I have never been in any treatment facility for my addiction and I am so grateful that I was sent to Boca. I was scared and nervous about being away from home but I was immediately put at ease by the staff. I had no clothes, Bridget came to my rescue with clothes. Sissy, the housekeep, loved on me like a mother with everything I needed to build my self esteem. Ashley, my Therapist, gave me so many tools to not pick up again and assisted me with many coping skills. Brianna, the case manager, assisted me with all things FMLA and pay related with was great because I didn’t know where to start. The chefs, Joseph and Tyron fed me amazing meals to regain my strength and stay healthy. Kevin, the alumni coordinator, has given me his direct contact in case I need anything sobriety related. Overall this has been a life changing experience for me and I am grateful to have had this opportunity and I know that I have truly made life long friendships at Boca.

My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I’d like access to more holistic therapy resources. I’ve actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

Oh man, I can not thank this place enough for literally helping me when I thought I had no where to turn. Every single staff member from housekeeping to the directors were unbelievably kind and caring for each and every client and our different needs. Every single staff member takes the time to always check in with you, even if you’re having a down day and just need to rest your mind and body. The everyday groups became something I looked forward to going to. I loved hearing how there really are people JUST LIKE ME! I had some of the best laughs and made great memories here. I dragged what was left of me into Boca 3/4 of the way dead and I had completely given up on life. I’ve seen some very ugly things in my life and took some very heavy losses that year and decided I was going to crawl in a bottle and stay there until I was dead. It seems God and Boca had different ideas and if it wasn’t for either one of them I wouldn’t be here today writing this review the staff in Boca showed me love kindness and mercy when I needed it . It’s not all about the clinical side of recovery there. The staff work through the heart I could actually see it in their eyes. And let me tell you I did not show them the same love kindness and mercy when I was there but they shouldered it anyway and took good care me I have nothing but love for the staff at Boca welll accept one guy there’s always that one guy 😎

My experience has enlightened me and inspired my path of what they call treatment and recovery which I renamed Training staff is impeccable and caring. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Melissa with open arms and a huge smile that made me want to stay instead of run away like most. Most Techs are great even knowing they are 1/2 my age. The ones that stand out most as super stars are Jeff N, Terrance. Darrell and Matt. Therapist super stars are Jamie. Alexis and Matt. I am extremely happy with my choice and am sober and loving life. I have been integrated into Legacys treatment for A DAY and the staff, community, as well as the setting is nothing like any other experience; They provide lunch and other food for anytime, the staff call out our flunks, therapy is provided at the highest quality once or twice a week, an inhouse doctor prescribes and stays up to date on your medication journey. The sweetest and most beautiful ladies work the front desk, Shoutout Melissa!

What can I say? My stay at Gratitude Lodge was beyond my expectations. This was my first exposure to treatment so I was nervous; nonetheless, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. ❤️

Best experience of my sober life. I want to personally thank, Trinity, Justin, Mario, Ryan, Eli, Megan, Andrew, Lee, Kyle, James and Peter for everything and that they do. The best staff at any program I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a bit over my fair share). They actually care, they love you and they truly want to see you succeed. A special shout out to James, for always and I mean ALWAYS being in my corner. A shoutout to Trinity for being my confidant when I felt alone in the beginning. To Peter, who listened to all my bullshit with a smile on his face and some music in the background. The best place to get sober and the best people to ever be around. Truly a sober environment, where you learn how to be sober. Not just get sober but BE sober. I’ll forever remember my time here with love, respect and of course plenty of GRATITUDE!!!!!!!

I had such a great experience here. I’ve been to alot of rehabs and I cant say the same for most of those. I didn’t know if I wanted to come in or even be sober and James and Megan stayed out front with me for a long while, patiently helping me to make the right decision to come in and I am so glad I did. They have such a great team of people and I couldn’t thank you guys enough. Shout out to James for always staying late and convincing me to not AMA lol i even decides to stay longer, you can tell he really pours his heart into his job and wants to help. Same goes for Megan and Ryan you guys are really the best.
