I would not be where I am today without the help of Recovery Unplugged. I had two 30 day visits with them back in 2019 before moving on to a 90 program in Arizona. Everyone was friendly and you felt like you actually mattered. The musical component of it all was life changing and is still a huge support in my life today. It’s outside of the box recovery and if you are looking for a place to start, this is it. I’m coming on six years of sustained recovery and now hold a masters in divinity while thriving in Tucson. The program and support is great, but once you finish no resources are provided. No follow-up with patients. They are all about profit. The providers can’t even provide outside resources. This should be a warning sign they are out to make money.

RCA and its facilitors were exceptional. Intake and discharge was streamlined and efficient. A variety of flexible groups and speakers were scheduled weekly. Educational classes regarding medications and planning for discharge are also available. The facility provides lesiure activities such as fishing, recovery walks, and a gym. Facility was well maintained and clean. A variety of meals are offered for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a night snack. Substitute protein options are also available. My stay at RCA Bracebridge was truly life-changing. This was my first experience in rehab, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded everything I could have imagined.
The groups were both educational and life-changing, providing valuable knowledge and tools that I can carry with me throughout my recovery. The staff were exceptionally supportive, caring, and informative. It was comforting to know that someone was always there whenever I needed help or support.
My therapist, Jessica V., is amazing, and I will never forget her. Mr. Dan, Mike H., Mrs. Jessie, and Mrs. Amber were also incredibly supportive and generously shared their knowledge and experience, which made a meaningful difference in my recovery.
The RSS staff were outstanding, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for everything they did. The kitchen staff, especially Eric, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. That support allowed us to focus on what mattered most—our recovery.
Mr. Tariq always listened and showed genuine care and compassion toward the clients. His kindness and willingness to be there for us meant a lot.

Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points.
Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own.
The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I’ve had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I’ve worked with my primary care and therapist.
Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment.
Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients.

These people run a great place – referred a friend and they are doing great – some of the best people around. They really care. It can be a scary and painful process going through any program I suspect. But The Ridge staff and their support program made it a very compassionate, Informative, and a truly helpful process. The accommodations were excellent. From counseling through the course work and group work, the program Is a fine balance of healing, education and preparation. Every member of the staff from the cooks and the counselors to the doctors and administration, all were genuinely concerned with my overall well-being and recovery.
I highly recommend The Ridge for anyone seriously considering changing their future for the better.

There is alot more freedom here than other places. I think more personal counseling would be beneficial with trauma. No caffeine and no sugar took some getting used to but i got so healthy while being there, I felt great when I left! I had a medical emergency while in residential treatment and the input i got from Dr.Soto was completely wrong, i can count on one hand how many times i interacted her, she had no idea what she was talking about but the rest of the staff made up for that. Overall I had a great experience at the Ridge. I would recommend this to everyone. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about what’s going on in your life ❤️

Ardu’ Recovery….. Oh my love… I obtained more in 45 days at their residential than I had previously in a combined 12 months elsewhere. I can not convey through mere words what they’ve created. A fruitless and in vain attempt would be to say that the staff aren’t there for a paycheck, they are here to change lives and the do daily. That they alongside the clients help to cultivate a space of healing where one truly feels capable of being present, accountable, and vulnerable. That this is the place and these are my people. That I hope you find the courage within you to walk through those doors and the dedication to change your own life, with the help of some absolutely amazing people along the way. Though those would all be severe understatements, so if you’re curious at least come check us out. What’s the worst that could happen? Your life could be everything you imagined and more, things you couldn’t even fathom brought to fruition, families healed and faith restored? The streets will always refund your misery but if you’re looking for a place full of love, light, and like minded individuals welcome home relative.
