I assume this is for the physical therapy I received. I only gave 4 stars because I would have preferred having the same therapist for my appointments….for continuity of care.

Any and everyone there were very kind and intended to every need I needed. I believe they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend to anyone that wants to be taken care of correctly to go there. Hats off to the whole team.

I quite honestly never experienced such a wonderful Medical care service with Dynamic Social environment as I recently have with Ascension All Saints Hospital at Racine Wisconsin. Being toted Into The E R at first by Local Paramedic, Fire Rescue from 911 call by Me for Help was of course associated with stress and concern which was quickly addresses by the E R Team. Once all of the tests and blood work had been accomplished, I was admitted As a Patient. Within the Next following Three. Days, I was cared for and medically treated in such professional and concerning manner that I felt the confidence and secure care that was going to help Me achieve a healthy recovery from My Heart Failure. The. Cardiac Care I received was profoundly second to none! The entire nursing Staff I found to be very Professional, et Personal to be able to be in medical concern that resolve to My Health difficulties was going to be found before I go home. No one particular nurse was better than another. Each and every Nursing Staff Member And supervisory individual was always on their job professionally to cover each necessity as needed with fluid response. The food which was provided for Me to have in a healthy diet was delicious, very fulfilling and easily approved According to My health needs. In the entire analysis of My experience here at Ascension All Saints Hospital was incredible and without question, the best care I have ever experienced in any Hospital anywhere. Thank You! This clinic has helped my to grow into the clinician I've worked so hard to be. My supervisor and Clinic Director are very supportive and I have learned a lot from them. The patients are the number one priority. That's what makes them such a great clinic. And the staff is so cohesive and work together as a team. There is a sense of family amongst us. It's a great place to work.

I cannot express in words how much my life has changed for the better because of Racine Comprehensive. Nicole always asks how I am and always has a smile on her face. ☺️ My counselor Dawn is like a second mother and genuinely wants what's best for me. She has made a huge difference in my life. Everyone who works at Racine Comprehensive has made an impact on me and my recovery in some way shape or form and I am forever grateful 🙏

This place did something I didn't believe was possible, they made me see I needed treatment when I was completely in denial. After attending here everything was clearer.

Love Meta House they have done so much for me.I would recommend it to any women in need of these type of services. They are especially helpful to women with children but also welcome women with no children as well. They truly changed my life and made me feel very welcomed.

What a difference in the approach that Dewey center takes with their cognitive rehabilitation therapy where your synapses are rewired into something absolutely amazing! I had a 12 year addiction to oxy, heroin, subutex, crack, cocaine, clonazepam, xanax and adderall all of which I was shooting into my neck. I needed help severely! I've overdosed 16 times and the last time was hit with 6 doses of narcan and going on the 7th! I was doing almost 4grams a day and had a 1,200 mg a day oxy habit on the days I wasn't shooting heroin! Also everything in between to bring me up and back down and was sniffing 20+ MG's of xanax daily! Never would I have thought that this approach could change how I thought and felt in just under 45 days! I was there at Dewey center longer than anyone else as the normal stay is 10-14 days! Now on Vivitrol injection every 21 days and also take 50mgs of naltrexone which has taken my cravings away and let me live free and now able to concentrate on my recovery now!

This is the place to go to save your life. If it didn't work for YOU, it's because YOU didn't work it. If YOU had a problem with anyone, it's because YOU created it. If it didn't help YOU with your sobriety or mental health, it's because YOU didn't want it. Do YOU see where the problem is? Great staff, great therapists, and great doctors. Beautiful compound with AMAZING meetings filled with AMAZING people. I hope to meet some of you as we trudge the Road of Happy Destiny. May God bless you and keep you until then.

I wish I'd never had to write a review here, but I am doing it because the STAFF deserves to be recognized by the incredible work they do. From check in to discharged, everyone has empathy and care for the patients. My lifeline during my 10-day stay was my nurse Cheryl and other people that contributed to my healing journey were Dr. Gladwin, "Katrina", Paul and Joy among others. If I had to do it again, I'd once again check myself here. Thank you team!

Excellent way to start over

Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. It’s as if some of the patients act like they are owed something when the stress and frustration are already plainly written on the staff member’s faces. I know that personally, I couldn’t handle it. A kind word, some patience, and a sincere “thank you” can go a long way. Furthermore, not a single person there “owes” us anything! None of the staff is getting rich by working there, they work there because they genuinely care. Remember, they are there every day at 5a.m. for us already, and you are a sad human if you don’t realize that and treat them accordingly. THANK YOU ALL, there’s no telling where many of us would be without you! Your support is definitely noticed and appreciated!! Keep up the great work!!

If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem. From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program. It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .

From reception, to counselors, nurses, and doctor; the S. 10th Street location are absolutely invested in the tx and recovery of their patients. A top notch place with professionals who truly care about individuals. Life saving.
