Apt is a great facility that offers different programs & medication options for those struggling w/addiction but are ready to make the change. It's conveniently located & right on the bus route. Counselors at Apt are caring, genuinely want to help, & most have also been thru the program so can emphasize w/your situation.

I started my recovery journey with MCCA New Haven 4 years ago. I completed the IOP and relapse prevention programs. Throughout my time the staff, the counselors and the APRN have supported me in every way possible. They listen, they care and they don't judge. I will be forever grateful for the help they have given me. My life gets better every day that I am sober and I celebrate every year of my recovery with them. Thanks

The staff was very polite and caring .Alyssa,the Therapist was excellent,she led the group sessions with professionalism and allowed us to engage with each other which was also a learning experience on different ways to respond/react to difficult situations in more positive ways rather than negative ways.Shout out to Danika,our other Therapist as well,who was also instrumental in achieving our goals.Thank you to Alyssa,Danika and my fellow groupies.Best wishes.Keith E Manning

This is absolutely the best of the best medical offices I have ever been to for medical assistance. Every person who works there is friendly, helpful, and polite. I have been a Connecticut resident most of my life, but I have lived in Pennsylvania for a few years, Texas too, and have used their VA medical centers as well. All of them were very good, but if I have to pick one that I believe was/is the absolute Best, I would chose, hands down, Waterbury VA .

The Doctors and Nurses are Very Professional indeed, I've been Battling Stage 3 Lung Cancer Since April 2022, and They've been there for Me all the way. I've nothing but Respect and Admiration for Everyone There, Especially Sonia Harris She's Always there in My Corner. Thank You Intercommunity Health Care.

I like what they do to help me in ways that I can't do it on my own

My mom has been seeing Dr Foreman for at least 10 years and she drives 30 minutes for him even though she's nervous driving. She's always said how nice all of the receptionists are. I left a message yesterday to get an initial appointment but haven't heard back. I'll be calling again tomorrow because I absolutely hate where I am currently. And my mom's the most critical person ever and for her to like this place for over 10 years and STILL have great things to say says A LOT!

3 1/2hrs was a bit much especially when you're already in withdrawal & have a 5yr old but I guess that's more of a ME issue than APT foundation. As a whole they are fabulous. Never had any issues,they are even extremely helpful when in a bind and have no transportation to get to clinic. I would recommend apt foundation for anyone looking to maintain long term sobriety.Edit: the 3 1/2hrs was just the initial intake. I also only went to Long wharf location for intake as well. For my day to day needs I attend the clinic in North Haven. I have no bad things to say about that location either

Hi my name is Kevin . I have been receiving treatment at Wheeler clinic for ten plus years. To be honest I have had a few bad experiences at Wheeler clinic but mostly all good . When I was at my lowest mentally I turned to Wheeler for help. I must admit that it was hard in the beginning. I was very reluctant in accepting help, but the staff at Wheeler was very patient with me. As time went on I began to open up. I started realizing that they are here to help me and not make me do anything I didn't want to do. As years passed I became a better person to people around me and most of all to my self . No more self harm or thoughts of worthlessness. Thanks to Wheeler clinic I am still here for my kids and family . Thanks to the Wheeler clinic staff. I would recommend Wheeler clinic to family and friends.THANK YOU "WHEELER CLINIC".

I always have a great visit every time I go. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Brynn (hopefully I spelled that right). I have been waiting for a specific product to come back in stock for a few months now and I was telling Brynn who helped me pick something new to try. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable. So very sweet and understanding especially to someone who really doesn t have much experience with any other product besides what I ve been using. Best thing was when she told the pharmacist that what I usually use has been out of stock for months the pharmacist remembered that they had one left! So thank you so much to Brynn for all your help and thank you to the pharmacist!
