Helping Hands Recovery center is an amazing opportunity to rediscover rebuilt and restore one’s life. My personal experience I began treatment there while pregnant and Donna and Deanna loved on me when I wasn’t able to love myself they are so passionate about recovery and assisting people to learn new ways to be healthy in all aspects of life. They treated me and my now 9 month old son with sincere compassion and kindness. I will always be grateful and thankful for that opportunity of meeting such phenomenal people. That experience will always be in my heart. I love Ms.Donna and I do recommend anyone with the desire to change there life to attend Donna’s Helping Hands program your life will never be the same!

I absolutely love helping hands. I had been back and forth for a few years in my recovery and i was having a really hard time. I was in a bad situation before i had gone back to treatment. I was an absolute mess. I still using in treatment and found myself in a crisis. I needed help I wasn’t getting, and I needed to be accountable. I decided to do something differently, to weigh my options and choose a place I really thought could be beneficial. I saw it was a small all women group, and I just felt called in that direction. They responded really quickly, I told them the truth and they really went out of their way to help. Of course It wasn’t easy, I went to two different residential facilities before I was well enough. And they were there with me every step of the way. When stuff hit the fan at the first residential facility, they got me and found me somewhere safer and more equipped. I felt empowered to try my hardest knowing how caring and supportive they were, and how they were rooting for me. No one had and still to this day has ever shown up for me the way they did. They made me feel safe and encouraged me to communicate along the way. Almost 2 years later they are still in my life and they have never shut their doors on me. The environment they create with their girls is just unmatched. I consider them family. It’s not your revolving door - just for the money treatment you’ll see over and over in south Florida. None of the misconduct horror stories, nothing. All you have to do is want it, even just a smidge, and hope to grow that smidge. And they’ll help you blossom. They have all the resources and tools. Today i have a family life, friends, I can care for animals and myself, and most importantly I’m happy to be alive. I wholeheartedly recommend helping hands. They are a godsend in my life.

They treat the whole person in as in dual diagnosis. They also have aftercare plan and transitional housing. Transitional housing even after IOP is still under Satori. My loved one was treated here starting 1-3-2016. After other centers across time, along with short lived unsuccessful replacement Rx. After treatment at Satori Waters, he's had the most successful recovery over a 14 year span. I believe the center may have changed hands in 2018. If so then a review of more recent care may reveal changes.

I have been dealing with the Case Manager, Laura, at Broward County Eldery and Veterans department for several months regarding home care assistance for my 91 year old mother, and Laura has been nothing short of amazing in helping my mother and me out, and I cannot thank her enough. Long days keeping you busy. Van rides get tiring. We do outings Everglades on a airboat was amazing all the Alligators was just coll. The best thing about this place is the LIV Program. Simple Path is more than a rehab facility, they treat you like family. Each and every person will help you on your recovery journey not because it's their job but because they truly care. They saved me from myself more than once. You are not just a number at Simple Path. The groups are small enough to give each and every person individualized care. Many clients actually find it hard to leave, myself included due to the level of commitment from the staff. Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying Dr. Mejia’s T.H.R.I.V.E. Training for the overall development and well being of our young girls and it was FANTASTIC! What I loved about it the most was that it was holistic in nature, and really delved into all of the risk and environmental factors affecting our girls, and Dr. Mejia provided participants with a multitiered approach to addressing those challenges and their needs. Truth be told, this is the very best services for detox and treatment that I've ever had the pleasure of getting myself together. The staff is wonderful, excellent! From the nurses to the tech's to the kitchen. Even very nice ladies come and clean the rooms. Shout out to Tony who is a straight shooter and will hold us accountable for the part we played in our addiction and our recovery. Mental health is also treated, they help dual diagnosis clients with mental health, addiction or both. The other shout outs go to Martha who was my counselor. She helped me so very much and she, like the rest truly care about helping you to be your best version of yourself. I learned a lot. And mS. Masha is also a straight shooter, I enjoyed her groups, Brad's group. Adam couldn't be more compassionate and understanding when I called sobbing and crying for help. They came right away and brought me to treatment. The nurse's there are 5 stars. The good and snacks vlare delicious and like a restaurant! There is movie night l, bingo, basketball, arts and crafts karaoke. We can wear our own clothes and are allowed mp3 players. The rooms are like hotels with your own t.v. I can't leave out the wonderful tech's, simply beautiful people work there. I've been twice and have been clean now since September 2026. Let me also mention and advise the IOP after detox. This is the next step, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I owe Evolutions my life, literally. Thank you Evolutions for all the very best help you provided me!!!!!!! whatever you do. do not send your kid here. they don’t care about your child one bit all they care about is the paycheck. i was here for 6 months in 2019. i was 10 and had my 11th birthday in there. about a month before i was discharged i was picked up and body slammed into the hard floors of the bedrooms because i “wouldn’t cooperate” so they restrained me. secondly some of the staff members would shame the other kids or talk behind their backs. the therapy doesn’t help one bit. i came out worse then u was before. i got in trouble with juvie and was on probation till mid 2022 when i finally got the right help i needed. especially if your child is young do not send them here they will be away for a long time and i am not entirely sure if you can pull them out mid program. i begged my mom to but she said she couldn’t she wasn’t allowed. the only staff member i really liked was Ms Melissa and Mr Dyarl (im sorry if i spelt your name wrong) they were my two favorite nurses. and one other staff member named ms tamekia i loved her sm. i’m doing a lot better ever since i got the real help i needed though. just whatever you do dont send your kid here.
