This place helped my son better then anyone other place had thru the years. He was only allowed to stay for 30 days which was not nearly long enough for him. But the treatment he received and the people were genuinely there to help. I would highly recommend.

So much better than BHG on Charlotte. No wait and everyone is nice, from the front desk, your counselor to your nurse. It's the way a clinic should be run. They will go out of their way to help you out. I appreciate them more than anything, especially my counselor Rebecca. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction and needing help to achieve sobriety to use this clinic the staff is wonderful and the doctors and counselors really care

Awesome place!

Been going since Oct 29, 2020, and am SO thankful they started taking TennCare. That was my last "excuse" I couldn't pay for both(drugs and the weekly fee), so I promised my family when they started taking my insurance I would go. Now, they do start you on a low dose, but it's for your safety and they move you up decently fast. They have gotten so much better in the 4 years I have been going. The staff now is much more caring than when I first started. Without them, I would probably be dead. I have been able to go on several vacations, do things with my family I wasn't able to do while on drugs, and enrolled in college to obtain my Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I send everyone I can there, and the ones that want to change have thanked me for sending them. If you truly want to get clean, they will help you. It's not easy, it is a process, and you have to put in the work, but BHG will do everything within the laws and statutes to assist you!

Grate place to get treatment! Dr. Turner she is wonderful and helped me with care and respect. Keyla my counselor I wish all clinics have one like her. Heather in the Dosing she is an excelent staff member and treat us with respect! Good Job!

this placed have helped me.im 5 months clean.my only concern would be that lifeless nurse that takes your urine.she never speakes and she literally almost act like your not even there in her Book.its weird.but overall Dr.Turner is such a jewel.she makes sure you the treatment you need

Had labs drawn at this location. As soon as i checked in my name was called. Very friendly lab tech. On the way out, the front desk gave me a parking decal to put in my window for next time (second level parking is sectioned off for Veterans) and she also gave me a sticker that paid for my parking time.

This was my very first visit to the VA. I was a little apprehensive with all the stories in the news are care at the VA, etc. I have to admit, I was very surprised. From check in at the desk to check out when I was done, this location treated me with respect and it was obvious they were concerned for my health care. The staff and doctor I encountered could not have been better! They were truly cared about my health and made sure I had any tests I needed. I want to say thank you to everyone there who made my first visit a pleasant experience.

The staff here, Ana and Raj are absolutely amazing! The counseling staff here are very helpful and friendly and I have been recommending everyone else I know that needs this type of treatment. Great Docs as well!

Great place. Fast, easy, and friendly. They never make you feel like just another addict. And they always do their jobs in a kind and timely manner.

The people who volunteer here are very nice. The women who run things are wonderful. Everyone here has the same goal: help the people who need it. Anyone who needs it.

WOW! Happily surprised by the care I have received from the Hopkinsville clinic. DR sat with me for almost an hour. Everyone genuinely cared about me. You hear horror stories about the VA, absolutely not the case here. Everything is annotated online and you can see that they are working in the background for you. I had a great healthcare team when I was active, and this clinic is right there if not a step above.

I definitely recommend Renewal House..they saved my life 21 years ago. I came into the program thinking I knew everything and thought I didn't need help. Let's just say i learned otherwise.

I’ll give it 4 stars but when I was there they had me and my 6 month old baby sitting in our rooms looking at the walls after group for the first couple months 5 days a week with limited baby toys. Tv is only allowed on weekends you might get to watch it during the week . I struggled with that because it’s hard sitting in your room with a baby and nothing else .

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!! I want to start by saying that when the time comes as caregivers that you feel like you have no other options and what you’re doing isn’t working that making the decision to put your loved one in crisis in a short term facility is not easy. We struggled for weeks on end before finally making the call to Unity to get the process started. My FIL is only 63 years old and has suffered from Parkinson’s disease since 2016 and the past 2/3 years he’s began to develop dementia. He has faced SO many life altering changes just this year and was starting to do better but then rapidly declined. From June to August 19 (the day he was admitted) every day seemed to be worse than the last, no medication combo was working and his medical team was no help. We placed him at Unity on 8/19 and he completed a 20 day stay there. I was so scared of him coming home and being angry at us for our decision but we genuinely didn’t know what else to do and we were worried about his quality of life and safety. His medical team, social worker and discharge coordinator held a weekly phone meeting with us to address progress, med changes, concerns and his day to day life. We were allowed to visit him 3 days of the week and we were allowed to call him 3 other days of the week. The first couple of times we spoke to him on the phone and when my husband went to visit we hadn’t seen much progress he was still very confused and angry while still suffering with some very scary hallucinations. On day 16 we got the call that he would be discharged at the end of the week. I will be honest with you both my husband and I were very nervous and skeptical but we shouldn’t of been as my FIL came out of Unity his old self! He’s now able to hold a conversation, he’s calm and not in a constant state of anxiety/panic and most importantly he’s safe now. We were so scared of how angry he would be that we sent him somewhere and that he wouldn’t understand why but he has only been home 45 minutes and he was telling us how thankful he was, how he learned so much there, how useful this place was to him and that he learned a lot of new coping skills to manage conflict or change in the future. THANK YOU to the staff at Unity…from the admissions coordinator, to the front desk staff, the nurses, social workers, doctors, nurses and discharge staff THANK YOU!!!!! Thank you for giving my FIL his life back!!!! We are so beyond happy to have him home and very thankful this resource is here in our community!!

I’m 4 days away from graduating my IOP classes and I had to let anyone who’s interested in this business know, that Erin was my instructor for my IOP classes and she is amazing! Super helpful and informative . She connects with you on a level of like having a really good friend that makes you feel comfortable to be able to speak about your issues, problems or things that you’re going through during this time . she made me feel like I was at my own personal mini rehab where I could be myself and feel comfortable to speak when usually I’m not ! I just wanted to say and share that she has helped me through my sobriety and recovery and has kept me encouraging on track! I never thought I would say that I’m going to be sad to graduate this class for the simple fact that I won’t be returning. Thank you for the wonderful experience .
