So far I've been greeted and attended to upon arrival. The staff have been so friendly, respectful and helpful. I've read negative reviews about this place so I was concerned visiting here but me personally I have had a great experience. Twice I came here without an appointment for hearing aid issues and was seen within 5 minutes both times. They repaired my old backup set on the spot and mailed the new ones off for repair. Old one had an issue two days later so they got me a loaner and sent that in for repair too (7 years old). They have been really accommodating. My PCP is Dr Ana. So far this is the best doctor I've had at my time with the VA here and in North Carolina and I am really happy she's my Dr. She listens and is receptive to providing info about lifestyle changes paired with medications instead of just handing me a combat bottle of pills and sending me out the door. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. You're treated with respect and dignity. Neuro has also done everything possible to ensure privacy and efficiency. It's the only clinic/Dr's office that I've ever truly felt comfortable at; which means a lot. The only aspect I haven't been satisfied with is that the Dr has a "one size fits all," approach when it comes to dosages. Regardless of whether the dosage is actually working for you or not, what your history is, or how long you've been a patient - she's unwilling to consider increases or listen to your rational. That part has been very frustrating and invalidating. Especially considering the monthly cost. I think it's really important to listen/assess patient needs and make reasonable adjustments accordingly. There will always be people who try to take advantage. But that shouldn't impact everyone. That being said, no center is perfect. I'm very grateful to Sally and Alicia; two absolutely incredible people who put their heart and soul into caring for every patient. I'm happy I found Neuro. It is a very thorough practice, you are not in and out; the staff although extremely gracious and friendly take their jobs very seriously. It can be costly, since no insurance is accepted at this time - so communicate with them ahead of time. They have always responded to my messages in a timely fashion. The opioid epidemic in Flordia exploded and this service became a WAY overpriced system targeting desperate people. Yes..the procedure gets you through the detox. BUT the aftercare, support and overall resources to help and repair your nervous system to deal with the root cause of trauma and brain health is NOT addressed. Actually it is even offensive to ask about that. Many people relapse within 30 days and then are in a worst place being $20,000 in debt. This program would be more ethical if the care and compassion for WHY people come to you is addressed. This is a medical procedure that leaves your body a shell and trying to fight through integration back into a world that made them addicts in the first place. My suggestion is go to bicycle health for $200. Get on Suboxone to taper down to abstinence… along with a very supportive community with hundreds of classes and groups. You will get a personal coach and one on one doctor to work with. This is way more than getting clean. This is mental health and ANR does not take this into account. Valiant Recovery allowed me the options to discover my worth .Once I truly unpacked my bags and settled in, the Counselors and Staff put in just as much and you can guarantee more at all times! There wasn't a moment that went by when Valiant couldn't not handle every scenario thrown at them by addicts who deserve the grace,yet don't realize the cost that goes into not believing in yourself. Made sure if clients requested services that the proper help needing to fulfill those services where found in a more than timely manner!Above and beyond. Diets adhered too per clients request, Meals always prepared on pm shift with love for the next day. My very own room with a more than comfortable bed to call my sanctuary or home away from home. And let's not forget the Art room for art Therapy sessions and The Amazing Library with several puzzle tables huddled with a selection of therapy puzzles included into the large wall of Self Help, Spiritual, Fiction, Non Fiction, mystery and regular old novels, Different bibles,ECT. Another corner with a white board for the possibility of group sessions in the Library at other Times. Classes begin at 830 am and allow clients to explore into the realizations that birthed the problem within most of us. For an hour at a time little baby steps , Coming from someone who as a native to Charlotte county was born and raised here dealt with a 23 year active addiction streak. Let's face it a luxurious more than comfortable coming off the streets to comfort real down to earth comfort.30 days isn't an option to fix anything with 23 years engrained into someone's past who needs to be mentaly reparented.so check out the 90 day program.Thank God for Valiant and there Staff.2025

It's August 2026 and I have visited four times. So far I've been greeted and attended to upon arrival. The staff have been so friendly, respectful and helpful. I've read negative reviews about this place so I was concerned visiting here but me personally I have had a great experience. Twice I came here without an appointment for hearing aid issues and was seen within 5 minutes both times. They repaired my old backup set on the spot and mailed the new ones off for repair. Old one had an issue two days later so they got me a loaner and sent that in for repair too (7 years old). They have been really accommodating. My PCP is Dr Ana. So far this is the best doctor I've had at my time with the VA here and in North Carolina and I am really happy she's my Dr. She listens and is receptive to providing info about lifestyle changes paired with medications instead of just handing me a combat bottle of pills and sending me out the door.

