This place fascinates me! I like it to be a small and private facility instead of a large counseling corporation because the recommendations I receive in this place are based on my needs instead of a general recommendation. The appointments are conducted by very well trained professionals, I recommend it to all people, it is an excellent place.

Much better being that it's a small private practice rather than a large corporate owned D & A Assessment center. You will actually receive a recommendation based upon your needs, instead of a recommendation made to make the company money off of you attending unnecessary and costly classes,which of course they conveniently offer. Assessment is conducted in a professional but not impersonal manner. Would recommend Motivations for anyone needing to take a court ordered D & A Assessment.

I am truly grateful for my time at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and understood. The staff here are not only compassionate, but also highly equipped to help people in the critical early stages of recovery. They provide guidance, structure, and encouragement that makes the process feel possible even on the hardest days.
One of the things that stood out most to me was how much emphasis they place on overall wellness, especially nutrition. The meals were thoughtfully prepared to promote healing, restore energy, and support both physical and mental recovery. It made a huge difference to know that what I was eating was part of my treatment and not just an afterthought.

I took my son's aunt here and from what I saw and witnessed this place is great!!! Ran like a well oiled machine! Yes we were there for a good 4 hours that day doing the intake but between the UA, seeing the counselor, and seeing the doctor we waited no more than 10 minutes in between the people she had to see. The best part is that she was DOSED THE SAME DAY as her intake!!! Also she DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SICK!!! The other clinic we called said they wanted her to be in full withdrawal! NOT GOOD!

Nurse “GiGi” in 606 bed 2 was The sweetest woman I’ve ever met in my entire life. I came in with a serious injury that was self-inflicted and she was the closest thing to Christ I’ve ever seen. The most loving, sincere, sweet and professional nurse I’ve ever had. When I think about how I would like the world to be, she embodies everything that God is I am so grateful and thankful for her and her listening ear. This place is an excellent tramma hospital and my son was attacked and stabbed by a wacked out person we don't even know,. He was stabbed really bad but his tramma team did a great job of saving his life and seeing his leg back together so thank you so much

Arrived 6/26/25 O/2 level was severely below the norm. I thought it was asthma, nope my heart was drowning from fluids.
(Pneumonia). Triage went right to work.
My anxiety level was surpassed by comforting thoughts. I was admitted for the longest stay I have ever had in a hospital.
Now read closely!!!!!
First floor east triage all teams get super high praise. I could hear what all staff members had to endure and I applaud their ability to stay composed... They (staff) needs to know that they are the best hands down anywhere!

I have been through four rehabs. I came to ATA because my attorney sent me to them. I was arrested for DUI. My checkered past with rehabs came from jobs or family members pressuring me. I ignored everything until I was arrested. I had a blackout and drove. I could have killed people. Everyday I see the news and read about people who drive drunk and killed people. I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. They did not lock me into a never ending program for their own profit.

While I didn't complete my stay at Evergreen Detox is still was a great experience great facility don't listen to the negative reviews it's nonsense. The fact that they send you with the rest of your meds when you leave is a big thing. I was able to continue to not use and thankfully I'm 9 days clean and I couldn't be more thankful. It's truly a great place they are constantly checking on you to make sure you're okay or if you need anything. Definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without their help.

After realizing I couldnt find a doctor off the outdated list that was provided to me by ambetter, i ended up here at seamar health clinic. Up with medical referrals, insurance, dates of appointments etc. My first visit was with alyssa chard and i'm telling you she addressed every single worry that I had in my head over my health and she didn't rush me. I felt like she treated me like a whole person who cared. My prescriptions were filled right there at the clinic that day. They set me up with sports medicine for my bad knees with a visiting doctor by the name of dr julio perez who remove fluid out of my knee and give me painless steroid shots. When I left the helpfull staff there had me set up with physical therapy, a nutritionist, a return visit with doctor perez, and plans to help me get into a doctor who can give me knee replacements- all written down and highlighted for me!! These are good
People running this clinic and they care about you. They never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time.Or that they were rushing me in and out. I no longer

I was a patient at THS in everett and shoreline for many years on and off and the the staff at the front desks, we're always courteous, never judgmental. We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/
Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. And my life improved tenfold, while I was there. I can safely say that they saved my life on more than one occasion.

I actually live upstairs from community house mental health agency. I have been know them over three years. This place is great resources because they help you find housing they help you find a case manager, they help you find a payee and then, once you involved with all thse things, they make sure they feed you Monday thru Friday. Its a great place if you want to help with housing case manager, payee any mental health problems then they are the one to look for. I would like to give them a five star rating for their reviews. 👍🏾❤👌🏾

All people I have talked for setting up my child’s mental care is very professional and responsible. After 6 months, Counselor Jack is so knowledgeable and also super friendly. I've had an outstanding experience with ATA and I highly recommend their services should you ever need them. Not just if you get a DUI or similar offense, but if you ever feel you need help with a substance issue.

I worked with the Mountlake Terrace team. I felt welcome and at ease the moment I walked into the office. Staff are always super professional, friendly, and confidential.
Evaluation was professional and respectful. I felt very comfortable speaking freely with my evaluator.
ATA were great about accommodating my schedule, and especially considering my transportation needs while my DL was suspended. Group sessions were confidential, very cordial, and we discussed very relevant info that I found applicable to my daily life. Very responsive, and they always provided required reports promptly with plenty of time for my court dates.
Shout out particularly to Alex, Winston, Lily, Jan, and Gary!

The two day Anger Management class I recently completed from ATA was outstanding and Natasha Holian-Ryan of ATA conducted the class to be sure all got their opportunities to participate. We all learned much from each other and I'm certain everyone really appreciated the experience therefore we all shared our emails with each other to keep in contact.
As a retired teacher I feel such a class should be included in secondary or earlier public education.

I’m personally impressed. I was a candy striper. The word for teen volunteer at 14 so many years ago at this same facility called Steven’s Hospital. Now I and my partner are 63. I Ubered him there. He is disabled and I don’t drive anymore. I certainly had my opinions raising children and others. He is home feeling better proper medication he felt respected. He probably didn’t tell them he is legally blind but they saw his scars. Got a document assessment I could read for him and he feels alot better. He really felt cared about and I’m sure it’s busy. Shout out to Alexandra Boerher. Side note. The entrances are totally different. The front used to be the information desk and gift shop:). Remember these are people relegated to care and their personal sacrifice is relevant. Give credit where it’s due

I had a very severe asthma attack while visiting my family in Lynnwood wa. I was taken to Swedish hospital. I called fir help as I was being wheeled to registration desk. A very compassionate attendant, Asmerom heard me and run to give me and put oxygen on my nose which helped me breathe better while waiting to be called. When I was checked in the emergency room, I found all of them to be attentive to my needs. From the nurses, doctors, attendants, etc. I read some negative comments but maybe it's because there's so many patients, I understand they are trying their best to accommodate everyone as fast as they could according to the severity of their condition. I found them to be loving and caring, especially Asmerom, of their patients. That's what matters most. God bless and protect them all. Have a blessed New Year!!!
