My mom has been seeing Dr Foreman for at least 10 years and she drives 30 minutes for him even though she's nervous driving. She's always said how nice all of the receptionists are. I left a message yesterday to get an initial appointment but haven't heard back. I'll be calling again tomorrow because I absolutely hate where I am currently. And my mom's the most critical person ever and for her to like this place for over 10 years and STILL have great things to say says A LOT!

Great internship opportunity working in Staff Development after being denied ability to be a Summer RA @ Uconn despite rocking the interviews and saving a resident from ramifications who ultimately got the summer job (that resident was so rude to me smh and even ignored me in the interview process like I didn't just help her land an opportunity). My mentor in Jane was amazing and she supported me when a staff came in like a hawk questioning me about watching her presentation on diabetes (talking bout ohh I thought staff development was trying to watch me through you as an intern 😅 😒). Ms. Fleischmann will forever be a fav bc I learned so much under her direction. Not only in knowledge but in life. So much love there.

* Update: I absolutely love them so far. Great team once you get in (waitlist can be a while). I also found out it’s Hailey not Heidi. So I will change it to 4 stars but still don’t like how that employee handled things* I show up at 8Am and I am second in line. They end up giving me an appointment for 11 Am. I’m upset because I called out of work that morning and I already had a pediatrician appointment at 11:40. Heidi tells me I should come in before 8AM tomorrow again (like I don’t have a job and kids to feed and she’s saying it while unbeknownst to her I was there before 8Am 😡) I tell her I can’t do it because I already did that today and that I WOULD come back after picking up my baby, when I come back with my infant SHE HAD CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. She has the poor older lady come confront me to tell me a lie that the provider had an urgent matter and left. I of course question it and they admit it was a mistake and she cancelled me. Heidy refused to look at me. I told her she could’ve just been upfront or said something and that she knew I already had a rough day and I told them I couldn’t take off work for tomorrow. And now that my appointment is canceled the very least she can do is just own it and tell me what happened or offer me helpful solutions. She just refused to look at me or help me and ignored me when I talked to her. Disheartening experience. Two stars for the kind hispanic lady who helped me, I apologize for not remember her name right now. But I appreciate you coming to talk to me and offering helpful solutions.

CarePlus honestly saved my life. While it’s primarily group therapy focused, Sheri was an excellent facilitator (and therapist) for the group (and on an individual basis, as well). If you need support regarding mental health and/or overcoming substance use, this is the best facility in the area for PHP/IOP. From the first day, you can tell the faculty actually cares and wants you to succeed in overcoming any challenges you face regarding mental health/substance use. With the help of their case workers, their support goes beyond just your treatment which helps you feel supported even outside of PHP/IOP. Highly recommend CarePlus to anyone in need of this care.

I’m very nervous for typing this it prolly won’t get seen but that’s alright I’m helllllaaaaa late I’ve been here tons of times I believe I was 14 when I first came and I was obviously a damaged person from the start because of the trauma I’ve had growing up when I was with my family I’ve done horrible things and said horrible things to the staff members, I’m so disgusted by the way I’ve acted I’m 23 now doing a whole lot better in my life and my past still haunts me although now i cope better with it But im 23 years old and to just flash back on the stuff I’ve done to them people it honestly hurts me because I’ve realized now (and this is sad) that they were only tryna help me and if I just allowed them to help me then all the stuff I did to them wouldn’t keep haunting me the way it does right now ( I do cope very well with it though) but if I can just apologize to them face to face I would because if I did the program right things would have been extremely different. I’m thankful for the things I have now but I just want the solnit south staff to know I’m sorry for everything and if I could go back and change everything I would. I enjoyed the activities they had for us I’d like to thank Miguel for pulling me aside when I’d ask for his time so that we can plan activities with other kids they were always so fun playing kickball and had the ping pong tournament (I won first place) I enjoyed beating all the staff members who could play ping pong I miss those days…. I’d like to thank Dave shinn ( idk how to spell his name lol) but I’d like to thank him for pulling me off the unit to play ping pong with me, man that man is good I finally beat him though but sometimes I think he let me win since it was my last time being there due to age LOL :’D…. all the rec staff were amazing and fun the teachers were also amazing and fun and funny as heck lol… all of the staff rocked man and I wish I could play pingpong again with you guys especially the champ Dave shinn hope all is well and take care. ~ love jayde. :)

My experience while being at Savida health has been nothing but Pleasant. Staff has always been on top of the game. Not once since coming to this place have I ever felt uncomfortable, if you truly indeed want your recovery, you will get what you put in. Looking at some reviews people complaining, your problem didn't happen overnight so don't expect for things to fall in place overnight. I've been clean 12 years, because I've put in really hard work. Mostly all addicts biggest problems are they want instant gratification. Unfortunately recovery doesn't work that way. Again if you put in hard work you will see good results, but most of all you have to learn how to navigate around obstacles when they are presented to you. At the end of the day it starts and falls on you, Blessings to the staff at Savida health as well as the patients...

DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMERGENCIES! YOU WILL BE WAITING. YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE. I am in there hospital bed while writing this. They put their patients in hallway for hours and days, the staff and nurses are so rude, example a patient that was in the hallway told a nurse how bad his pain was and the nurse way saying she does not want to hear it literally how weird is that? If you can choose any other nearby ER go to seabrook nh or any other ER. The nurses are so rude literally and I am just warning anyone that would want to come here. do not do it!!!!

IOL has been there for me when I was at rock bottom. My first time there in December 2023 was ok, the staff was kind except for one tech from the adult unit... When I went back last December, I ended up staying for Christmas, and the staff did their best to make us happy with gifts, games, etc. I stayed for almost a month and started becoming myself again with help from my favourite tech and my favorite nurses. This was the first place that actually treated me like a human being while being in a psych facility. Most of the staff were still there from the first time and they had a better understanding with what was going on. I was so happy they remembered what had helped me last time.
