I drove by Avenues yesterday and it made me reflect on how far I ve came since leaving there in November. Today marks 160 days in recovery and since leaving avenues, I ve moved into a new place, got a new job, got a new car, started repairing relationships, working on my steps and most importantly, I have all my babies back home. This week is spring break for my kids and I m able to take them on vacation. We re currently in Nashville for the next couple of days and I just get to enjoy my time with them. I know without avenues and all the amazing staff, I wouldn t be where I am today. There were so many awesome staff members that cared and took the time to talk, I know a few times I thought about leaving but glad I didn t and am glad everyone who talked to me. I wish I remembered all their names but I don t. I ve been to another avenues about a year and a half before going to this one and I have to say hands down this one(Clarksville) blows the other one out of the park. From the staff to the food to how the program is laid out, they care and will go the extra mile. I only wish I lived closer so that way I could work there once I hit my year. I will always remember the kind hearts of those that work here. This place got me my life back and I know my kids are thankful for that.

There are some amazing facilitators at avenues recovery in Clarksville who understand what I was going through and helped me understand what recovery was all about. Avenues helped me better understand myself and helped me make an aftercare plan so that i can remain sober. I recomend Avenuse to anyone who is serious about getting sober and staying sober.

Wonderful staff and program. The groups are thought out, planned and executed successfully. You can tell the staff are all on the same page when it comes to patient care. Addiction and substance abuse are addressed with compassion and professionalism. Even more than that, the program provides a crash course in mental health which services all aspects of life.Highly recommend for anyone suffering from any level of substance abuse. Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I have been to several treatment facilities and this one is by far the best one i have been to. Not only is the facility clean and well kept, the faculty that works there have amazing hearts. This is the only treatment facility that i have been to where the staff actually genuinely care for you and your recovery/well being. They have a unique treatment plan that works. Unlike many places I have been to instead of boring you to death, they actually make recovery fun, which in my experience has a lot to do with being able to succeed in recovery. I have recommended multiple friends and family members to go here when they are struggling with addiction and will continue to recommend Steps to Recovery to anyone who asks how i got clean and remained clean. I owe my life and my recovery to these people and they will always have a special place in my heart.Just a little update, celebrating 10 years clean in a few months

I recently graduated from STR. I was in programming between May to September, originally PHP and then in the IOP mental health program. While in PHP I was in housing as well. There are family sessions offered too, but I did not utilize that service while at STR.While the house I was at was not perfect, administration tried their best to accommodate every concern clients had with the house. It was overall a clean and safe environment to live in. If there are any concerns advocate for yourself and ask a tech to call a house meeting if it is an interpersonal issue within the house. If you have a different issue communicate that to the director and it will most likely be handled promptly.The PHP (partial hospitalization program) for mental health is six days a week, 9am-1:30 Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays. The program changes as needs change. When I first began there process groups were three hours long, but when I left they were two hours long with an additional hour of psych ed. While the day may seem long, everyone gets a break between noon and 12:30. Afternoon there are different types of therapy everyday like art therapy, DBT, CBT.IOP (intensive outpatient program) is only 9am-12pm three days a week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The director is accommodating though so if for any reason you need to not go on a Monday, you could always go on a Saturday if you advocate for yourself.You ll have one individual session a week with one of the clinicians. I had Ashley and she is phenomenal. While the staff really do care about the clients, Ashley definitely cares about clients and it shows in her work.You ll also have a session with either Dr. Newman or Monique once a week to go over medications they are both amazing!STR is shaped not just by the staff, but clientele too. I have reinforced and grew my support system while being at STR. And while I was in the mental health program, I have substance use disorder as well, I d recommend Steps to recovery struggling with their mental health or substance use. It may take a couple of weeks to really settle into the program, but continue to do the work since you are worth it and advocate for yourself if something isn t working for you.STR is also a great facility if you re part of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff here are not just accepting, but affirming. There is an optional LGBTQ+ group once a week with Christian, which was my favorite part of the week.

The staff were all very nice for the most part. I had some great moments. STR helped me out while I was in a rough position and for that I am grateful. I appreciate that they go out of there way to help people with extenuating circumstances. There are a lot of personalities and that can frustrating. However, I would recommend this place to a friend in need. Overall, it s a good place.

They are compassionate and give you time to find yourself. They are eager to answer questions and will help you find yourself and back on the right track!

