After my injury, I lost myself completely. Grayson helped me reconnect to my purpose. The workouts and group talks gave me structure, but it was the mentorship vibe that really hit home. Not perfect, but man, it gave me direction again.

I have been doing therapy through communicare in Brandenburg for a year and a half now.... BOTH therapists I worked with are amazing. The first one moved on to a better job for herself, but left us in great hands with her replacement. The office staff is always polite and on top of things.

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. They’ve helped us and I’m hopeful they’ll help my human find some stability and strength now. Thank you to the team at Brentwood Springs for the care you provide. There have been a few things I would try and change or do better but I’m Not sure how much my advice or concerns would change the way things are done due to years of it being pretty much the same. The staff we have is great. I love our manager, Keisha and Julie and they do a great job of welcoming new people and making everyone who have been there still feel important as well. Day in and day out everyone has a great attitude and willingness to help. With such a high turnover rate If it were up to me I would make sure everyone got a raise and was based off of what they feel like they should deserve to be getting because whatever that number would be they have gone way over and above to make BHG feel like home even down to the decorations. It doesn’t makes sense to me in a day where no one has work ethic or desire to work and high turnover rates that you get good work who wants to be there and not compensate them for that. Everyone we have at this facility needs to be compensated for their time and effort and on making a choice to stay and put in the work and not constantly disown us and leave which as an addict consistency is something we need and when there’s turnover we feel it too. If we are truly cared about and this is a company that is truly trying to help in recovery we need to make sure we’re all getting the help we need and that also obviously includes the great team who makes it all possible and we don’t want to lose them!

The BHG Elizabethtown clinic is a life saver. It’s helped me get my normal life back on track. From the counsel you get to the ladies in the dosing room they’re all grade A ladies. Very nice place for a facility that accepts Medicare. Excellent staff, calm safe environment. And the food is so good that the public comes to eat there during designated times! Yes it's tasty! I was nervous at first but realized how many wonderful clients there was. everyone was so kind even though our circumstances were what they were. We all became close as we were being cared for and introduced to recovery and safety from drugs and alcohol and the outside conditions we were experiencing. The staff was so attentive and helpful and were always on time with our treatment and medical needs. Each specialist and therapist and nurse became a comfort and a friend of mine . I recommend this facility as the best short term residential treatment program.

Listen, this is the best rehab place I’ve been to and I just graduated a program on December 19 and their staff and they strive to help you achieve you cook your own food so it determines whether you’re a good cook or not whether the food is good hope is a really good person. She makes it fun for the holiday Festive The staff tried to help you out as much as they can as much as you’re willing to go with your treatment so if you weren’t willing to work on your treatment, that’s the reason you didn’t get help. I’ve learned a lot of new stuff from this rehab and even though it’s just a 28 day treatment. I’ve learned new coping skills and everything in there and I would recommend this place to other people so for all the negative common you shouldn’t have done things to get you kicked out I was in the treatment center for 28 days and had one right up because I was focused on my treatment not doing everything else thank y’all, I’m really glad I had y’all as a part of my journey

Good people staff is friendly they could use new kitchen equipment but for a 30 day program one of the best ones also could use a work program after the 30 days to help people get back on their feet the director hope has a very good staff and she's willing to help you anyway she possibly can within her means

I've been listed, among the homeless, since 2006. The Healing Place, from when it was on Broadway, always made space for us, the homeless. I will have 20yrs, among the homeless, 2026, & I, continue, to be blessed by the discipline, & "No B.S.!" practices. Some, among the homeless, seem to struggle with what The Healing Place helps - anyone, in need, get away from, yet, it's up to an individual to sign-up. On the other hand, I'm struggling to keep what, little income I'm allowed to have, as housing wants a percentage - no matter how small, & I can't afford any housing agreement. The Healing Place give us space to figure things out...in a safe space. Thank you. 🙏🏿☺️

I was in and out of this place since I was 10 to 14, this place was like a safe haven for me. Away from my awful mom who always played the “victim” act but the staff that were there back then, I will forever remember them. They did so much for me, I can’t count how many times I’ve been there, and they always cared. I don’t even know where to begin, but The Bridge quite literally saved my life. After 12 years of long-term recovery, I relapsed and found myself in the darkest place I’ve ever been…including a suicide attempt. I came in broken, lost, and unsure if I even wanted to keep going. I cried EVERYDAY!! What I found here was something I never experienced growing up, real love, real care, and people who genuinely see you. From the kitchen staff to the therapists, every single person on site showed up with compassion, patience, and intention. They didn’t just treat the addiction, they helped me uncover and begin to heal the deep trauma I had never addressed. It felt like I did 4 years of therapy in 4 weeks. No exaggeration. It was intense, it was uncomfortable, but it was absolutely worth every second. Thank you to Shera, Saben, all of the therapists, and everyone who pours into this place daily. You gave me something I didn’t know I was missing and reminded me that my life is still worth fighting for. Forever grateful. Oh…and if you know, you know… “the painters are here!” 🎨

The focus on 12 Step spiritual discipline integrated with CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Techniques and multiple daily treatment groups will help insure my long term sobriety and recovery. Very helpful. Called me back right away, had my virtual appt and meds immediately, then my office visit within a couple days. Made me feel very welcomed, listened to everything I had to say.
