Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. This program was far beyond what I had expected. My case worker Shawn went above and beyond to get my needs met. Katherine my therapist was outstanding in helping me to discover what my internal issues were and really helped me focus on working through them. Most of all I must give a big shoutout to Andrew who checked on me daily and looked out for my needs and setting up my aftercare as well as just being involved with my recovery both at the facility and in on going care after discharge. They treat the whole person in as in dual diagnosis. They also have aftercare plan and transitional housing. Transitional housing even after IOP is still under Satori. My loved one was treated here starting 1-3-2016. After other centers across time, along with short lived unsuccessful replacement Rx. After treatment at Satori Waters, he's had the most successful recovery over a 14 year span. I believe the center may have changed hands in 2018. If so then a review of more recent care may reveal changes.

I have been dealing with the Case Manager, Laura, at Broward County Eldery and Veterans department for several months regarding home care assistance for my 91 year old mother, and Laura has been nothing short of amazing in helping my mother and me out, and I cannot thank her enough. Dealing with an aging and sick parent is hard enough, and Laura has made such a difference during this difficult period where I'm trying to navigate and figure out services for my mother.