I was at a place in Indiana that i thought was the best until I came to luminous. The support system and help they have n give there exceeds all expectations! I originally was going to a different program but couldn’t wait for a bed n luminous took me the same day I called! By the grace of god I found this place because it’s had a huge impact on my recovery. Getting sober is the easy part n recovery the real battle is STAYING sober n if u need help with the tools to doing so I suggest you call luminous. Scott (coach) runs amazing groups you can actually take from, Sean is a great therapists and doesn’t miss a beat and Ed runs a great program. I’m not a bot and wasn’t paid to leave this review lol I’m a resident who is just truly greatful to have had a chance to be in this program. This place is a great place to go if you need help with substance abuse or just mental health as well. When I went, I unfortunately didn’t take it very seriously but the people that did take it seriously have been very successful. Kyler was a great mentor while I was there, and he along with the other techs all seem very genuine and honest and willing to help in anyway they can. I am extremely grateful for this place, as well as Kyler especially. I don’t think I would be where I am today without him as a mentor.

I attended RCA for 34 days at Bracebridge Hall. It was the most awesome place for a rehab. I learnt about myself and my addiction. I attended rehab there November 15th – December 17th. The staff in it’s entirety, from counselling to doctors, counseling to dietary. There was not one thing they didn’t cover in my treatment. The place was the most beautiful place and the treatment was the best treatment out of anyone I have heard. From all the ladies and guys in nursing through the ladies and guys in the kitchen. I will never forget that place or what I learned there. I will always appreciate them for all they did for me. As well, my insurance did not cover my stay. I went through their program on scholarship. I could not thank them enough for what they did for me!!!

My experience at RCA bracebridge Hall is one that absolutely saved my life. It started with a nursing staff. My counselor was absolutely amazing and her name was Tammy. I honestly believe that she wasn’t my counselor, I would not be where I am today. I have to mention Chris grape, Lauren and Tom. Without these people my journey would have probably ended short..Beth was my case manager,she was absolutely the best at what she does.Mary who did Mat class is phenomenal.She was my inspiration in the area .she is amazing,she never missed an appointment, which is crazy knowing her workload.Elijah…WOW! I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES.absolutely amazing.She is so calm,and always had/has the right answers at the right time that I need them. I am currently at sober living and the house manager, which name is Evan, deserves a Nobel Peace prize…no really. He has the patience of a god. I don’t know how he stays so calm in the situations that he’s put through. Even on vacation he still made sure the house was being ran up to par. If I missed anybody I’m so sorry everyone I dealt with it RCA was amazing I don’t have anything bad to say about anyone. Nothing but love for RCA and I would recommend this place to anyone who has addiction issues or mental health issues.all love. Oh and Miss Holly is absolutely amazing also she is the best for the kitchen staff. Laura at PHP has a way about her that only she can get away with and she is all love to everyone. She cares so much about her job and is very passionate. Where do I begin Before I came to Elevate I thought I had reached rock bottom in life but shortly after coming here I realized they saved me from ever getting there. I came for an alcohol addiction which became a secondary objective to my stay. I learned to love myself and gained confidence in being me. I found a way to finally be happy in life, in the current moment without contingencies. To know I was never broken and that I have more control over my perspective than I ever thought was possible. My sobriety came as a byproduct of discovering my own self worth and I often lay awake at night filled with gratitude for having the opportunity to go through this program. The amount of understanding and support offered to me was outstanding and I felt as if I was amongst family. The care and love from the staff inspires the clients to care for each other in the same fashion. If at any point you need a shoulder to lean on or just someone to listen, every face you see is there for you. I can t find the words to formulate a sentence that will truly express my thanks and love for Elevate. All I can do is let others know if your suffering and need the help, this is where you will find it.

From the very first introduction to the incredible program they have to offer throughout the entire time my loved one spent there, we were kept informed and encouraged. The setting is lovely, the commitment to helping each person succeed and get thru the hard things and the amazing food they serve as a part of the healing process. Highly recommend. For addiction and mental health. My journey through soberlife has been such a blessing. The staff are very caring, intuitive, relatable & intelligent. I learned so much & really think the curriculum is top tier. They take your recovery seriously, motivating you to do the same. Core memories made here, so sad to leave but thankful for the experience of a lifetime.I never imagined being a week sober, now I am almost 6 months. Make the choice to heal, you deserve it.

