My son came here seve- ral times and said that he was treated with compassion, care, and respect both times. He would not go anywhere else and said that it was a great program.

Don't come here if your only gonna shower once in 30 days, bum cigarettes, and sleep during every grou, and make up every medical excuse you can think of to reason your poor behavior. Dont blame your medication when you stay up all night and sleep all day, don't take MATs if you are gonna use them as an excuse for your lack of effort when plenty of others can take them and still work the program. It isn't daycare, sleeping and getting high legally isn't sober. You took a 30 day nap. 🙄

The staff here worked with me from the very beginning to help get me in for treatment. They were prompt and got me in immediately! Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The people here really care about their patients and I would recommend first step to anyone who wants a better life! Thank you guys for everything!

Stop researching treatment centers because this one is hands down the best!! I've been to several treatment centers and The Ridge is in a league of their own- for all the good reasons! Yes, it is a beautiful home like atmosphere with a lot of luxuries and outstanding food but the main reason I found The Ridge so helpful to me was the loving and supportive staff and amazing program. And the support doesn't stop when you leave! I enrolled in IOP and am plugged into the many alumni events they host. My recovery community is filled today with Ridge Alum and I owe my recovery to the tools I learned at The Ridge and all the continue support I get from them.

The Ridge is an incredible place to go to for treatment. They keep you plenty busy with group therapy sessions as well as 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor, and there are lots of things to do during recreation time. I’m grateful I was able to find a treatment center with staff that truly care about me and work to foster a friendly environment among all patients. If you’re looking for help I can think of no better place to go to than the Ridge for residential treatment.

No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. Absolutely love the staff

I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i’ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they’ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn’t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i’ve met here have been so kind. And if you’re a woman or lgbtqia+ you’ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn’t seem to exist here. They’ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

Glenbeigh saved my life. It gave me the tools I needed to start my recovery, which I utilized when I got out. I am almost 2 years clean/sober and I owe it all to this place and the amazing staff. The food is great too!

The staff genuinely cares because most are recovering addicts themselves. They will go the extra mile to accommodate and make sure you are comfortable. If I would have know how easy it was I'd have came along time ago and saved my family and myself endless amounts of grief. This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! I was treated for hep c while I was there to!!! A nice room with a shower in it!!!!! A personal trainer so we got to work out!!!! The kitchen was opened all night which I thought was great!!! I love paula, sister T, Sara, Courtney my counselor while I was there! Jeremy are gym teacher, all the staff marva!!!!! Ann love you 💕

I love Brightview I've been going there for almost 2 years and I've never been to a treatment center that I honestly love going too ❤️.

I tried on my own to break my pain pill addiction. I couldn't get through the withdrawal symptoms. With Brightview help I am pain pill free for the past 4 years. They are good people offering real help. Thank you Brightview. Kevin

I was a client and when I tell you this place saved my life, believe it. I've never met a group of professionals who care so much, every single one of them!! If you or a loved one are suffering and you choose anywhere else, you're making the wrong decision.

This place was absolutely amazing! This was my third treatment center and Wellbrook is by far the best! The staff was incredible and very informative! One on one counseling, along with dual diagnosis treatment was very helpful. I love that after you leave the house, anyone is welcome back to attend meetings or group activities. The location and seclusion of the house was perfect, along with there being no more than 10 guys at a time. The staff again was amazing! They keep you engaged and genuinely care about you as a person. I'am forever grateful for the experience and continued guidance Wellbrook provides!

Top notch staff, could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Very Helpful And Understanding

Amazing place. Not only will I be an employee here in a week but I also am taking my CDCA class there in September and took the Fatherhood class last year. All for zero from my pocket and the people doing these classes really care. Very good vibe and atmosphere

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

I have been at eastway for years excellent! Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one of the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

Peer Support Specialist

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

Very nice respectful professional people there

I had a mostly positive experience at Lumier Healing Centers. The facility is extremely clean and modern, the food is great, and the rooms are comfortable with TVs and private bathrooms. The nursing and medical staff were excellent—professional, caring, and available 24/7. The staff overall were cool and kind, especially the Lumier Alumni who genuinely care and want to help the next addict or alcoholic. My only critique is with case management, which seemed overworked and at times led to communication breakdowns with clients and counselors. Still, I give Lumier 5 stars. When the pain gets great enough, I and or we get willing to be vulnerable, honest, and stop hiding behind my and or the mask and tattoos. If you’re reading this—YOU CAN FN DO IT!

