Pretty much forced to go here after seeking help through a hospital. If you're having a mental crisis I heavily recommend not speaking up because olaces like these just make people feel worse. Here's a short list of what happened at this facility.
• Entry and admission is a literal prison atmosphere and you are treated as such.
• You have pretty much 0 privacy. It is usual for people to barge into bathrooms whether your roommates or PCAs.
• On the 2nd or 3rd day I was threatened to be strapped to a table for seemingly no reason other than someone felt spiteful.
• When I had a complaint no one listened to the complaints at all and when I voiced frustration I was threatened by a gaurd.
• When I was finally let go I got a flimsy apology letter with pretty much no further action taken.
This facility has ruined my life and career and has been the basis for sending me to another facility that did the same thing worse. I hope you're happy with yourselves cause I still feel horrible and my life has 0 direction or purpose cause you kick started the process of ruining it.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I still rant and rave to everyone, telling them this is THE BEST place to go if you really want help. Out of all treatment centers paid and state-funded, this is BY FAR the best one across the state of Oklahoma. This place is amazing!!! The people at this facility have been SO good to my friend she was a heavy drug user when they took her in. These people have been a true blessing! They have all worked so hard to help her, In my opinion, they have saved her life I am so thankful!!!

We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive. Love Dr. Herring, Seth, nurses and staff. They sent my referral fast to my orthopedic surgeon. Needed to make another appointment to see Dr. Herring and the her nurse along with the front desk girls were so nice and understanding. I go and see them next week!!

The staff at this location genuinely care about your healing process. They cater your care to your specific needs in both group and private one on one sessions. You can let them know daily about subjects you would like to discuss in future groups. You assess your self daily so you and the staff can track your progress. Aimee, Valencia Christina and Ali are excellent in each of their specific areas of expertise. Then there is Dr. Bobby who is highly skilled in this field as well.

Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Sincerely thankful for all of the staff, from the nurses, to the kitchen to the custodial; everyone cares and gave me hope! Attending the Valley was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. Our family highly recommends Country Road for addiction treatment.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

When I entered through the hospital doors I first saw a check-in desk.After
Checking in another lady offered to guide me to the office of my appointment. I was immediately greeted when I got to Dr. Nabi's office. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very pleasant. There were beautiful Christmas trees in various areas of the hospital that I really enjoyed!
All of my test results were back by the next day. Every time I go to Integris I am pleased with my care.

I went here in January-Febuary, they really helped me talk through some of my toughest times, now I'm able to express my feelings and talk to my parents better. I have truly improved and I miss the staff because they were very nice, and really supportive. I miss the people I met and I hope they're doing well, I loved my therapist and she really helped me be able to express myself and feel better. I still have tough times but with the time I spent there, I've learned good skills and I'm able to work through them without falling back into the terrible places I've been before. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and I highly recommend them.

I am a 11 year old boy who went to meadow lake twice, each time it got better. My first time was 4 months - second was 3 weeks. They really cared about my health and well-being. My favorite staff was really nice and since I was there on Christmas, we had a really great time. Please take my review and let it change your mind

My granddaughter has been inpatient there 2 times. This last time really helped her. She hasn't had any issues since she was discharged. The staff were very friendly and polite. If she needed any thing they were there to help her . And let us know what she needed. Thank you all the staff for taking such good care of Annie .

I did not even know that pelvic floor rehab existed, but now I am a firm believer! The strategies and exercises she gave me were easy to do, and they helped immensely and immediately! If any new mothers read this, you need to go to pelvic floor rehab. Everybody. Too often women think, "it'll get better eventually," or "this is normal after a baby." I thought that, and I was wrong. As Aubrey put it, "this is COMMON, but not NORMAL." Pelvic floor rehabs helps heal your body after the most dramatic change it will ever undergo, so when you have any issues WHATSOEVER, no matter how minor, with scar tissue from a tear or episiotomy/diastasis recti/bladder/bowels/hip strength, etc., do yourself a favor and go to pelvic floor rehab.

After my ACL surgery I came to total health for my physical therapy/ rehab and worked with Julie. I was able to gain back 100% percent of my range of motion in a little over a month! The PTs here are awesome and really know what they are doing! I think my favorite part of the treatment was getting to use the game ready ice water wrap on my knee after each session!

I have been receiving PT here for the past couple weeks for neck/back pain I've developed postpartum. I highly recommend receiving PT here. They have been very helpful and flexible with my schedule and will call me same day if there are cancellations to fit me in. I have been a client at Total Health for several years. I would be there consistently but I am at the mercy of Medicare. When my money runs out I have to wait.
What I would like to say is that this establishment has helped me more than all the specialists that I have put together. I am a 71 year old female and have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my lower back, left hip and neck. I have to take pain pills and muscle relaxers and they do not help much. I also have vertigo and a balance problem.I have been given pills and shots of cortisone with no lasting affect. I can go in and See Joe Eastman and Stacy Lacy and do the exercises that they give me to do and within several sessions, I go from a 7 or 8 on the pain scale down to a 1 1/2 to a 2. That is a miracle.
I just to thank the therapists and the kind staff for helping me.

I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have not had one single bad experience in the past year of going there 2-3 times a month (excluding the obvious difficult but necessary stuff) They have resources to help you in so many capacities and I encourage those who can be patient to give them the opportunity to be helpful.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

I was pregnant and had him there and took him home and everything. Some of the employees are weird and hypocritical but other than that if you really want help you’ll ignore the distractions and focus on your self.

I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble.
This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

I've been to the location on Harvard. It's good for what it is. If you're in crisis, or you have an addiction issue go to Harvard Avenue. If you are dual diagnosis or you have just mental health I 110% recommend this location. Everybody here is absolutely wonderful. However, I don't have children so I cannot attest to a family going here. However, if you are just an adult and you are married without children or your children are grown. Go here, it is absolutely wonderful. There's an intake coordinator named Marianne. She is great! I went there today. I've been having a very hard time the last couple of weeks with my mental health. I used to abuse substances and I haven't in almost 4 years but I've been having a very hard time recently with mental health and they got me through it the last couple of days. I might have have ended up in the psych ward for the first time in many years if it wasn't for this place. So again I cannot attest to the children part of their title. But as far as families. They are solid at this place. They care.

Love them. Started just over a year ago, they set me up with an amazing counselor and worked around my schedule to make appointments. My care team was amazing and everyone was super helpful. I stopped going a few months ago and they reached out making sure I was alright and offered to help get me set up again if I wanted. I don’t currently need their services but if I ever do I will definitely go back.

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences.
Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services.
I just can't rave enough.
If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏
