me understand my meds. I have a memory issue sometimes and needed to be reminded of reasons why. IDK but this is amazing and I am very impressed. They went above and beyond to help me.

This place saved me. At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed. The food was great and regularly improving. The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs. -CDK

The Women's recovery center is absolutely amazing. From the facility to the food to the best staff I've ever gotten care from (and I've been to treatment more times than I care to admit), it's just wonderful all around. I honestly want to go back as an employee someday just because I love them so much. There isn't one person on staff that's uncaring or rude or hard to get along with. They all love the work they do and it shows. They listen to everyone's unique needs and do their absolute best to accommodate what they can and if they don't there's a darn good reason for it. The schedule is great, not too much but not too little.. the food is incredible, you get to go to the YMCA and go for walks with Go the Distance, they take those that choose to go to church.. I just can't say enough good about them. I still call and check in and they get excited to hear from me and are cheering me on but I've relapsed in the past and had to go back and they welcomed me with open arms. No shame or judgement at all. It's honestly the best treatment center I've ever gone to and would highly recommend it to anyone..

The Lifeline Women’s program has done so much to help me on my journey to recovery. Through the classes and peer led panels at Lifeline I have gained a support system that will continue to help me on my journey. I love the staff, it is a group of individuals who absolutely care about every single woman who enters the doors. They take the time to get to know each patient and their needs. You will have the opportunity to visit one of the medication assisted centers to get on either Methadone or Suboxone, you will have access to mental health counseling which includes equine therapy, you can visit the dentist and the doctor while a patient. All of your needs will be met while you are a resident at Lifeline. You will even get the opportunity to earn a nice pair of walking/running shoes, a new sports bra, a medal and a certificate after completing 10 “Go TheDistance” walks.

I attended here back in the summer and they worked a miracle on me because I am still sober and still have the desire to become the best version of myself. All of the counselors are absolutely amazing. I find myself missing their lessons and talks with them pretty often. They give you homework that I think truly helps you heal parts of yourself you didn’t believe needed healing. All of the staff is very kind, the food is AWESOME, campus is very pretty. You’re able to have people send you care packages which is nice if you forgot or need something while you’re there. Come with an open mind and heart and I promise you will leave a different person than who walked in there. Only thing is definitely bring your own pillow, lol. MISS YOU COWLITZ STAFF 💕

This place saved my life. The counselors actually give a shit and aren't just there for a paycheck. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that's seeking help. I had to attend a drug and alcohol education class facilitated by Scott Sims CDC and I was dreading it a bit. I assumed it would be dull and redundant. This class was anything but. Scott is knowledgeable, passionate, articulate and I learned a tremendous amount of information. I would definitely recommend Columbia Treatment services.

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! Beautiful, small-size community clinic with excellent, affable and professional personnel, who are working hard and doing their best to provide the necessary medical service. My provider is Jane Takeda, NP, and she has been excellent. I've been to this clinic 3 or 4 times now, and its has gone smoothly. The staff at the front were professional, I was seen in a timely manner, and Jane is very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor.

I do not usually take the time to do this but wanted to share my experience with Cowlitz Family Dental. It started with my first call to schedule an appt. The second Dyana the receptionist answered the phone I could tell she was there to help. It is not often in todays workforce you find people to willingly without prompting go the extra mile or dig just a little deeper to ensure another person gets the help they need. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion she displayed. I was so relieved to work with someone like this as Dental offices are not my comfort zone. During the entire visit from front desk to back office staff and finally Dr. Xu I felt very at ease and trusted their process. Dr. Xu was amazing, not once did I feel rushed, she took the time to answer any questions I had as well as explained to me the process and options clearly. This was truly the best clinical visit I have had. This office should set the standard in how care of any sort should be. Thank you Dr. Xu, Dyana and team for a fantastic experience.

Wish they could help just a tad more. With my fibrosis when i need antibiotics or extra prednisone. At first I was afraid of coming here but found nothing but an excellent experience. Madelyn was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The fella that draws blood was a real master of his art (The Vain Whisper) since most have such a hard time finding my vain from so much pricking from my past. So far I'm really happy with them. Let's hope it stays this way.

Wow. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I’m sorry people had such a bad experience. I had a really good experience. My counselor really helped me a lot. My daughter also comes here & she has had a really great experience too. I’m sure part of it is who your counselor is. But if you get a counselor you don’t mesh with, speak up and ask to be switched to another one. But yeah, mine has really helped me

This place is amazingly wonderful they have the most amazing people working there plus they are very professional but very friendly, kind very caring this is more than just mental health they are great at all they help people with for everyday life's also such as housing, jobs, ssi i can go on and on because I love the people in this office they are like family when needed they have beautiful hearts they do amazing things in patients lifes!! I give them 5 stars plus ☺️I also want to add thank God for this amazing place! I recently took the 8 hour zoom class on ASID and I absolutely loved Jen. She shared a lot about her personal journey to sobriety, she was very kind and outgoing. The material was very interesting and makes you view drinking and substance abuse differently. I enjoyed the 8 hour zoom class a lot. I called Starting Point about 2 months ago. I needed to get my License restated by the WA DOL. The treatment agency I went to closed down and won't respond to my emails. They are the only people who could send info to the DOL and release my drivers license. When I called, I spoke with Kristi. She gave me some helpful information and then got me in touch with De. Between the 2 of them I GOT MY LICENSE BACK!!!!! They were able to contact DOL with all my proof that I completed everything required. I am so grateful! What a relief. They really do want to help people!

I went here twice and so did my brother. Honestly the staff and people there have given me life long memories and support that I’ll never forget, regardless of what parents say on the reviews, that’s there opinion not the person who actually went. While your there you want to get out but it’s really not that bad, then once your out you realize how grateful you out for the people and support you had while in there. I loved this place and no one can change my mind about that.
