Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz are single-handedly the reason for the growth I've had in my mental health. To be honest based on the last place(arbor mental health services) I tried seeking help from with my mental health and the "answers" I got from that place made me very learly/nervous to reach out to anyone ever again to seek assistance with my mental health.
Seeing the reveiws on NCHC made me even more worried that I was going to be treated like another number or just another person with a list of problems that don't matter. After a few sessions With Troy and Sabrina i realized quickly with how they communicated with me and how they treated me that I knew I was in the right place with people who actually cared and wanted to see my mental health successes.
What Ive come to realize is that I get and understand the rap that this place gets. To be honest alot of it is probably people who are upset because they aren't getting what they want or what they think they need.
Troy and Sabrina are the type of people who will listen to what you have to say, apply your situation to what they have learned and what they have been taught and will apply their knowledge to your situation for the best mental outcome of whatever it is your trying to accomplish mentally.
Hats off to Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz. You guys are what the mental health field truly needs to be able to find success in your mental health. The industry needs more people like Troy and Sabrina.

Was at facility for a lengthy period of time. Was so sick could not move in the bed. After a number of weeks the PT/OT got me to the point I could walk again. The nursing staff were always responsive and caring. Thanks to all of you

my dad is there and they seem to take good care of him ever time I go there to visit there is always people going in and out of his room and checking on him the staff is very nice and helpful if you have questions he seems to like it there and that was the only place closest to Green Bay that would help someone with a trac they seem like they know what they are doing and my dad gets good care there for his situation he has ALS I would recommend the place it has the bistro there where u can get food and drinks if u want and they have a sitting and eating area too and there is a gift shop too if u need a gift for someone and there public bathrooms are always very clean

My experience working on the vent unit was awesome. Great RTs, RNs, and CNAs. They were all knowledgeable and helpful to the best of their abilities. Definitely a great learning experience. I wouldn't hesitate to admit a family member to their ventilation unit.

November 21st, 2023 the day of my birthday. When i told everyone i am not feeling well. So, as I rested in my bedroom, feeling under the weather, I was abruptly unable to speak or move. Fortunately, my brother's swift action led him to call the ambulance, which rushed me to the Green Bay ICU to battle a respiratory flu and Covid. Subsequently, I was transferred to Mount View Care Center on Level 2, where I received outstanding care and support. And, I am forever more thankful for the care I received, particularly from Amy Martin, who demonstrated remarkable compassion and empathy. My experience with the ventilator community was profoundly inspiring, and I wouldn't change a thing. Much love and gratitude! ❤️

Wausau CTC is an amazing place to help one start the road to recovery. They have guided me through my journey in recovery and I'll forever be thankful to the staff. They offer many different types of groups to help clients learn how addiction works and how to overcome different situations and stay living a healthy balanced sober life. The counselors are amazing and very understanding as well as helpful with finding different resources in the community. I am very grateful to everyone there that has had a part in my journey. I would highly recommend someone to get help from Wausau Comprehensive Treatment Center if they are struggling from addiction. You will be welcome with open caring arms.

My family and I have attended this program for well over 30 yrs between here and appleton and I can say it has saved our lives. I recommend this treatment center all the time. I recently seen Dr Jeffrey Rothweiler to have a mental exam to be approved for an upcoming procedure. This was my first experience seeing a clinical psychologist. Dr Rothweiler was very knowledgeable and was very patient. I left there knowing more than before I arrived to my appointment. I hugging recommended him. My son just recently went to Koinonia in Rhinelander. For him, let's just say when he left he cried & was scared to leave there. This is saying a whole lot!! It was structured, a great counselor, & they kept them busy with lots of group sessions. He needed this. I suggest a Sober living housing after this, which my son refused cuz he wanted to work. The only problem I have with this Rehab is that it's only 30 days, u can't stay any longer. My son said he asked & it's 800$'s a day there after that even insurance won't cover. This just isn't right. Well, unless u are Native American & the tribe pays. But others don't have this type of money & so badly need way longer to recover. Sadly, I have my doubts for my son. He did great there but it should have been waayy longer for him. It breaks my heart when he was so very close.

I went to Casa and was so surprised by how wonderful it was. We really all become a family. I remember 2 girls were pregnant and worried about their babies. A girl named Haley was one of them pregnant girls and today she's been sober for almost 2 yrs. She had her beautiful son and is doing amazing. Has her own apartment and just doing such great things in her and her son's life. I know Casa Clare and friendships she had helped her so much. The counselors really care about you and you can feel that. I'm so proud of so many people I meet there. Thank you Casa for all you do for so many lives

Casa Clare took me in the same week I called for help, after not showing up for 2 prior intake appointments. I was 38 weeks pregnant, I was deep in addiction, homeless, and lost. This program not only got me sober and offered support, they are the reason I was able to keep custody of my baby and continue to thrive almost 2 years later.
They helped make postings on local support groups to help me gather needed baby supplies, let me bring my newborn to group sessions, and still to this day offer updated letters of completion and support. The counselors are able to connect with residents, as they have fought their own personal demons which makes sobriety feel so much more attainable.
Thanks Casa Clare, I wouldn't be an independent, sober mama that's about to graduate college if it weren't for your support and guidance lifting me up from rock bottom. You guys truly helped to save mine and my babies life. ❣️

I had previously written a 3 star review due to a negative experience at a general check-up appointment. I am increasing it to 5 stars due to an emergency situation that was responded to wonderfully.
I came into the emergency room after 36 hours of labor elsewhere when my baby became stuck. The team of nurses took care of me and my baby so well. Dr Paula went over all my options with me and when we decided on a c-section, she performed it right away. Her and the nurses went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Paula. I've had very negative experiences with doctors and hospitals in the past, but she's restored my faith and comfort!

I was hoping to start going here for my appointments since I moved to Appleton, but I will still be traveling to my former hospital in Oshkosh. The phone operators/admin here don't seem to know what they need to and I ended up getting scheduled with a different type of doctor than what I asked for and for a completely different type of appointment, even after clarifying. The nurse and I had a laugh when we realized what had happened on the day of said appointment.
It also took an extremely long time to get my insurance information taken over the phone. It took repeating the same information multiple times and an hour phone call until they could schedule me.
The nurses were great though! Very kind and transparent. I see many people had positive experiences which is great.
I could've just gotten some people having busy days which it totally okay! I personally feel more comfortable continuing to go to my former hospital where they seem to be more reliable.
