The staff truly cares about their patients and provided care that met my needs. Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points.
Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own.
The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I’ve had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I’ve worked with my primary care and therapist.
Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment.
Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients.

My recovery journey here is not yet complete but I can tell you this places is amazing, the staff are so helpful and supportive. My initial rehab helped me so much, the food is pretty good and the classes are even better. They really help you find your spirituality and connect you with the place. I’m currently in the sober living program here and it really helps, we go to all the alumni meetings and NA meetings in the area. The PHP program is awesome with good staff along side of you. As far as all the aspects of recovery I would highly recommend this place as your start and finish.

BBH is an incredible facility with a proven track record of success. The staff are the backbone of the facility and they do everything in their power to provide the best care for their clients. Everything is geared to ensure the clients are comfortable, have everything they need during their stay, and make sure clients are set up for success on their recovery journey. The facility is so serene and peaceful with very picturesque views, comfortable rooms, inviting common areas with movies, books and games, and incredible food. Your clients will succeed if they do the work while they are at the facility and complete recommended follow-on care plans. I recommend becoming an Alumni because of the family-style community it has established. You matter and BBH makes sure that you know that.

It can be a scary and painful process going through any program I suspect. But The Ridge staff and their support program made it a very compassionate, Informative, and a truly helpful process. The accommodations were excellent. From counseling through the course work and group work, the program Is a fine balance of healing, education and preparation. Every member of the staff from the cooks and the counselors to the doctors and administration, all were genuinely concerned with my overall well-being and recovery.
I highly recommend The Ridge for anyone seriously considering changing their future for the better.

There is alot more freedom here than other places. I think more personal counseling would be beneficial with trauma. No caffeine and no sugar took some getting used to but i got so healthy while being there, I felt great when I left! I had a medical emergency while in residential treatment and the input i got from Dr.Soto was completely wrong, i can count on one hand how many times i interacted her, she had no idea what she was talking about but the rest of the staff made up for that. Overall I had a great experience at the Ridge. I would recommend this to everyone. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about what’s going on in your life ❤️

So I just want to leave a review based on such a supportive experience with staff. I pray my daughter will finally surrender before it’s to late, everyone close to my daughters have been dying left n right and they have lost children due to addiction, my grandchildren are now adopted out, my heart melts in heartbreak and the pain the whole family goes through is endless. I will forever be grateful for Wasatch Crest. They literally saved my life! They have done for me what I once believed was impossible. They gave me hope of a new life, free from substance abuse and relief from overbearing mental health issues. I personally want to thank both Jim and Nicolette Huffman for not only opening their doors to me within residential treatment, but also for believing in me and not giving up on me. They both really do care, are highly involved and truly develop love for each and every client who is fortunate to admit into the program. Wasatch Crest has one of the best clinical teams I have ever encountered, especially my therapist Rick Buxton CMHC. All of their staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. If you are looking for a residential treatment facility that is safe, filled with numerous therapeutic activities and specializes in trauma, Wasatch Crest is the place to get into. This was my first time in residential treatment. I’ve struggled with alcohol/addiction for the majority of my life. I found real help here (for my mental health as well). I found real people here. It was honestly some of the best weeks of my life.
If any of my family or friends are struggling with drinking/using I will refer them here. This is a special place. A place that fosters cultivation of real personal growth. I’m currently in their IOP program after graduating residential, and it’s excellent aftercare.
This place changed my life. Of course it came with challenges; but the environment, culture, and staff here are all great. I’m the one who had to commit to recovery, but this is the place to do it.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ashwood Recovery. I came into the program during a time when I really needed structure, accountability, and support, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything I gained from being there.
The staff and counselors genuinely care and create an environment where you can be honest about your struggles without feeling judged. The program gave me valuable tools for recovery, helped me build healthier habits, and connected me with other people who understood what I was going through.
Recovery is ultimately up to the individual, but having a supportive place and the right people around you can make a huge difference. I’m leaving Ashwood with a stronger foundation, meaningful friendships, and a lot of gratitude for the progress I’ve made. I graduated from Ashwood Recovery on 8/20/2026 with a huge tool box FULL of tools that will help me to continue my sobriety. Knowledge about myself and who I am and the goals I strive for! I am truly grateful for Springhill Recovery. Immediately I was made to feel at ease, safe & secure. I quickly realized that I was in competent, caring hands with all of the staff that I met.
I learned so much about myself here! I can see where I need to work on a few things and I now have some of the tools to do that, thanks to the amazing groups, clinicians, RS staff & case managers at Springhill.
I leave here confident in my sobriety & excited to continue my recovery program. I will seek connections with other people who are also in recovery because I’ve learned that absolutely nobody can do this alone!
