I was scared and unsure going into this process but after the Community welcomed me with open arms I knew I was in the right place. Staff went above and beyond my expectations with how devoted their are to taking care of us. I felt safe and comfortable to start my healing process. The psychiatrist is the best doctor I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful for this wonderful place in giving me a second chance at life.

I found SunCloud by Googling different outpatient treatment centers Per the request of my therapist and went with them because of their ratings. I did not know what to expect when coming into SunCloud, but as soon as I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I was in the Naperville location, and they have both an adolescent and adult side, which includes all ages. SunCloud provides food M, W, and F for lunch, which is highly convenient as it removes the stress of figuring out what you will eat and saves you money. The therapists, front desk, and RN staff are exceptionally kind and supportive. They all want the best for every person there and recognize even the most minor accomplishments. There is a daily 1.5-hour process group where it truly feels so safe and comfortable to share whatever is on your mind/you are going through. Peers provide feedback or listen if that is what you need. The therapists are good at prompting if you need them and always allow patients to choose whether they want to share. There are psych. Ed. Groups after lunch where we learn different DBT skills or play games to engage in mindfulness. You also meet with a therapist and psychiatrist once a week one-on-one in addition to groups. I have met some of the best people at SunCloud. There is nothing like being in a place full of people to recover or better themselves and accept each other with non-judgment and love. I created lifelong friendships, and being there even inspired me to get my masters in social work. I never wanted to leave. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse, grief, eating disorders, or complex trauma, the community is SO important. The support is unmatched. Once you graduate from the program, there is an alum and outpatient group, so the support never stops. I miss coming in every day! Thank you so much SunCloud!

I went to gateway rehabilitation and the food was good. But the best part of my experience was my counselor. Virginia Garcia was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond her duty for me. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She is lovely and kind. Ty Virginia.

The first day I got there I was feeling like s***but when I entered their doors I was met with courtesy nice outgoing nurses on the detox unit you have some of the nicest nurse and the 🌎🌎 but after you detox is over and I'm just speaking for the men's when you get up stairs you got some super cool as counselors (Ken) (Michael) and I'm not talking about Michael Jordan 😭😭😭😭😭😭 ( Mr p) and the employee of the month (Prentice)💯💯💯 the best...I'm sorry I just had to gave him his flowers and Mr Muhammad you're 28days go by fast and the food is so good I love the structure that they have their and the respect that the counselors give you for it's to be on the Westside with drugs everywhere you get treated with dignity 5 Star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯

Awesome app

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. Highly recommend for treatment programs and will be continuing my journey with my psychiatrist there! Thank you! 🩷

This place and its staff are truly amazing at what they do. At this location you can tell the care and support they give you comes from a truly genuine place. I can’t appreciate that enough.

My doctor's are professionals, and always friends. There are wide ranging nursing specialists ready to help and they make me able to function better.

My guy just started Chemotherapy and 98% of the staff we've come in contact with has been nice

Kediz house is so amazing the staff treat you with respect (Ms Debra) Mrs (Monet) and the supervisor (MR Eddie )and (MS Karen)( Ms Patricia )Ms Judy)are very down to earth.. the only thing the staff asked for you to be very serious about your recovery plan and I love their structure at this place drugs tested is every day and housing is available if u serious about your business and the food is good if chef Wayne cook 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you or somebody you know is struggling with substance abuse, stop searching on google and call Care Addiction Center right now. This is the best treatment center around. The owner and clinical director Matt Goff lives up to and exceeds the name "CARE." He is a genuinely great guy and will do everything he can to accommodate you and make sure you succeed. Matt has also built a fantastic team of therapists, Tori and Alice are very well informed and experienced, both helped me in more ways than I can communicate. To whoever is struggling, there is a solution! Calling CARE is a great place to begin your journey.

Great support from group setting, you find that you have people you can relate to with similar problems. Helpful education of addiction.

