Knowing the staff has to deal with some difficult people 'i get why they might have a attitude once in awhile. This program probably saved my life but it definitely changed since I've been coming here for 22 years. Seems to me that the MONEY is most important to this place' but that's the sad part I am grateful for this place still the same. Thanks.

I am a recent graduate of this program. I referred myself because of serious depression, anxiety, and alcohol overuse. The staff is wonderful - attentive, caring people who have lived what you’re going through. I think almost everyone would benefit from more insight and tools to deal with life’s difficulties.

Excellent service provided by empathetic/qualified staff. Efficient medication management. Great community support system.

I don't know about all programs but options in SMHA has great therapists and med providers I have been going here 3 years and overall I would highly recommend it.

Would never recommend this place, at this point I need to file an official grievance regarding treatment I was given at this establishment. I asked to speak to a supervisor for the past 3 days and have been avoided since their provider was unprofessional ALONG with almost causing a death of a patient by giving them inappropriate medication which caused them to be currently incubated. Stemming from this it seems this location of generations seem to do no research on their patients or care of their reputation. Along with that I was prescribed medication that didn’t work and was refused to be worked with to the point I had to go to a hospital about it where they actually gave me the medication that was said to be inappropriate. not that I am surprised with the professionalism of this place I am yet to hear back regarding this horrible situation. Rachell Farnham Shouldn’t be an employee and would probably do better where you can actually be disrespectful and inappropriate instead of a medication location.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and efficient. What more can you ask for? I look forward to working with them in the future.

I have good medical insurance and dont have to go to Generations but I do and have for 30 years. The service and care have been exceptional. I have only had positive experiences with them from the front door staff to the doctor and bloodwook too, everyone is good

I want to extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Elias, Dr. Montague and the entire Willimantic Dental team at Generations. From start to finish, they made me feel cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. The procedure was completely painless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The extra TLC did not go unnoticed, and I couldn’t be more grateful. As both an employee and a patient, I’m incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled team providing care in our community. Thank you all so much!

Some of these posts are BS the treatment at Rhodes is very good. They also have a good rate of recovery. God bless

I have had the honor of being accepted into the program, the class and meeting are well put together, they do have the skills you need to be successful in your recovery, you just need to be completely focused on your recovery and dedicate yourself to that, because if you don't the program will not work. I sit back and watch women complain and iI see them same women not fully applying themself to the program, if you want something to work you have to read and do what the instructions say or you're not going to get it right, and you tend to blame the program. 1st I believe the consistent use of the cell phones are a major distraction to our recovery while we are here, there are unit phones that can be used. Also, the rules need to be enforced more and taken serious by the clients, the disrespect between the clients are childish in this moment, so staff are in high stress due to the disrespect they receive by the clients, please don't believe all the wrong things you here about this program. I am an addict and in recovery, we have a tendency to say things out of anger and when things don't go our way. this program really works, but only if you work it.... truly, sincerely Ms. Keyonna Fontes 7/4/24

Back in 2018 I was kicked out by a fat, pregnant red headed lady (a counselor I believe) for complaining about my methadone dose being too high. I was so much younger than her too, only 21 years old. However, in 2019 I quit heroin for good, and even quit methadone. I was in withdrawal from methadone for almost 6 months, that’s how long it took, but I wanted off of it so bad, and I thank myself so much for getting my life back and getting off that disgusting drug. So it’s been almost 7 years of being sober, and now I have my own apartment, my own car, and a beautiful daughter and a new baby boy. Roads to recovery may have kicked me, a 21 year old girl, out all those years ago, but that girl was too smart to let it affect her. She rebuilt her life around GOOD people, and she became those people herself :) currently in my last year at Rhode Island College, almost done with my nursing degree❤️ that older overweight red headed lady who happened to be pregnant at the time, I hope she doesn’t work there anymore, because she was a horrible counselor. If anyone is reading this and trying to decide on a rehab to go to, there’s so many good ones, this was literally the only one I had a bad experience at (and back when I was using, I ended up at least 8 different rehab type places), so the fact that Roads to Recovery was the only bad one says a lottt. Oh and I just had a memory, one time in the van, a staff member wouldn’t let a woman bring her seizure medication since we were already about to leave. Guess what? The woman had a seizure… which was SCARY really scary to witness. First and only time I ever saw someone having a seizure before. The staff is incompetent at this place unfortunately for them. So glad all that happened in 2018, love seeing my sober years climbing higher and higher 🥰 life is good :D

A family member of mines was kicked out this program for walking across the street to buy a drink while she was out at an apoppintment which doesn't make any sense sense it's a drug rehab n not prison

I recently started therapy sessions here as well as having my first medication management appointment just the other day. I do see Joy for therapy and feel extremely comfortable sharing with her which I’ve had a hard time doing in the past. I’m excited to work on my goals and continue working with Joy, I am so happy I have had the opportunity to meet with her. She really listens and has such a calming and kind presence about her, thank you so much Joy You are amazing ! And I had my medicine appointment with Barbara and she was also very kind , actually listened to you and your concerns, she definitely cares about her patients and that can be rare to find .. I appreciate you both and as well as the extremely kind and attentive front desk. I’m very happy with my experiences so far !

I came to rushford broken. Thanks to the kind and caring staff i have been able to pick up the peices. I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. I recommend this facility when at all possible.

For anyone seeking detox and/or intensive inpatient, Rushford is the place to go. The staff and environment are impeccable. Rich, Joe,Brian, Kelly, and Briana,just to name a few,we're awesome in helping me recover from the illness of addiction. The place is very supportive and I would go back again if I ever needed to, God for bid.
