Phone reception is open at 8am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm. The prescriber is sometimes able to offer later appointments, however I am not sure how long that will be available. I am grateful there are some days that it’s possible to see someone later in the day.

Gary is very well educated & quickly pinpoints the issue your having . He also christian based which is exactly what we all need . He's also very nice to deal with .

Annual physical. No problems getting an appointment. Physician and med tech did great job.

This place has been very supportive and reliable through my sobriety. Both Jerry's (clinical supervisor and nurse) are wonderful and the others nurses are great too!! They are caring and extremely supportive with everything that has happened throughout my sobriety journey. Being open and honest had been the key to my success. I've been sober for years now and I know that without Madison West CTC, none of it would b possible. Thanks guys!!🙂

Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. It’s as if some of the patients act like they are owed something when the stress and frustration are already plainly written on the staff member’s faces. I know that personally, I couldn’t handle it. A kind word, some patience, and a sincere “thank you” can go a long way. Furthermore, not a single person there “owes” us anything! None of the staff is getting rich by working there, they work there because they genuinely care. Remember, they are there every day at 5a.m. for us already, and you are a sad human if you don’t realize that and treat them accordingly. THANK YOU ALL, there’s no telling where many of us would be without you! Your support is definitely noticed and appreciated!! Keep up the great work!!

If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem. From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program. It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .

From reception, to counselors, nurses, and doctor; the S. 10th Street location are absolutely invested in the tx and recovery of their patients. A top notch place with professionals who truly care about individuals. Life saving.

I can’t say enough good things about my time at Great Lakes Men's Rehab. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and understood. They provided the support I needed while creating a comfortable environment. The program was well-structured and focused on real recovery. The group sessions and individual therapy helped me confront my challenges head-on and gave me the tools to move forward. I also appreciated the emphasis on personal growth and building a support network with other men who were going through similar struggles. Thanks to Great Lakes, I feel stronger and more hopeful about my future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help with addiction. The staff at Red Oak are phenomenal they always welcome me with a smile. My first interaction with Alex is the reason I will never stop coming to Red Oak. She cares about her clients and is invested in making sure they are ready for the world every time you leave her office. If I could rate higher than five stars I would!

Used to go here until my provider left this company. My provider is great and I continue to see that provider. The Red Oak staff were wonderful. I went to the adult eating disorder groups for a while which was very helpful. The administrative staff were also very kind and helpful. They are very supportive.

I started seeing Meredith about 9 months ago. She helped me with a treatment plan and has been very helpful and my life is better as a result. I’ve also seen significant improvement in my teen daughter, who has been seeing Leslie for about 7 months. Our relationship has blossomed since we have both been working on ourselves. The DBT parent group (which goes alongside the teen DBT group) was very educational and the group counselor, Lisa, did a great job teaching the skills. Overall, my experience has been life changing and I would highly recommend.

I stayed at Hope Haven a few months ago. It's a smaller home like environment. The treatment schedule is pretty relaxed, you'll have some downtime especially on weekends. Most staff were great, some not too much but that's how it is everywhere. You get to go to the YMCA twice a week and also have fun fridays like bowling. You are also able to attend outside meetings. The food is great, the coach there cares about people and makes tons of extras. They also have art therapy and yoga twice a week. Overall it was a good experience. The downsides were having to walk a long ways to smoke, and not getting very many times to do so. Also it's nice in some ways that it's co ed, but some guys there definitely were more interested in chasing girls than recovery, which can hurt the dynamic. The chores aren't really distributed evenly, and some of the overnight crew also seemed more interested in the females there than doing their job well.

This place saved my life in so many ways!! I couldn't be more thankful! Everything depends on you will get better, and what you are willing to risk to love yourself again.

My daughter was 6 months when she had her surgery on her heart. They took really good care of her and made her happy. Some of the nurses need to learn how to treat the parents though!!

I've been coming here for 4yrs and I don't have a negative thing to say. I get in and get out usually pretty quickly. The staff are super cool and accommodating. I think you get back what you put in. No, they don't always answer the phone, and you don't either, but if you leave a message and follow the prompts someone always gets back to you. Thanks to everyone there I'm about to have 12yrs of sobriety.

2025 is a new great year, and what a difference than a year ago! I show up 10 minutes early, and my appointment time I am ready for Doctor. I’m sometimes in and out even before my appointment time begins. They do answer phones, and sometimes you do leave a voicemail, which they call back that day or the next even on Saturdays. Many other places I have been to, you wait on hold for hours or they take your request and call you back. It’s never crowded at the time I go and it’s always clean and fully staffed. If you find yourself still feeling like you’re waiting forever or it’s too crowded, change your doctor/and or come at a different time/day. I think it’s a great place and I recommend it to everyone that needs extra special attention to their mental health and well-being. Thank you. Keep up the great work. 👍