Been going to Family Guidance for awhile now and I absolutely recommend this methadone clinic to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. The staff are mostly friendly and it's easy to get into the clinic within a day or two. Once you get to the correct methadone dose the dope sickness is mostly gone and then you can slowly get back to a normal life. I've had a few counselors since going here and all were nice and professional but my current one Gary is Awesome. He seems to really care and is always helpful. I would most likely be dead if I didn't sign up at Family Guidance. If you're looking for a way to stop using dope give this clinic a try.

Such a transformative experience! Naturally, the reviews you read for addiction treatment centers are going to skew negative but don't let that deter you if you believe you need help. Not only did I have an amazing experience with staff, I've built a strong foundation of community among my peers who were also seeking treatment. While encouraged by their use of an evidenced-based model, the incorporation of the 12-steps had me skeptical at first but now I'm fully committed. If you feel the 12 steps aren't for you, they also provide information about alternatives such as SMART Recovery and Recovery Dharma. My one complaint would be that I had chosen to participate in the in-person IOP during intake, but was somehow placed into the virtual IOP. Once it was recognized it was a quick fix and it didn't impact my start date or anything like that.

Could not have been more pleased with my experience and have grown so much in my 10 months of outpatient treatment. Cleidy and Mark will be in my recovery forever and cannot thank enough.

This was our first time experience in this hospital. We were treated very nice by all the staff. They were very helpful. The rooms and hospital is very clean... ER doctors saved my husband's life... very, very thankful for all of them. Doctors that preformed surgery were checking in evwry day.. we were always updated on what's the next step.ICU staff so so thankful for making us feel safe..Mitchell 1 and Mitchell 2, Beata and Nora thank you for everything you have done for us!

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria all the way!

Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

Staff here treats you with respect and you arent just a number

Being hopeful, heard a lot... From many and within... Physical health etc... the many lies, make so much up. We have a voice! But you can't!! Seen many good people.... The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!

The people seem compassionate

If you need help this is the place to go. This place helped me when I was at my lowest point, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the Positive Sobriety Institute in helping me with my recovery. If I could give them more stars I would!

Great staff. Living off site with roommates in a nice apartment was a perk.

I spent time as a primary therapist at PSI and have only wonderful things to say about the program and my experience there. The clinical staff is passionate, kind and talented. The administrative staff is committed to quality care with dignity. I will continue to refer to this program as a LCPC in private/group practice.

Me recibieron en Marzo 2025 Desde que entré la persona que me recibió y todos los demás del equipo , han sido tan amables que la verdad eso me ayudó mucho a mi recuperación, ya me graduaron con Diploma y ceremonia a los 4 meses, mi problema era el alcohol, creo que era medianamente severo , tomaba 1/4 de litro de alcohol cada noche diario , no fue milagro solamente, también el paciente tiene que estar consciente de que necesita ayuda , y debe ir a sus citas de terapia con A&B para su recuperación, durante el curso te busca un consejero para evaluarte y te toma muestra de orina , para verificar tu compromiso contigo mismo y en adelante lo recomiendo al 100 % es mi segunda casa ahora , ya me gradué pero continúo yendo a las clases de graduados . Te lo recomiendo.

I had a wonderful experience at Above and Beyond the counselors,the people even the chef everyone was a joy to be around and get to know. I'm a alumni now so I will be around as long as I'm around. Thanks to everyone at Above and Beyond.

Great experience, couldn't recommend Compass enough. The staff is awesome. Compass as a whole is also very flexible with setting up a payment plan for those that are interested in the program but have reservations about costs. I always felt that I could easily reach out to my therapists via email and that they'd respond in a timely manner.

Exceptional care and professionalism.

Compass provides one of the most impressive environments for growth that I've ever experienced. It's not perfect and not trying to be, and yet still does so many things right - from easy patient onboarding to a diverse mix of patients and therapists to alignment to some of the most reputable therapeutic modalities to actual measurable results (nearly everyone I've spoken to upon discharge, including myself, was grateful for the way Compass changed their lives). I didn't know I needed something like Compass and still struggle to describe how exactly it helped me - and yet it did, and I am so thankful I found it. If you're on the fence or wondering if this is the perfect program for you, your identity, or your experience... consider taking a leap of faith. It has positively changed the way I interact with the world, the way I manage myself, and the way I experience life.