Sober life is the absolute BEST place to be if you are struggling. I went in 2020 and didn t complete, and they welcomed me back with open arms march of this year and I went through completion. I have had the opportunity to stay in their network by getting care at SD wellness for psychiatry. Over this holiday week I had forgotten about my refill of a medication I need, I got in contact with Dan from alumni since I forgot what their hours were for thanksgiving and Black Friday, and by today (saturday) I have my refill! I got a personal call from Dr Amaro and got squared away. I ve never found a medical group that listens, cares, and has better communication than here. I am so happy with this process and will always come back if I need it! Highly recommend!

I am a born pessimist, so I spent a great deal of time looking into this place. First, I found nothing negative whatsoever, Secondly, I spent 60 days here and cried leaving. This place and ALL of it’s staff saved my life. I can remember spending countless times in the nurses station, at the wellness advocates desk, and even in the Blanco hall, talking to the different staff about my days, my problems, my achievements, etc. And EVERY SINGLE PERSON TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN AND HELP OR CHEER ME ON!! There’s not a staff member in this place that doesn’t care about each person. The therapy sessions are incredible and I can’t thank them enough for showing me I wasn’t hopeless and giving me all the tools I need to have a beautiful, healthy and sober life. I am 45 years old, and I never thought this was possible.

Windmill Wellness Ranch has truly changed my life in ways I never expected. I ve been to multiple treatment facilities over the last decade and felt that I was mentally, physically and spiritually hopeless. I felt I was a lost cause. I have had experience with 12 step programs before and assumed this experience would be like the others. I was wrong. Windmill Wellness Ranch and the staff they employ offer so much more than just a place to get sober and try twelve steps. From the admissions personnel to the wellness advocates, the therapists and the recovery coaches, I ve never met a team of people so willing to bend over backwards to help me reach my personal goals. Through WWR I was able to process a great deal of trauma successfully, while at the same time gain some phenomenal insight on how to grow in a life centered around permanent sobriety. The employees genuinely care about people and most are in recovery themselves. I went there in November of 2024 because I was desperate to get help. They were very helpful with getting me there, checking with me before I got there, and making sure I didn’t change my mind about going (as most of us do when It comes to getting sober). I had an awesome time there, the staff was great (they had their off days, as us alcoholics/addicts do). We were busy most all day every day. They take you to the gym 3x a week, they do panels, and outside meetings as well. The facility itself is clean, there’s laundry machines, snacks & coffee on deck 24/7, they take you to the vape shop and wal mart once a week, and they are working on more outside activities. There were tvs and DVD players in every unit with a TON of dvds. No bed time so you are free to roam around the facility or chill and watch TV. The groups got a little boring (but if you are with a good group of guys they are a lot of fun and informative). The way insurance and every thing works was a little frustrating because it’s on a weekly basis if you stay on the treatment side or go to phase 2. You are allowed your phone 3x a day for a hour each time. The units are awesome, it is an apartment (if you go try to get into the one above the kitchen on the left haha). Mike who is one of the main dudes is an awesome person! I am currently on day 63 and if it weren’t for the lighthouse I would most likely be either dead or in the process of drinking myself to death. If you are in need of help, do the hard thing and ask for it. The money, job, or whatever it is that is keeping you from going won’t be there much longer if you continue to do what you’re doing. I love you all and hope this helps!

I would like to express my gratitude to the Lighthouse and all the staff who had helped me and guided me. I stayed at the Lighthouse for about 90 days and in that timeframe I was able to receive one on one Care meet with a therapist. All my needs were met. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I am forever grateful for this facility and being there for me at a time when I needed it the most.Thank you, Stephanie and Julie for holding my hands as I walk through those doors!

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I’ve been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn’t stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional.One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical’s reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid’s support that really made a difference.The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever.The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex.I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important.So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

Every staff member, from the RNs to the doctors, was incredible and made my time here enjoyable and relaxing.I want to give a special shoutout to Ingrid she’s a gem! Her genuine care for people is evident in her warm demeanor. Dr. S is also exceptional; he is thorough, caring, and incredibly intelligent. This is an excellent residential program where you are not locked onto a unit. There is full access to the absolutely stunning campus. The staff is kind and can relate as most are also in recovery. The food is fantastic with home cooking by Matt, Jon & Eric. I received the best treatment through group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy & case management. The nursing staff is top notch & available 24/7. I highly recommend Spring Hill for the best substance abuse recovery experience out there.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. All staff are exceptional and care genuinely about your well-being. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The nursing staff are attentive. God forbid I ever need a medical detox again, this is the only place I’d want to go. And I don’t say this lightly: they’ve truly saved my life.P.S. The food is amazing.
