I like the Rosecrance program a lot but I LOVE Dominique and Steve. They balance compassion and support with an expectation of responsibility and accountability which is making my recovery successful. This is the first program that makes me feel like i want to and CAN stay sober for the long haul

The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.

I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with SunCloud Health on several shared cases, and I can say they provide exceptional, comprehensive care. Their multidisciplinary approach offers clients a truly integrated treatment experience. SunCloud goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of mental health and substance use issues. I’ve consistently seen patients benefit from their thoughtful, trauma-informed care and supportive environment. Communication with their team has always been professional, timely, and collaborative. They take continuity of care seriously, which makes a huge difference in long-term outcomes. I highly recommend SunCloud Health to anyone seeking a higher level of care.

A Life-Changing Experience I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SunCloud. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. The staff—from therapists, psychiatrists and support team members—are compassionate, highly skilled, and deeply committed to each individual's healing journey. Group and individual sessions are both insightful and empowering, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care. What stood out most was the sense of community and genuine connection. My time here helped me develop the tools I needed to manage my mental health. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. It truly saved my life, and I will always be grateful.

I’m so grateful for my time in the PHP/IOP program. The program and dedicated staff truly saved my life. I can say I made some positive and permanent change in my life after being there for about 6 months. It’s been 1.5 years since I was discharged and I’m so grateful for the help I got. There really isn’t a price to getting better after trauma and severe mental illness. Paige, Dr Annan, and the rest of the staff were so wonderful.

Compass provides one of the most impressive environments for growth that I've ever experienced. It's not perfect and not trying to be, and yet still does so many things right - from easy patient onboarding to a diverse mix of patients and therapists to alignment to some of the most reputable therapeutic modalities to actual measurable results (nearly everyone I've spoken to upon discharge, including myself, was grateful for the way Compass changed their lives). I didn't know I needed something like Compass and still struggle to describe how exactly it helped me - and yet it did, and I am so thankful I found it. If you're on the fence or wondering if this is the perfect program for you, your identity, or your experience... consider taking a leap of faith. It has positively changed the way I interact with the world, the way I manage myself, and the way I experience life.

She has professional abilities and knowledge about medicine. She communicates well by explaining all the information I need to know. I love this lil gem that's been a Godsend in my life. I never knew this Dr's ofc was inside as I drove many times past. It's an AWESOME place for those who suffer from depression or any mental illness. I love it bcuz it's one stop shop w/psychiatry Dr's & therapists together in a small, intimate, private setting. The Dr's are phenomenal & the therapists are excellent. I've been suffering w/depression for awhile now going from Dr. to Dr. on the same meds that weren't helping, looking for someone long term to help me. I've been here nearly 5 weeks & feel a million times better than when I orginally walked in. The medication (if needed) & therapy together work wonders. I'm so relieved to have found this place & finally am seeing a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

I came here for the Adult IOP program after a recent stay at inpatient unit at a different hospital. I cannot say enough about how well this program is run and the people who run it. I was a patient in 2-South recently. The condition that landed me in NCHBHC isn't the usual (it's an endocrine disorder with marked psych symptoms), but thankfully the teams of nurses, docs, caseworkers, and BHAs at NCH not only took me at my word when I explained what was going on, but actively asked insightful, curious questions to gain a better understanding of my condition and how best to help me get back on my feet. They were also phenomenal allies, and because of their conscientiousness and willingness to listen, I felt safe as a nonbinary patient. Thank you Dr Okoli, Dr Ghani, the entire glorious nursing team, Jen, and the fantastic BHA team. Y'all worked in tandem with my outside team of docs and helped me get back on my feet when I was too exhausted to keep up by myself. Special thanks to Alma, Jen, Donte, John, Emma, Aleksandra, and Syed, who sat with me during difficult moments and made me feel seen and cared-for as myself, not just as a patient. Endeavor, you'd do well to give every single employee there a solid raise (they've seriously earned it), and perhaps consider hiring a few more folks. I was surprised to see some faces back so quickly after they'd already put in a full shift. Your teams need rest and recovery time, too, especially teams so attentively patient-focused as this one. As far as the facility goes, it's an inpatient mental health hospital. You're rarely the only patient on the ward, and you definitely shouldn't expect to be waited on hand and foot if you're otherwise able-bodied and of sound(ish) mind. You don't get to have your phone or electronics, no drawstrings, no belts, no hoodies-- it can feel isolating, but it's standard protocol for these sorts of places for good reason. This is not a penthouse suite at the Ritz-Carlton-- it is a hospital where you *will* be working alongside your doc team and other patients to heal and adapt. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Some rooms are singles, and some rooms are doubles. All the floors are clean, beds are comfy, blankets are hospital standard (you can ask for an extra if you're cold, and room temps can be adjusted individually), and the nurse and BHA teams check in every fifteen minutes, day and night. Leaving your door half-open helps mitigate the change in light levels when they check in if that disrupts your sleep, and the nurses can give melatonin to help with getting *to* sleep. Showers are on a sign-up basis in morning and evening, and while the spigots kind of have an awkward spray, the water is warm and the shampoo smells good. The food is palatable to enjoyable (with the sole exception of the chicken parm, which is... well, it's *only* describable as edible-- best avoid that one), the papers come in daily so there are always crosswords, the TV gets regular channels as well as Freeform and Netflix, and coloring pages and word searches can be requested. They keep you busy with six to seven group sessions a day-- it can be exhausting to attend, and some folks find the topics 'cringey', but believe me, it's stuff that can really help, especially if you're honest with yourself and your docs about what you're dealing with. Overall, I would recommend NCH Behavioural Health 2-South to any adult in crisis as a safe, warm, helpful place to heal and find your footing again.

I was just at the lab for a blood test that my mom had to get done. Every patient had a number that were called IN ORDER, we waited for almost an hour and a half, my mom was #30 and there was a lady and her husband that were #32. Every 2 minutes the lady was saying ‘3 hrs later and still waiting’ when the nurse behind the desk called #31 the lady #32 stood up and went to sit infront of the desk and the nurse asked if she was #31, the lady said that she was #32 and the nurse said that she was calling number #31. The nurse wasn’t rude at all, lady #32 stood up and went to the nurse and yelled at the nurse that she was rude to her just because she called #31. In sharing this because I know that patients specially elder people exaggerate things. My respect to nurses they have to deal with kind of people.
