My experience with RIATC was great I loved the people I met on my zoom meetings, and the monitors were absolutely amazing. I did zoom meetings because I didn't live in RI. Although I was only there for 2 months due to insurance reasons, I learned a lot from RIATC. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I was lucky enough to do my intake with the owner. The fact that he has so much recovery time made it comfortable for me. They offer in person IOP and for those who have busy work schedules like myself, they also offer evening Zoom sessions as well. I can't say enough about the help I received at this place. Its nice to know that if I ever need help again, its just a phone call away!

There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. I was in a dark place stuck in addiction I could not let go of, I was accepted to this program while being in Fatima hospital in Rhode Island. Once I got to zinnia I was so sad because I had no one y my side no family but I also thought I didn’t belong there. I soon realized that I was in the right place at the right time. I was helped tremendously I was given a therapist a doctor my medications for helping me sleep when I couldn’t as I going through withdrawal of cocaine and marijuana. I met good people there at zinnia I made a lot of friends that became my family. zinnia is a great facility they have great staff great doctors great therapists and great food. They have fresh food made daily for us and it was delicious they also had snacks and a fridge and a kitchen for us to eat during the day the beds were great and there is also a gym and you can also smoke cigarettes and vape too. This place helped me realize that I was an addict and that I needed help before I lost my life completely I highly recommend this place for you brother or sister mom or dad cousin or friend this place makes miracles happen.

Before this program, I was a broken, shell of a person. Five months later, I’ve got relationships with friends and family back. I have ambition, purpose, and I’m hopeful for the future. Between all of the therapists & case managers like Bri and JP, the staff at Ocean State actually cares. In comparison, no other program even comes close. If you’re on the fence about choosing a program or taking that first step to reach out for help, call Ocean State. I guarantee you won’t regret it.
EDIT: I was hired here shortly after completing the program and my opinion of this place has only gotten better since starting to work here almost a year ago.

Ocean State recovery has helped me so much these past months. All the staff and the therapist are so awesome, loving and caring. Even my fellow clients were awesome. They became family to me. I highly recommend this recovery program.

I just want to say i actually just graduated from ocean state recovery today and sincerely want to thank them for all the support they gave me during my journey on getting sober i can honestly say without their support and sense of care i would have not been able to maintain sobriety throughout everything im going through they helped me get through it all and still strong today getting through it i want to thank all the staff they are so respectful helpful and there for you no matter what especially in a time of you trying to fix your life and keep clean staying sober and finding a better solution id recommend anyone to this place in getting that support and push to finding and reaching that better you and getting sober...
