Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

I was very grateful for the nurses and staff at evergreen detox. They were carrying, understanding, but most important they were non judgmental. I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to.

The staff is kind and have patience. Be good to them and they are even better to you. This is detox people, it's not the 4 seasons hotel. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. They can only do so much with resources they have. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! I was there back in 2013, have never been so sick in my life. I was at the time, slowly dying of a severe oral infection. The doctor reminded the staff that I am a nurse. They were very respectful and did their best to help. Thankfully, my family helped pay the cost of the surgery (at the time, no insurance). Happily I recovered and am again working as a nurse. I’ll never forget the self respect I gained from it. I’m now volunteering at a free clinic in the city I now live in. Thank you!

I came into there program a couple years ago. My aunt life was starting to slip away, she was in a lot of pain all the time. I did want to risk feeling like I might ask her to buy any of her meds so I got into the program. Every was was really great to me. After Cathy pass I rolled off the wagon. They helped me back on. Any and every problem I had they worked w me. I can't say enough good things about the MAT program. Kozi and Dr H. really are amazing people who really care and will try to to do anything possible to help you if you just ask.

This place fascinates me! I like it to be a small and private facility instead of a large counseling corporation because the recommendations I receive in this place are based on my needs instead of a general recommendation. Much better being that it's a small private practice rather than a large corporate owned D & A Assessment center. You will actually receive a recommendation based upon your needs, instead of a recommendation made to make the company money off of you attending unnecessary and costly classes,which of course they conveniently offer. I have attended Everett Treatment Services more than once in my drinking career. The first time I enrolled I was doing it strictly for the courts and did my best to cheat the system. Robert F was my counselor, he was direct and to the point. In short, he had my number and what I failed to see those years ago that it was genuine care. Since then (because I cheated the system and myself) I just about wrecked EVERYTHING DEAR TO ME, I decided to actually participate and put in the work. Every time I go to group, or sit in when there is a speaker I learn something, whether small or life changing, I take something from ETS that I use on almost a daily basis. Reading the reviews for this life changing facility saddens me. Please visit yourself, all the counselors have their own gripping stories about recovery to learn from. You will be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I know, having to attend such a facility is most likely not your choice but if you do have to this place will help you through the rough patch you're in. I am proud to have 2,102 days sober today! If you want or need something similar call Maggie the director/owner with an open mind. Take it from me, I'm most likely still alive, still have my family and am still employable because I did. They help people with whatever they need, they are willing to go the extra mile. The clinicians, luckily, are very good at their job. What makes this place special is their focus on the patients they receive. It is set up to serve the homeless population, convicts on probation or parole, all the ones that may be disregarded on other rehabs.

It's walk in only, and they do not do ongoing care. It's an urgent care type setup. However, they helped me get the medication I needed while I waited for an available doctor appointment. I've been on this medication a long time, so it was easy to get the refill. They don't prescribe ADHD meds.

I stayed with reSTART at the end of 2013. After graduating college I was confronted with the harsh reality that I didn't have the skills or confidence to take on life. I had been using gaming and the internet as a way to ignore life's difficulties and run away from that reality. When I tried to stop and couldn't, I decided to reach out for help- which led me to reSTART.
My stay with reSTART was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I grew in ways I could have only hoped and left changed.
There were challenges along the way, but reSTART provided a safe place for me to explore who I wanted to be and to learn what a sustainable life looks like. I am so grateful for the time I spent with reSTART!

Don’t know what apartments these people are talking about. This place is absolutely amazing. Quiet and very clean and cared for. Called maintenance for a leak they came right away. The office staff are so friendly and peaceful. Not a roach in sight. Check it out for yourself because these reviews have to be about another apartment complex. The daycare gets a little loud as expected they are children and their little laughs are so cute. Best place I’ve lived in a long time. These other reviews sound like Tacoma lol. This part of Everett is so nice.

The Center was a godsend and completely helped my wife get the tools she needed to work on her depression. She is back to her old self with the joy and confidence that are her trademarks. She was in a dark dark place for many years. She specifically credits the staff and the DBT classses at The Center. She also did a sleep study and several nutrition classes that made a big difference for her. I would recommend The Center for depression (ands anxiety) treatment). They seem to have a very good reputation in these areas and my wife was extremely pleased with her treatment.

Our son went to The Center in a very dark place. We all felt it was his last chance to get "well". Severe depression, drugs and anxiety attacks has sapped any remaining hope from him. Frankly we were both desperate and skeptical that anything could work. But we read everything about The Center and watched what seemed like 100 personal testimonies from previous clients. We called and spoke with admissions and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very warm and professional.
My son did go to The Center and all I can say is we have our son back. His turnaround was simply amazing. It was hard work. At first he did not want to be there. But the staff was so supporting and really made him feel like he could do it. The individual sessions and the group sessions made a big impact on him, as did the DBT classes. He has made friends for a lifetime and can't imagine being in the place he was just a few months ago. I highly recommend The Center for anyone needing help.

This place has been amazing for my son and his recovery! Everyone on the staff is very supportive, from the medical staff, therapists, and everyone else. These people really care and are giving the patients the tools to succeed! My son says the food is nothing short of delicious and everyone is like family. Also, everyone there in recovery is there because they want to be not because they are court mandated. If you are your loved ones are looking for help, this is the place to go!

Northpoint was an amazing experience for me. The staff are all great, we got our phones a couple times a week, and visitors every weekend. I would highly recommend this place for anyone ready to get sober! The outpatient experience is equally as great because the staff all really care and are passionate about helping people in recovery

This place was amazing, energy from this place is something I cannot explain, it is just so peaceful and calming. Even my visitors felt this and wouldn't want to leave. The counselors and support staff make such a wonderful sense of community, most of which are recovering addicts themselves and do not act as if they are any better than the patients. I came in completely broken, unable to leave the house for years, couldnt walk from a bad back and lack of exercise. They healed me emotionally, physically, spiritually to a point that I could have never hoped for in my wildest dreams. I'm not the same broken man I was walking in. I have hope, mobility, sobriety, tools and knowledge to remain sober and so many new life long friends. Olalla will always have a special place in my heart.

Great facility. Amazing staff. Sure they bill your insurance, that's how it works. Lol Your drug dealer billed you. The counselors were awesome, the food was outstanding and the recovery is real. Anyone complaining didn't want it.

So upset this treatment center is closing!! Typical corporate decision. I am alive today because of their treatment. Clean & sober for 15 years with no desire to drink, do drugs, and/or binging on both. The comments from the new owners were disrespectful and ignorant about the process. Treatment is not easy in any program, but if it saves lives why end it. Shame on you Universal Healthcare! Many lives will be lost by closing this hospital.
