The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. The therapist and the whole staff cared for my son and they showed that every day. They put him back together... but even so, they were intolerant with service dogs more than one time.

I had a lot of issues. I had depresion, I had anxiety, I had extreme mood swings and I always got in trouble. I was horrible. I was crazy. I went into the Vantage Point adolescence unit 3 times and the last time it helped a lot. This hospital helped me and a lot of my freinds a whole lot. Plus most of the staff there is awesome.

I loved it here! I came here when I was 11 and I made some friends, I loved Mr Jackson and Ms Sarah, I had to stay for 1 week. It distracted me from suicidal thoughts even though there was this 1 girl named Mia who was OUTRAGEOUS and I like how they put your preferred name on your room tag, I was roommates with Mia but I told the staff that I was uncomfortable being in the same room with Mia because her anger is terrifying and that we used to date and broke up so it was akward. The cafeteria didn't smell the best and you had to finish eating your food or you couldn't get desert. I liked going outside to hang out with my friends Khloe, Jaylen and Aiden, and the privacy was neutral, our room doors had to be slightly open and we had shower magnet doors to cover us up, but since our WHOLE bathroom floor was wet, my jeans would get wet, in the day room I would mostly draw with my friends and that was really nice! we'd have some staff come out and give us fun activities to do, despite there was SO MUCH DRAMA I believe its a decent place to be, like previously mentioned it made a huge distraction from my suicidal thoughts and there was only a few times I'd get upset but then something fun happens afterwards :)

My biggest and most important takeaway is that my family member got the help they needed and became better after their stay here. They were admitted during a mental crisis and after a 12 day stay, their health improved dramatically and seems to be on the right track. Medication was given, monitored and adjusted during their stay.
I was able to speak to my family member every day, and was in frequent contact with their therapist, Sam. She was very informative and assuring during our multiple lengthy conversations. My family member also has a very favorable opinion of the staff here and has conveyed no complaints during our many phone calls.

This is a review for a wonderful Lady, Jessie Russell, contract health. Jessie, is on top of things. I never have to worry, getting my referral’s & she has hit the ball out of the park. The surgeon’s she made sure was very good at their job before sending anywhere. I am 4 surgies down since December 16, 2024. I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you

Jack Brown Center helps Native American juveniles to stop an active addiction while learning to live and cope without the source for the addiction. The staff that was there during my stay was an exceptional group of people. A day is always busy with a large variety of activities such as basketball, kickball, weight lifting, trust fall, disc golf, 12 step meeting's, chess, billiards, Native American chants, going in a Cherokee(I think) sweat lodge, help cooking meals once earned, learning to sew, and my favorite game we referred to as, hoccer, which involved a massive 5' or 6' yoga like ball. At the time I didn't always see it, but the rules were reasonable and helpful such as room had to stay clean, bed was made daily and one form of discipline for breaking rules was to write out a given sentence about the infraction many times. I was even allowed to paint the Choctaw nation seal on the wall while there, although my time was done before I was able to finish so hopefully someone else did. This changed my life drastically and I am always thankful for my experience at the Jack Brown Center!

This place saved my life. Seriously the staff are wonderful compassionate caring people and go above and beyond to help clients who are seeking recovery and are serious about it! The Lakeland staff was incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions(some, numerous times), and made me feel much better in a situation which made me absolutely miserable.
I cannot emphasize enough how their patience and politeness made such a situation even remotely bearable.
Both the psychologist and psychiatrist were patient, and they made me feel like at least someone understood.
Even the guy who delivered the food for my restricted diet was very friendly. Lakeland did everything it could to satisfy my needs.
I had a list of names to give a shout out to the members of the staff, but I misplaced it. I will post them as soon as I find it.

If you need help Don't go here it's worse than prison! They search your room and throw out your food you paid for. Food is uneatable. They almost killed everyone with a gas leak. I have been a patient here with Fremont Hills Psychiatry for about 4 years now. The ladies at the front desk are like family, especially Tina! They treat me with such kindness and respect and always go out of their way to help. My prescriptions get handled promptly and on time using the medication voicemail or MyMercy app. My psychiatrist Dr. Sharma is phenomenal. We’ve really built a strong foundation for the mental health therapy I need and I’m fortunate to have a caring psychiatrist with a great sense of humor that genuinely cares about my well being. Over these past years with Dr. Sharma my mental health has improved drastically and I’m able to live a healthy life. I’d strongly recommend this clinic to others.

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter!
Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination.

What can I say, therapists are like a box of chocolates. Most are okay but only a few are really good.

I was in the mental health industry for years and finally have needed it myself through some struggles, seeing both sides of the spectrum I'm pretty appreciative of him and what he does for others.
He pays extreme attention to detail and will likely know you before you even explain yourself all the way.
He CARES about his individual patients, to a level I haven't seen with some of my other therapists in the past.
He's always more than willing to work with you on timing and scheduling.
If you find yourself needing some mental health support this is the place to go.

A few days ago I was in the waiting room when EMS came in. The blonde lady behind the counter yelled at them about coming in the wrong door and rolled her eyes at them. This was very unprofessional and a very poor way to treat our EMS workers.

I normally wouldn't leave a review like this, but I just can't believe the lack of professionalism. I was there a few days ago and I was waiting in the lobby to be seen. EMS came in and the receptionist started yelling at them about something loud enough to be heard where I was sitting. Hearing a staff member respond to anyone that way was really off putting
