5 stars is the limit? I was shocked when I finally went there after a couple years ago. I don't know what happened but now they are FANTASTIC. Easily 10 stars now..Great service, excellent people, super efficient. Unbelievable. I prefer the VA now over regular drs on Florida Blue. Always on the mark..The old saying from vets was " If the Vietnam doesn't kill you,the VA will" is gone.I don't know what happened to the VA here,but absolute excellence from all departments. Contrary to many of my fellow vets I find the Sarasota clinic to be outstanding and attentive to my needs. I think many of the veterans blame the clinic staff for VA regional office and VA procedure related issues. Dr Annamandala is my primary care doctor and I am thoroughly satisfied.

VALIANT RECOVERY is extremely comfortable, like, vacation comfortable. I sat in leather recliners while I watched 80s movies and chowed down on sandwich meats the whole time.
I was randomly drug tested (even though I paid out of pocket and put myself in VALIANT) which was really exciting. Taking a wiz into a small plastic cup takes skill when you have a massive ding dong.
I GIVE VALIANT RECOVERY 5 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!!!

Between the counseling sessions, & the MAT, I'm goin on 2.5 years, (straight thru, no on again off again BS), legitimately clean, sober, and stable. Which, in my 32 yrs of life, I'm just now beginning to get to know my true self. Bc I started SO young, I hadn't realized I'd never stopped to really develop who I was. This program SAVES LIVES! This is the LONGEST I've EVER had ANY kind of sobriety. & unbelievably, I haven't relapsed since I began this new chapter in my life. I'd recommend this program to ANYONE who's stuck in this cycle of insanity! 💯💯💯

The fact team goes out if their way to help me on a day to day. From food bank trips to money budgeting. My favorite case worker is john Roche. I first attended the Bradenton clinic have been attending par for 12 years and yes it seems they try to get you to go up in your dose because they are always asking how your feeling are you stable blah blah blah. But they aren't twisting your arm after 12 years the most I went was to 115 during pregnancy and I'm back down to 60 MG by dropping 5 MG a week so I dropped 55 MG pretty fast. But I'm ok I didn't need to be that high I don't think any one does I think they just search for that high they used to get so they go up and up and up. I totally recommend this comic and the Bradenton one nurse's extremely friendly front counter girls amazing! They saved my life

I've just read a number of other reviews, & my overall feeling regarding the ppl who felt they were/are not being helped seem to have unreasonable, unrealistic expectations. Yes, they do random drug screening. They aren't observed, unless u give them reason to be suspicious. & if u actually read the Patient Handbook before starting u'd understand that UA's are simply part of the program. Yes, in the very beginning, u can only move up 10 mgs. @ a time, & only once a week until u get to 160 mg's, then u need to see the Doc. The dosing nurses are overworked, understaffed, & underpaid. They come to work in the morning's to help US. TBH the reviews ive read are simply ppl who aren't using the program the way it's intended to be. Therefore, they have no business going in the first place. If ur at the point in ur life where u know ur DONE, then this program can change ur life. I've got almost 4 years, without even one relapse. It's almost unbelievable to me that I've got this much time under my belt, when I haven't had more than a little over a year, (& that was locked up), sober in my entire adult life. My point is if u want better, & are truly ready for that change, this program can save lives. I can honestly say it saved mine. It was the only thing, (& I've tried it all, Suboxone, Subutex, Naloxone, Zubsolve...) that was GENUINELY able to open my eyes to the possibility of a better life. U just have to want it, for urself. Hang in there. If I can do it, ANYONE can! Good Luck! 💯✨🫶🏻☺️🌈🪻🍎

I feel like I am part of the New Season Family! I have been coming to New Season off & on for 15 years. With that being said, I have been to 4 different clinics in the past. And, I would say that as long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, then you will have no worries! Sarasota is the better clinic, due to the most awesome doctor! She really helped me get off of my benzo's, and I have been doing amazing ever since. I really miss all the staff!!! But now that I reside in Bradenton, I go to the New Season here and it's only 1.5 miles from my residence... Anyways, I pray that Krista, the doc, my old counselor, Stuart, and my new counselor, Alaina, and all the nurses, as well as, all other staff members and volunteers be safe & have a blessed Holiday Season this year! Ms. Alaina is amazing! Not only does she provide a safe space where I know I can always go and share absolutely anything without judgement, she is also wonderful with my daughter when she is with me. She turned what used to be a scary place to her into some where she no longer afraid to go! Ms.Alaina is truly an invaluable resource and counselor at this location! I am so grateful to have her on my recovery journey. I also alway look forward to seeing Ms. Yoliya’s smiling face at the window, she always asks how I am doing and always remembers what I have going on!! She has all the qualities you would want in your nurse.

They have the most amazing nurses (Mrs. Yoliya, and Mrs. Lynnette) at this location. They actually care unlike alot of other methadone clinics.The counselors are amazing as well. If your looking into getting clean I would definitely recommend going here!