Between the counseling sessions, & the MAT, I'm goin on 2.5 years, (straight thru, no on again off again BS), legitimately clean, sober, and stable. Which, in my 32 yrs of life, I'm just now beginning to get to know my true self. Bc I started SO young, I hadn't realized I'd never stopped to really develop who I was. This program SAVES LIVES! UPDATE : 3/24/26. Stan from new seasons contacted me after this post and apologized for the confusion and straightened everything out within a day. The program director and the counselors at the Sarasota New season treatment center very helpful and very pleasant I have one Problem I had to pay out-of-pocket for my first three dosing because I was told by Elise that she wasn’t sure Medicare will pay even though they accepted Medicare, Well Medicare paid them and and this person Elise will not return my phone calls so I don’t know how to get my refund I left messages on her office phone and her cell phone I call almost every day for the last three weeks so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center donewtx Wc she will not return my calls so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center

I just became a patient of New Seasons, After asking my pain management doctor for help he dropped me and I was pretty much left to my own devices, I found new seasons I was able to get an appointment the next day, the staff was extremely kind supportive loving understanding, I am a Christian and I was praying for help and I just know that God was in the details sending me to this facility, they were not judgmental they welcomed me with open arms, they provide many services and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help getting off opiates, and my case it was an addiction that started because I’m prescribed oxycodone for my back I’ve been in Pain Management for years, they don’t care they will help you no matter what the circumstances, if you need help and you’re afraid or ashamed to ask please reach out to this clinic you will not be sorry

For anyone struggling with personal demons, let me just say that New Seasons Sarasota has been nothing but helpful, kind, and cooperative in my treatment. From the day I started, I felt like a tremendous weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Not that it disappeared; but the clinic helped me by taking some of that weight! Very awesome staff. Nurses are wonderful, counselors are amazing, the techs are spectacular, and they give out free lollipops. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. It has been about a year since then, and I am now able to save money, fix my relationships with family and friends, and pretty much rebuild my life because of the support and treatment from New Seasons. The reality is, it is never too early or too late to seek help and end an addiction. The sooner you choose to do it, the sooner you can get your life back on track. Absolutely incredible center comprised of staff who actually care. Sally and Alicia went above and beyond from my very first appointment. You're treated with respect and dignity. Neuro has also done everything possible to ensure privacy and efficiency. It's the only clinic/Dr's office that I've ever truly felt comfortable at; which means a lot. The only aspect I haven't been satisfied with is that the Dr has a "one size fits all," approach when it comes to dosages. Regardless of whether the dosage is actually working for you or not, what your history is, or how long you've been a patient - she's unwilling to consider increases or listen to your rational. That part has been very frustrating and invalidating. Especially considering the monthly cost. I think it's really important to listen/assess patient needs and make reasonable adjustments accordingly. There will always be people who try to take advantage. But that shouldn't impact everyone. That being said, no center is perfect. I'm very grateful to Sally and Alicia; two absolutely incredible people who put their heart and soul into caring for every patient. I'm happy I found Neuro. It's had a positive impact on my life.

I have been a patient of Neuro Assisted for many years. From the very beginning I was treated with respect. It is a very thorough practice, you are not in and out; the staff although extremely gracious and friendly take their jobs very seriously. It can be costly, since no insurance is accepted at this time - so communicate with them ahead of time. They have always responded to my messages in a timely fashion. Neuro Assisted were and are instrumental on my path to recovery and I am beyond grateful.

Absolutely incredible physicians and staff. I went through their detox program and HIGHLY recommend it. Dr. Rhyne saved my life and got me back on track back in July. The groups were excellent; I got a referral for inpatient therapy right away. I got on medications to help with the mood symptoms that I was using alcohol to self-medicate for, and I got naltrexone to help with my physical cravings. I know the rest is up to me, but this facility and those doctors and therapists really set me up for success.

ive been working with centerstone staff for 4 yrs now. They have kept me safe, engaged, and travel to my home every week to deliver meds and check on me. I even have access to their psychiatrist by text and he is extremely accomodating and friendly. Very helpful.

I would especially like to mention Yvonne as during my crisis she went way and above to seek me help and not separate me and my support dog. People out there need to know Yvonne is a genuine person who cares. A lot of us think Centerstone gets a bad rap I have never been there impatient I dealt with Yvonne to figure out how to keep me and my dog together and get the help I need and for that I am forever grateful if you need help and you know you do but you keep putting it off and off it will only get worse until you are broken you do not want to get there you know that you need help get it right away so it'll be easier to get back to your life versus everything being scattered and you lost your mind anybody out there with behavioral health problems or mental illness step ahead of it before it swallows you

Hands down thebest place to get off opiates if you want it. 25 year addict couldn't get a day to save my life no I have over 3 years with the help of operation pars. It's not perfect place it's humans running it who get paid low wages but it sure beats havingto see the dope man every day. Atleast you will not be treated like a fiend lilthere and also things have gotten alot better and more leinecny with take homes and all then when I first was comming to the clinic

We are in debt with the lender for the next 5 years, and my son relapsed into drug use in less than one week. It all sounded really good before treatment, but there have been a lot of undeliverable promises. Waste of money. I wish I would have send him to a place he got real help.

The overall experience takeaway for my loved one is 2/5 stars. The opioid epidemic in Flordia exploded and this service became a WAY overpriced system targeting desperate people. Yes..the procedure gets you through the detox. BUT the aftercare, support and overall resources to help and repair your nervous system to deal with the root cause of trauma and brain health is NOT addressed. Actually it is even offensive to ask about that. Many people relapse within 30 days and then are in a worst place being $20,000 in debt. This program would be more ethical if the care and compassion for WHY people come to you is addressed. This is a medical procedure that leaves your body a shell and trying to fight through integration back into a world that made them addicts in the first place. My suggestion is go to bicycle health for $200. Get on Suboxone to taper down to abstinence… along with a very supportive community with hundreds of classes and groups. You will get a personal coach and one on one doctor to work with. This is way more than getting clean. This is mental health and ANR does not take this into account. The make $$$ and move on to the next person.
