Ok at first I was just gonna leave a review for family dental. But it is a good opportunity to leave one for both medical and dental. At first I requested all the names for dental n Ik a couple from medical however it occurred to me that every single person in both areas are amazing! I Bragg about the dental care I get there I also speak highly of medical. I feel u should get a 5 star rating n at the very least 4. I cannot thank all of the staff from the moment u walk in for professionalism , cummunicating being completely wonderdul and the over all experience being fantastic. U are allllll appreciated. Pl know that the care I have gotten from yall far exceeds what I have experienced with private providers. Thank u a zillion times over!!!

When I arrived at The Recovery Village Detox facility. They immediately made me feel welcome. Their intake process was fairly quick and easy. The BHT's helped me to be as comfortable as they could during my stay. The nurses were very nice and stayed on top my medication regiment. Dont get me wrong, physically it was very taxing. Emotionally and mentally as well. But that due to my poor life choices in the recent past. John, the clinician was very helpful in so many ways! And the medical provider made sure to ask all the right questions. She helped me to better understand the medical detox process. I left with 5 days clean and felt ok. Everyday I feel a little better. And will continue to do so as long as I dont get loaded. Jared the case manager helped me to get my FMLA stuff in order, very helpful. Considering the blackout period. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to quit drugs and/or alcohol.

At Vancouver CTC everyone is ready to help and support. They are like the credit union of medication assisted treatment, as in they make you feel valued, heard, cared for, and loved. Their trauma informed approach doesn't penalize or dismiss anyone who may have a higher acuity of needs. The counselors hold people accountable by challenge their recovery in a way that allows someone to empower their resiliency. I know that the clinic is not the easiest place to get to, but recovery itself is not the easiest place to get to, but when you do get there, you are glad that you did. They find opportunities in the losses, they celebrate the wins, and most importantly they never give up on you.

This is a great place to get treatment. The staff are really cool and even if you don't always agree with them they're always interested in what's best for you. Just be aware these medications take a long time to get off of but it's absolutely worth it.

This place saved me. At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed. The food was great and regularly improving. The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs. -CDK

Lifeline saved my life. From detox to the crisis center to the women's residential facility. If i could give more stars i would. Lifeline believed in me when i didn't believe in myself. They loved me when i didn't know how to love myself. Lifeline Connections helps a lot of folks in so many ways; My experience has been in the Healing Animals Program in Equestrian Therapy or as I lovingly call it, Horsey Therapy. Equestrian Therapy helps people with mental health challenges that could be anything from PTSD to Depression, Anxiety, etc. A lot of folks think we ride the horses. That doesn't happen at all. Horses are remarkable beings. They teach us to regulate our emotions even after a stressful or traumatic event. I go to group and individual therapy. The sessions take place in a beautiful, safe, private setting. The horses and Lifeline staff are incredible. If you would like to know more, find it on Lifeline Connections. They help save my life every freaking day!

I use this pharmacy often as I choose not to have my prescriptions mailed to me. The people that work here are very friendly and do their very best to help out the vets. It is unfortunate that a lot of veterans don’t understand why there’s an issue with a prescription and they take it out on the poor people behind the counter. It is more often than not the mistake was made by the veteran. I have had no issues and I really appreciate how friendly the people are and how helpful as well.

Im only giving 5 stars because the staff here is nice and they listen well and always help out when my husband has stomach episodes. My husband and i came in again today first time in a few months he's gotten sick like this, he has a cancerous cyst in his esophagus that causes issues with his stomach so he’s on a special diet until we find out what triggers him. Sometimes he eats something that sets him off and he ends up puking and dry heaving until he cant stand and he can’t keep any fluids down so i bring him here to get an IV with fluids so he doesn't dehydrate! The doctors, the nurses, the medical assistants, everyone here is wonderful they always listen to me and do great with him. What saddens me is today i was in the waiting room with him and there was a hand full of people staring at him while he was puking and dry heaving, and making comments and telling people not to sit next to us because they thought he was contagious even though i had clarified he is not and that its a pre existing condition. It became so uncomfortable to the point i wheeled my husband into the hallway and waited there and stood in front of him so no one could stare. Everyone in the waiting room didn't even show signs of being sick, no one was coughing or puking or pale or had any visible sickness. They all just sat around on their phones chit chatting and staring at my husband and making comments, and half of them got into a room before my husband who is in agonizing pain. One of the women in there kept announcing that she had cancer, and was even being disrespectful to the staff, and talking down of the staff saying no one here knows how to do their job, she offered me these odd candies for my husband and I politely turned her down and she immediately caught an attitude. Y’all need to grow up. Im sure if you were in my husbands position or my position you wouldn’t enjoy that either. So folks think before you speak.