Great place to learn and grow! Most of the staff are great but some lack clear communication and punctuality.

The staff at Lumiere really care about the clients and their well-being. I felt my needs were taken seriously and always met with concern. I would highly recommend Lumiere to anyone in need of addiction services.

I valued my time at the house of Hope.

When I was looking to leave treatment I knew I still needed structure in my life so I contacted the House of Hope for their Recovery Residence Program. They have been amazing after I moved in they helped me find a new job, when I found out that it would be remote they set me up for success in the house. Their structure has help keep me sober.

The therapists at Recovery Village are excellent. The individualized care plan created by the therapists provided meaningful activities that were specific to my addiction and trauma. The food service staff were very attentive to my dietary restrictions.

RVC is an amazing facility. It’s a great place to start your recovery journey and get to the destination of sobriety. The counselors are all amazing: Mel, Sydnee, Raynita, Kara, Josh, Bev, Marchelle, Chris, Jordan, Mark are amazing people who care deeply. The nurses: Kris, Tina, Shawna, Terrie, Jessica , Ashley, Nicole, Amber are amazing people who really go out of there way to make you healthy. The Behavioral tech team: Justin, Phil, Dorothy, Jessica, Hislord, Anne are all amazing and really make you feel at home. The Chefs: Troy, Don, Deon, Trinity, Sheila are amazing cooks and prepare great meals. The groups are fun and energizing. The meetings are inviting and eventful and you leave full of knowledge and energy to lead a safe and sober life. From art to pool, ping pong, movies, basketball, frisbee, football, bon fires on Friday nights, and client led AA/NA you really receive a mountain of knowledge. Great place to go. Miss yall!!!

Mrs April and Mrs Susan have changed my life I was on benzodiazepines for years and was just ready to get off them I started coming here two years ago and my life is forever changed I’m forever thankful for these guys are very professional and caring!!!!

This is the 1st place that I don't feel like I am being judged. Susan & April are amazing and I they have been a huge part of my recovery and I would be lost without them and Applegate.

This place isnt rated 5 stars because of luxury amenities or fantastic housing or even because they will literally take anyone when they have a bed available, it’s rated 5 stars by me because they truly care about you and your family and your life as well as your sobriety. It’s the only 9month program that I know of and it takes 9 months for a child to be born, so it makes sense that jt takes 9 months for a new child of God to be reborn. If nothing else has worked for you, give it a shot- what do you have to lose? Saved my life and many others.

Amazing facility that treats you right away. This is not just a detox or rehab, the staff truly cares about you and will make sure you care about yourself when you walk out. During my time there we didn’t just sit in a room and talk all day. We had activities like hiking, bowling, cornhole and Charlie took us out golfing as well! Charlie, Zack, Jess, Mike, Jason, Sam and Erica played a vital role in my recovery. Thank you!

Brightview in Wilmington, Ohio has truly been a lifesaver for me. The staff there is truly compassionate and caring. I was an emotional mess when I first stopped there. I didn’t even have an appointment, but I knew I had to get help right away. I’ll be forever grateful to the nurse, Linda, who came to my aid. She welcomed me and my tears with open arms. All of the other staff are truly amazing as well. My Dr. Don truly has a heart of gold and my counselor Lisa is Heaven Sent! I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in any way. Everyone that works there is amazing! My thanks goes out to Paula, Lola, Amanda and ALL the staff that have been there to help me through the struggles life has thrown at me this last year. There are people here who care. Several have played a significant role in my personal recovery, this program is second to none. I've been all over the state for recovery, Ohio Treatment Center is by far the most complete program that I have been a part of, which has given me the motivation to pursue a career in recovery and hopefully work with these individuals who have proven to be the best of the best.
