My 4 weeks here at the center honestly saved me. My first day I was so anxious about the new environment I had to have EMS called for me because I had a panic attack, and my second day I was throwing up the whole day. All that to say I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the first week if it wasn’t for the loving and wonderful and caring staff and clients. Everyone comes here with pain and it leads to a bright, warm, positive environment where people are able to bond and be their authentic selves completely. It’s been wonderful to have such tailored care for my needs, and now I have the ability to cope with the difficult times and move past them healthily. I truly could never thank them enough!

I went in feeling completely hopeless and that I needed to just accept the fact that I would be surviving the rest of my life. Fast forward 6 weeks and I feel a lot of hope and excitement for the future where I will be able to thrive not just survive. The staff are super supportive and caring I would definitely recommend going if you are struggling with mental health.

NEVER thought I would be healed in WASHINGTON, God had other plans for me. The Center a Place of Hope was the Way. Thank you too all the Amazing staff who know how to center PEOPLE and their WHOLE PERSON.

I thoroughly enjoyed my outpatient treatment at Northpoint Recovery Northgate. I learned so many much needed skills to help me in my daily life! I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to better themselves!

I loved the group interaction. It really helped me look at myself and learn to reconnect with other people, which is a very important part of having a happy and healthy recovery. Most importantly it gave me more of the tools I need to be there for my son Sebastian who is my entire world.

I have stayed at Northpoint WA 3 times since 2019 and they just get better and better. They really care about patients, especially the director herself. The food, the nurses and techs, to the couselors, everything is great. NP has saved my life over and over.

Lakeside milam has given me a second chance at life, I spent 28 years being a drug addict and alcoholic. When I needed true help to save my life I was put in contact with there facility. My insurance company asked me what I was looking for and Lakeside side was my solution. It may not be the nicest facility but it has some of the best success rates out there. I didn't go to rehab for a quick fix to then go relapse, I went because I wanted to aquire the tools I needed to live a sober happy life. They provided that for me the staff was amazing even though I butted heads with them regularly. That was because I was trying to do things my way and my way hadn't worked for the past 28 years otherwise I wouldn't be writing about the rehab facility that showed me what I needed to do and told me not what I wanted but needed to hear. From the receptionist Hannah to the house keepers who cleaned the facility every one of them impacted my life for the better. You have Adrienne who loved to push my buttons my opinion, no she didn't just kidding, she just wouldn't put up with my bullshit and I hated that but I needed that from her. She is someone who I could genuinely trust and talk with during my time at the facility, thank you for being you. You have Ryan who doesn't hear so well but has one of the biggest most genuine hearts a person can have and he loves his music. You have Nick who wants to be a maintenance man for the facility but is one hell of an R.T for now who loves to brag about his kid and being sober to enjoy that time he has because of the program. There are so many staff that are some of the most kind individuals who truly had my best interest at heart. Nolan, Sierra, Tye, Vivian, Marvin, Katie, Jay, Holly, my favorite nurse Yadira and many more who i have failed to mention. These are just a few of the closest things I call guardian angels that walk this earth to guide us to safety and freedom from the shackles and chains of addiction. I love each and every one of them in there own way and thank you all for helping me see that my life is worth saving. I truly love myself again. Sincerely Robert.

She was kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand my situation instead of just checking boxes. Kim made what could've been a stressful process feel respectful and fair. I truly appreciate her balanced approach and the supportive recommendation she provided. You can tell she cares about people. Great staff. Fully supported me in my recovery and ongoing care. They offer amazing therapists and knowledgeable case managers. Lakeside truly helped me get my life back on track. i was at newport for 55 days and it was quite possibly the scariest time of my life. i was struggling with ptsd, depression, SH and SI, and this place turned all of that around in less than 2 months. i know not everyone’s experience is the same and people are going to view residential treatments differently, but going here genuinely saved my life and my relationship with my parents. i’m almost an adult and have a job straight out of treatment, which wasn’t even a possibility where i was before going there. shoutout to the cc’s and my pod (pine) as well as the amazing chef, i miss him dearly and i hope he’s well. and of course the clinical team (counselor, individual therapist, family therapist). i do miss being there and it was a scary and anxiety-inducing but also incredibly helpful and healing chapter of my life.

Newport saved our daughter and set our family on a stable path to recovery. Last fall we were losing our daughter to mental health challenges, PTSD and increasingly unsafe behaviors. It took 3 tries to get her to commit to Newport, but after the first few weeks of adjustment, she made more therapeutic progress with the team at Newport than in all of the other interventions we've tried to date (years of CBT therapy, DBT skills, and peer groups) . We are now 3 months out from her discharge and we still have moments of stress but Newport put us back on the same team in terms of addressing challenges together and we have been super impressed with how our 15yo is using skills to navigate the tough moments. We are extremely grateful to the Newport team for everything they did to get through to our child and earn her trust in their process.
