I found peace here and so much love that I have never had before the staff there during my time I will never forget.. Mrs. Carol believed me and helped me get away from a bad home. She set me on a path and now im married with three children I honestly dont think I would make it without them. I will never forget Charles, Mrs. Judy and the lady that used to come on Thursdays and Sundays I found god for the first time there and the ranch in the bag was the best I loved feeding the horses there. I arrived exhausted from trying to figure things out on my own and carrying hurts that I didn't fully understand. What I found was an experience that challenged me, supported me, and ultimately changed me. The time I spent there were some of the hardest and most rewarding of my life. I laughed, cried, learned, connected, and began to understand how past experiences and unresolved trauma had shaped the way I moved through the world. For the first time, I was able to look at parts of my story with honesty, compassion, and curiosity instead of judgment. The work wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I left with a deeper understanding of myself, healthier ways of relating to others, and a sense of hope that had been missing for a long time. Most importantly, I left knowing that healing is possible. What stands out to me most is how cared for I felt throughout the process. The people I met, both staff and fellow participants, created an environment where I felt safe enough to do the work and brave enough to keep going. My life is not magically perfect today, but I returned home with greater self-awareness, stronger tools, and a foundation for continued growth. I am profoundly grateful for my experience and would recommend The Bridge to anyone who is ready to invest in their own healing. The staff we have is great. I love our manager, Keisha and Julie and they do a great job of welcoming new people and making everyone who have been there still feel important as well. Day in and day out everyone has a great attitude and willingness to help. With such a high turnover rate If it were up to me I would make sure everyone got a raise and was based off of what they feel like they should deserve to be getting because whatever that number would be they have gone way over and above to make BHG feel like home even down to the decorations. It doesn’t makes sense to me in a day where no one has work ethic or desire to work and high turnover rates that you get good work who wants to be there and not compensate them for that. Everyone we have at this facility needs to be compensated for their time and effort and on making a choice to stay and put in the work and not constantly disown us and leave which as an addict consistency is something we need and when there’s turnover we feel it too. If we are truly cared about and this is a company that is truly trying to help in recovery we need to make sure we’re all getting the help we need and that also obviously includes the great team who makes it all possible and we don’t want to lose them! From the counsel you get to the ladies in the dosing room they’re all grade A ladies. They always greet you with a smile and a “how are you”. They never make you feel like a number. That doesn’t apply to every single staff member, but overall I felt supported during a really difficult time. Outpatient was even better. I did Adolescent PHP with Cailie (I hope I’m spelling that right), and she was amazing. She always made sure every adolescent was safe, and she helped me feel comfortable speaking up even when other people were around. She’s now my one‑on‑one therapist too, and I’m really grateful for her. All of the outpatient staff made me feel good about getting help, and that made a huge difference for me. That staff sees a lot of patients everyday and some are having the worst day ever... bare with them! They will get to you and will help you anyway they can. So, if you're looking for a place that will help you get clean and sober and support the entire way, THIS IS THE PLACE. Nothing about recovery is easy! As addicts, we know this.
