I have had the luxury of meeting 2 of the therapist here, Amanda and Val. Both have helped me significantly. Its hard to find a good therapist and when you do its worth the effort. I have been working with Val for a little while and we have a great connection. I feel like Im getting the help I desperately needed and was not able to find elsewhere. I highly recommend this place. When it comes to therapy in general, finding a good fit is up to the individual and it may vary person to person. I feel blessed to have 2 for 2 at this place.

I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava.
Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy.
If you are looking for a good and loving recovery program, you will find it in Park Ave!!! Recommend 20 out of 10!!!!!

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it’s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can’t say one bad thing about this place at all. Like any VA facility, this one has many concerns to resolve to provide quality care to veterans. They seem to do their best with less. Personnel and provider shortages are becoming a problem. Some appointments can take several months to be seen. Community care needs to improve in providing referrals for quality care outside the VA and not just those who are the lowest bidders. VA recently denied over $10k in payments to my dental surgeon because they couldn’t get the bill submitted within their 6 month window because the clerks had repeated bouts of COVID. I can no longer maintain continuity of care because of VAs lack of consideration. The dental provider was highly skilled and experienced. Now he refuses any further authorizations from any VA. Today’s visit went very well at the VA for a minor procedure. All staff and providers were delightfully cheerful. That is certainly an improvement. God bless!

Above-and-beyond promptness throughout my entire visit. Not a minute of my time was wasted! Every single staff member I encountered excelled with professionalism, competence, and kindness. I was called back within mere minutes of getting to the clinic for my appointment as a brand new patient. The wait for Dr. Salim was also very brief, so I am very impressed with the schedule management. I was also able to go practically straight from the exam room to the lab. I sat and waited for hardly a minute before I was taken back for my blood draw and other testing. Very pleased to have been helped by a talented phlebotomist as well!
I used to work in a very busy medical practice where long, long waiting times for patients were extremely commonplace. I know the standard I saw for my appointment with Dr. Salim was difficult to achieve and very much hard-earned. Kudos to all the staff here that make it happen. I can't recommend Dr. Salim enough!

Great experience so far. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The "lines" that exist at other clinics don't appear to exist at this place. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. It's very clean outside, you don't have people at the entrance asking if you want to buy Xanax and other b.s.

Thirty two years ago I was an enraged, always angry at the world teenager dealing with substance issues and a BH diagnosis. The staff at Omegon saved my life. I don’t remember the names of the staff but I do remember one woman with reddish blonde hair who had a golden retriever. That woman and that dog were a godsend to me. I'm currently in crtc as KY initials, and I can confidently say this place was scary at first and really hard place to wanna be in but now I've put in lots of effort and have grown to be more communicative and trusting of others due to my lovely therapists who truly show they care and they've helped me when things were getting bad and I became hopeless, the school there, not so great due to only there being 2 classes Science & history. But it's easy so Im not complaining. I will be leaving crtc after 20 days or less, and I feel my mental health has improved and I've became more mature as a 13 almost 14 year old, I believe once you put in the effort and are determined to do what it takes to leave then you will get out in no time, I have almost been here 5 months and I am happy to say I've made lots of progress thanks to my staff and admin, peers time to time start conflict since I've been here but it's normal to fight with people you live with because it's healthy to express your emotions, but I rather recommend having a monitored conversation! It's something the staff offer if you feel you are having a hard time with someone and you both need to talk & or repair talk. Crtc has taught me manners and kindness and for that I appreciate because I found myself doing something I wouldn't think of doing ever before I got here, I learned to love myself & not care what others think and have pride in the things I do, so, I just wanted to say before I leave thank you crtc for helping me learn new and healthy coping skills, I'm on the track to success not only because of my doing, but because you believed I could and that helped a lot. Thank you for everything you have done and I hope things get better for anyone having to go here, I wish you all the best of luck and that they have similar results to me when you try your hardest. I've learned new and better habits rather than unhealthy, I don't sh anymore and my intrusive thoughts have been gone for months, now just know we all go through bad times, but you'll get through it no matter how hard it seems example, it may seem like you're stuck in a really bad thunderstorm but the storm will pass, it always does, just keep walking and you'll get there guys. P.s when I first got here If im being 100% honest I would have given a bad review saying something like "this place sucks!" or "0 stars because staff are the worst and this place is like a prison!!!" but I didn't, why? Because I knew for me personally it wasn't true. After going through some negative situations at other locations Christine M. Jensen at this location has truly been a breath of fresh air along with her nurse which I believe her name is Kristen. I have avoided visiting a doctor’s office for over 4 years because of extreme anxiety. I have a crippling fear of disease, invasive procedures, test results, a doctor discovering abnormalities and receiving bad news about my health. I finally mustered up the courage to see a doctor today and I was blessed to be one of Dr Rachel Stanchfield’s patients. I was panicking and stressed out prior to the appointment, but her calm, gentle and nonjudgemental approach helped put me at ease. She provided extraordinary care and It really meant a lot to me. I’m glad I finally went to the doctor today because her compassion and understanding has helped reframe my thinking about seeking care and has helped my mind switch gears after realizing my visit today wasn’t as terrifying as I thought it was going to be. I still have more follow up visits, but I feel like I’m better able to handle it and move forward after today’s initial visit. I went here 6 years ago and at the time I was another moody teen with ODD. I hated most aspects of everything and I always acted out whenever I could. The experience was next to none though. Jack was hands down the best counselor/director and everything I needed to push me to be me today. If it wasn't for these guys at this center I wouldn't be alive today. This isn't even mentioning Michelle. Rest in Peace. I couldn't be happier with my experience at On-Belay. I still feel like I'm mountain climbing and these guys are spotting me from a million miles away.

I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions.
What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life.
My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

Stopped by the lab yesterday to get some labs done and the lab technician was so nice and helpful! I wish I had caught her name to giver a shoutout. I only lowered a star because last week when I stopped in the two women at the front desk were oddly not very nice.

Both the parking & building were easier to navigate than I was expecting. Free parking in garage. Cheerful employees at check-in. The type of appointment I had was the fastest & least uncomfortable that I have ever experienced. Also had a good experience in the lab. Be prepared for the smallest waiting area ever though, lol.

I don't know what others are saying, but Penny is a fantastic counselor. She was more than fair with me and runs a good program. I say this from the experience of having been in treatment 6 times. She will work with you, if you work with her. You gotta be willing to do the work tho. Otherwise, like me, you will fail. Its a 0 BS program.
