As a person in recovery, Oasis has been a safe haven for me for a few years now. If you're in recovery or if you're struggling with addiction and want help, Oasis will be the number one place in Tifton, Ga to go get help. The amazing staff will help you identify your needs and find the best possible path of recovery for you. What really stuck out to me is their acceptance of the MAT(methadone and soboxone) program. You can recover, and Oasis will be a great help to get there.

After reading all of the reviews, I am so thankful for that psychic shift in perspective that the Big Book of AA speaks of! I believe that if someone is not ready to make the change necessary for longterm sobriety then their experience would be jaded, as it sounds in some of the reviews. For me though, GraceWay was the stepping stone in my journey to sobriety. GraceWay helped me see the parts of me that I desperately needed to change in order to have a fighting chance of remaining sober. The staff were compassionate and honest. I learned how to practice the principles behind each step. I learned how to be an honest person with integrity. I learned how to be a caring daughter, sister, and friend. I learned how to take responsibility for myself and my recovery. I also learned time management, budgeting, how to cook, clean, and take care of my living environment. I have been here 14 years and been clean never failed ua or missed any call back follow all rules . This place has become a understaffed crap whole . The woman doing ua treats people like dirt no respect and very nasty . I haven't had a counselor in months. If you have the means go elsewhere for better treatment. There just getting a pay check and give 2 craps about your recovery

I was called a cracker by the insurance lady (along with a liar. If it wasn't for my my counselor, Miss Latonya I would have left this facility and went back to using dope and getting high. Someone needs to do something about that lady she's no help and no sunshine to anyone's day!!

I want to start by saying I give everybody at the new seasons clinic on Woodville highway a 5 - one person I give a one to and that persons name is Erica Morris. She is an overseer of the co-pays for insurance as well as making sure patients have valid insurance.She does not do that properly but that's not the biggest issue right now. The biggest issue is how she treats the patients at this clinic. She is blatantly disrespectful ,mean ,unsupportive and extremely negative and this is all the time not occasionally. She always has a frown on her face and she looks like she hates her job and this has been going on for more than a year close 2 years . She has gotten me to the point where I don't even want to come into the clinic anymore because I feel uncomfortable and I always worry that she's going to do something to retaliate and be malicious if I try to stand up for my rights. Multiple people have complained and it has had many people leaving her office in tears. I have filed a grievance I am considering seeking a lawyer . This is not okay I don't know if she has an issue with patients with addictions or it's a race thing,I don't know what it is but it needs to be addressed. She is making that clinic look bad and I am very aware that she is not hired by the clinic . I know that her supervisor is in Orlando however if she's going to work in New seasons clinic she needs to act kind and understanding and patient and friendly to the patients at this clinic. I truly hope something is done about the way she treats people or she needs to find a different job because clearly she doesn't seem happy in this job. Itis my right to stand up for how I'm being treated and I can tell you there are many people having the same problems I am having with Erica Morris as well Something has to change and something has to give. There always so polite.. i love going to this place they do everything they can to help people.. i give them 5 stars cause there there when others ain't there to help us with our problems!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We celebrated my fiancés birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake on visitation day. Group counseling is also very helpful and i am able to learn on how to help your significant other/family member in this important change. You are able to speak freely in sessions on topics. This is a phenomenal facility and we are grateful to them and all the staff for assisting those that come in for help, guidance, encouragement, and support in the important transition in their individuals life . Thank for what you all do daily !!!