Absolutely incredible center comprised of staff who actually care. Sally and Alicia went above and beyond from my very first appointment. You're treated with respect and dignity. Neuro has also done everything possible to ensure privacy and efficiency. It's the only clinic/Dr's office that I've ever truly felt comfortable at; which means a lot.
The only aspect I haven't been satisfied with is that the Dr has a "one size fits all," approach when it comes to dosages. Regardless of whether the dosage is actually working for you or not, what your history is, or how long you've been a patient - she's unwilling to consider increases or listen to your rational. That part has been very frustrating and invalidating. Especially considering the monthly cost. I think it's really important to listen/assess patient needs and make reasonable adjustments accordingly. There will always be people who try to take advantage. But that shouldn't impact everyone.
That being said, no center is perfect. I'm very grateful to Sally and Alicia; two absolutely incredible people who put their heart and soul into caring for every patient. I'm happy I found Neuro. It's had a positive impact on my life.

I have been a patient of Neuro Assisted for many years. From the very beginning I was treated with respect. It is a very thorough practice, you are not in and out; the staff although extremely gracious and friendly take their jobs very seriously. It can be costly, since no insurance is accepted at this time - so communicate with them ahead of time. They have always responded to my messages in a timely fashion. Neuro Assisted were and are instrumental on my path to recovery and I am beyond grateful.

I love this place, my sons therapist Michael is amazing, my son has ADHD and Michael helps so much with this, not only providing tools for him, but for me as well as a parent navigating ADHD. My son also has anxiety and Michael has been so supportive and patient with him, I’ve seen such a improvement with him…the front office staff is always so nice , Deanna who works the front desk is always there ready with a smile and happy to see us, giving stickers every time we come. The floor plans, swimming pool, a lanai and the enticing incentive of breakfast including lunch or dinner were priorities. Aston Gardens of Pelican Point was the perfect solution because we’ll never have to move again. Our stress level has nearly been eliminated, especially having the room for all our art and furniture. The food choices have been extremely tasty and the level of help is unprecedented. We are home for our next 20 years+ and it feels wonderful!

Great community that offers Independent Living for my MIL! They also have Asst. Living and Memory Care and the "Inn" is gorgeous with great care givers. The food Wow factor and options are terrific to include gluten free. The social aspect is amazing and keeps the residents VERY busy!

It is a scam. If you don't sign up to have rent deducted from your
bank accounts, you are charged $25 per month.

Doctors and staff are wonderful. I came in feeling depressed and anxious. Dr. Madj Alsamman knows psychiatry and cares greatly for each patient that comes into the unit. I love him so much! Dr. Dameff is also very knowledgeable and fun!
Naomi has classes each day to help your thinking and behaviors. I learned a great deal from her. I will use the techniques she taught me to navigate the world as I go out from the comfort of Shorepoint Behavioral Hospital.
The RNs like Sandy and Christian are also knowledgeable in behavioral health and are always willing to lend an ear and advice to patients. The techs like Maryellen are so concerned for the people there as well.
My time there was well worth it.

Beyond anything I could ever expect. From admission to aftercare this facility is the best there is (and I have been a few places). If you have ever had a bad experience elsewhere.. then come here. I myself have been to a lux rehab..but it didn't have the program they provided here.

White Sands is an amazing facility. i had a life changing experience while going through their detox and rehab program. From the minute I checked in until the minute I checked out, I was treated with grace and dignity. The staff are amazing from the sweet ladies who clean our rooms…to the techs….the therapists….medical doctors….psychiatric doctors…case managers…the cafe ladies….the food was delicious…everyone was amazing. If you find yourself needing some help, this is the place for you. I had housemates from other States, because White Sands is so amazing.

I've guest-dosed at various places over the years. This place, by far, has been the easiest and friendliest location I've visited. The staff is super nice and helpful as were the local regulars that I met. There are 3 windows, and I never waited more than 5min to dose. They assigned me a client # on my 1st day. After that, it was just a matter of signing in at one of the kiosks and heading to the dosing line. Quick, simple, easy, and friendly. And the price is no more than I pay at my clinic back home. AAA+++

This program will work to help you with anything you need help with. Yes it sucks with the revolving door of counselors. But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it’s been a yr. And I pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. And I’m down to 25mgs got my life together was able to save more money then ever!!! Got health together or moving along nicely I don’t even think of getn high.Sometimes I even forget to take my meds! If you follow the program you should not be there 2years & have nothing not even a 2bottles to show for it, your not clean or following any directions & there’s not many. Pick up c ur councilor 1 maybe 2xs a month if needed. Or more if wanted. Someone is always there for you. Thank you New Seasons! & yes we all miss Sam and Arianna, she started tough as nails, but once she knew u,she was a doll! I loved & miss them both. Sometimes when we’re lucky Sam fills in. 😇
