I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. This is your answer to finding the right place to go to!!!!!

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. True Self Recovery has led me to understand the true meaning of serenity.

I have an amazing doctor, Dr. Morgan. My other specialists are wonderful, too. No one has been disrespectful or nasty to me, unlike hospitals in Decatur, Il, where I was treated like crap and nearly died due to incompetence there. I worried about getting VA care again, but I feel really great about the Fayetteville VA.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REHABILITATION CENTER, LOOK NO FURTHER... Amazing.. Groups were not just textbook.. There is true passion and concern in the counselor's hearts... Also I prolly shouldn't have had as much fun as I did at a rehab, but with that being said I don't feel like I could have came out of any other facility with the mindset I'm in.. I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. The only place in town that I could find a cognitive therapist . PTSD is difficult but with a cognitive therapist I came a long way. Highly recommend for your mental health issues . Several different psychiatry and therapist depending on your needs and type of health problem. Only issue is hello, We need a cognitive therapist in Branson Missouri. Springfield is at least a 35 to 45 min Drive.

I was a patient here when I was 15. My experience here changed me and showed me that life is so much more than just having your mind consumed by thoughts. this place has amazing staff with the most calming tones and the kindest care, providing optional snacks and music if asked. I would admit myself again anytime I feel an episode happening, I would feel safe and comfortable. They do try to put you on a medication for some reason every time you go but if you say you are better without and can prove that then i’m sure they wouldn’t force anything on you. They focus on helping troubled people adjust to everyday life!

At this point they should just hire me I do just as much help as some of them...so no five stars. You need more therapists, yours are tired from doing 4 peoples jobs. But doctor Rahim and the amazing techs make it 1000000% better since COVID days. I give it 4 because they are trying hard to improve, they just need more staff. I was admitted in spring of this year of 2025 and it was the best thing I could of done. Thank you so much because I have been sober off alcohol since. You all saved my life and helped me so much in inpatient and outpatient. Angel souls and I appreciate you all. ❤️❤️❤️ Update: Hi, I am happy to say that it's coming up on nearly a year since I was last admitted to inpatient. I have been sober from alcohol and cigarettes plus hard things almost a year. Reading and exercise has helped a lot. Thank you all for your hard work and care. I will try to give updates when I can. Recently traveled to Branson for vacation and unfortunately needed to visit the ER. The experience from the registration desk to the outpatient pharmacy was great. The hospital was clean and private. The ER doctor (Dr Schmidt) gathered the information and developed a plan with us. He had the knowledge, experience, and compassion. The ER nurse Kirza and triage nurse Brian were friendly and intelligent. We even received a follow up call a few days later. I truly appreciated everyone there & feel very confident being under care at Cox medical.

Words can not express my appreciation to CAAIR. I had sent my grandson to military schools, at least 3, 30 day rehap programs nothing has worked. He has been in and out of trouble with law Enforcement and was not sure what to do. Drugs had consumed his life and I was at a lost what to do. I was not sure I’d one day I would find him dead. By pure chance I came across The CAAIR Program. After speaking with them, they reached out to him and he decided it was time to get help. My grandson loved this place. Never once did he call and want come home. It was not easy for him but he adjust and just finished one year program. His choice was to remain at CAAiR in transition program, continue working. I’m so thankful for CAAIR for returning my grandson to me. He went in as a child and came out a man and understand he does not want that life again.