I moved to Vancouver from outta state, but I have been seeing this Sea Mar clinic since about a year. Have had the same male doctor. Everyone is great here, from mental health to help getting in to see specialists. Only down fall I have been able to come across: is getting in for summer appointments with my PCP (which is totally fine), OBGYNs constantly leaving, and the occasional rude receptionist. If and when u meet a rude receptionist, take a deep breath and try a ton of kindness, if and when that doesn't work tell them they r going to transfer u or u will treat them exactly how they are treating u. Most usually break at that point and transfer, or bable on about what is going on with them. As an empath I don't mind, but I'm also one of those ppl who everyone will talk to about everything under the sun. Kill everyone with kindness, u don't know what's going on, u don't know the Karen they just had to remove from the clinic, u don't know about the threats they had to hear today. That's what is wrong with our medical system, it is understaffed, and treated poorly, what is the point in trying to convince our kids to go into health care with how poorly some patients treat our health care workers. No not all patients do that, but enough its makes an impact on our health care workers.

Been receiving care thru Seamar for a few years. Always had great customer service & help. Sometimes the staff is short so I’ve had times where maybe they needed some grace but they’re humans & doing the best they can. I always receive good care & so do my children. The pediatric department is amazing. Our pediatrician is the biggest blessing. I’ve received OBGYN care here & was so grateful for the women’s clinic.

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This team of people are absolutely amazing. They truly care and and in my experience the best IOP I have participated in. Unfortunately I have participated in quite a few with almost 4 decades of addiction issues. But today I am free indeed and Starting Point helped me get there and stay free. Special shout out to Jen, she's truly one of the chosen, for sure.

I am finishing up phase 1 of deferred prosecution and am so very happy that I chose Starting Point. Heather was so kind and made me feel so welcome. She was the first good thing that happened. Then I started group with Jen! She has taught me so much about my disease. She has helped me accept the fact that I do have a disease called alcoholism. Jen is not only an amazing teacher she is an amazing person. I am doing the work to fix me because of the help I get from Jen. Thank you!

The journey of recovery is completely impossible for me in my own. Starting Point has incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable staff and have gone above and beyond their call of duty to assist me during my journey. The groups were full of support and education and the vast amount of resources have truly helped me. The payment plans made it adorable to do out-of-pocket as well. I am so blessed by the programming and counseling I have received at Starting Point.

Cowlitz Family Health Center, located in Longview, Washington provides a full continuum of care for individuals pursuing recovery from substance use disorders. With specialties in outpatient services and intensive residential treatments, what we notice most about them is their intravenous drug user (IVDU) harm reduction program, which focuses on sa
(This is specifically for the dental section) Does it smell bad sometimes? Yeah, it's full of underserved, sometimes mentally challenged, sometimes homeless people. Of course it smells bad sometimes. Do they sometimes cancel? Yeah they have before but that's human. Are the "offices" actually just several tables separated by rolling pin boards and random objects? Yes, but that's kind of charming. Like a pop up dental office in a zombie apocalypse. Have I run into at least one unlikable employee? Sure, people have off days it happens. Is it not a good experience for people with autism? Yeah it can be overwhelming with the sounds and smells and lack of continuity, but that's also literally everything in life (I have diagnosed level 1 autism so this isn't a projection, I get it) and we still do them. So, with all this, why am I giving it a whole 4 stars? Because I have no money, I can't work, I am on SSI, and many people refuse to even see me. When I came in here to get work on my teeth, the woman who seems to be the main dentist there almost immediately picked up on that I was having some sensory overload issues, allowed me to keep my headphones on while she works on my teeth, and does an amazing high quality job. She also doesn't judge, she asks questions. She was the first person to ever ask me why I don't brush my teeth, without judgement just curious. We found out together that the bristle type on the tooth brushes I have used are too coarse and that I need an extra soft style tooth brush. Beyond that, while they were working on my teeth the assistant was talking about how she had another job where she works every day she isn't doing assistant dental work. I was so impressed with that. They are real hard workers, and they are trying. Just like the people who go to the office, who are at the bottom of the barrel of humanity, disregarded, ignored, these people deserve some respect, and understanding about why they might be a little cranky sometimes, or why the office might smell bad. As for cancelations, can you imagine how often they get sick in a place like this where people might not bath, or have issues untreated, or don't even think about things like covid, and the flu? It's probably super hard.

The front desk team is awesome!! I came in two times not on schedule, they always seem to try hard and get you seen if its an on going problem. Friendly, they thoroughly look into the problem and expedite the proper way. Keep up the good work🤙🏽

I absolutely love this place and the staff. I've never had a bad experience here, everyone is so kind. I adore Megan she is so awesome and my PCP, Lisa the best. I've never had a PCP that is so thorough and explains everything to me. She genuinely cares, all doctors, NP should be just like her

With all the reviews I was scared to go to this place but the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. I've had a lot of bad experience with doctors, and the doctor listened to me and helped. I was at lakefront before this and some of their doctors are super disrespectful to the point where I left crying. This place deserves at least 4 stars. Not sure why this office is getting hate... they're really ontop of stuff for me and they seem like they care.

Since switching to the Kelso from the Longview one, I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've found the staff fantastic and quite professional. People do need to realize that it is the low budget provider. However, I've never felt that way towards this hard working office
