The PA I have is wonderful! This is at the Augusta location. My Counselor and Case Manager are through this office, and they are wonderful too! I love KBH in Augusta and Waterville and would love to recommend them to everyone. Cheers to you! 🎉

I have called twice with important questions regarding my husbands cancer, and opted for a call back without losing place in queu...NO CALL BACK TWICE!!! Today is Friday, so now NO answers until MONDAY. This is not right when needing answers regarding important health questions!!!!!!!

Great VA clinic! Amazing customer service and great medical services. While there is no sign on the main road, if you wrote a Google review the road directions are very clear via Google Maps and other navigation apps. I appreciated the SMS (text message) alerts and SMS check in.

My husband went to the VA clinic for Dental we had Dr Heather Masters. To say she is great is an understatement. Her and her assistant what's phenomenal. They answered all our questions and was very kind and gentle with my husband. I highly recommend the v a clinic dental for veterans. I'm very thankful for everything that they do.

I love this place. The nurses are all great. My oncologist is great. Katelyn is the best whatever she is, I can't even remember her job title since I met her when I was all loopy in the hospital. But basically if you ever need anything she's the one who will get it all sorted out even if she has to talk to fifty other people first. The infusion chairs are super comfy. Everyone is so helpful.

I had to complete a zoom class for something that happened over 7 years ago and was dreading it as I finally had the time to with two small children at home one with autism—Amy Kimball made the process tolerable. She didn’t just treat me like another patient and seemed to be able to understand the changes I had made in my life since having children and made the process less painful but I also felt like I wasn’t wasting my life and self reflecting for the future. Now everything is back to normal after a long wait from the dmv and life goes on. Thank you! Have and would recommend to friends.

These people can only hope no one is in desperate need of help right now. They would be till next week to get one of them to answer the phone. I followed my Dr. back there instead of Bar Harbor because Ellsworth was closer, but trying to get in touch with your Dr. through Downeast Treatment Center is nearly impossible because trained staff can't answer the phone. This is supposed to be a Treatment recovery center, God forbid if it were an emergency..

After an isolated Middle East duty tour with the US Navy, I developed PTSD. Over the years this developed into depression, anxiety and insomnia. The VA has been a big help in treating these conditions, but I felt I needed a second opinion in regard to medications that may help me. I referred myself into the community to see if AMHC could help. There I met Jennifer and Jessica and was enrolled in an CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) grant program, which designates certain clinics and provides a comprehensive range of substance abuse and mental health services. After registration I was assigned to Doctor Deerfield, a psychiatrist and medication specialist. A few days later I notified my VA mental health nurse and expressed that I would like to stay with Doctor Deerfield exclusively, and that was noted and respected by the VA. After the first visit with Doctor Deerfield, I realized she had wonderful energy. Her calm presence and knowledge made it easy to speak with her. Doctor Deerfield offered an abundance of verbal support and information regarding medications and offered a new medication. I feel I am making progress towards feeling better and healthier. I am keeping a log of how the medication is working each night so I can review it with the doctor on my follow-up visit. I feel confident with the knowledge and experience Dr. Deerfield has to offer. I made a good decision following up with Aroostook Mental Health and Counseling. I would like to send a special thank you to Sharon Carroll for the excellent and productive meeting today (11/3/22) regarding the situations that I am experiencing. The counselors and clinicians at AMHC are compassionate. personable, knowledgeable and professional. Our conversation was relevant and encouraging. Sharon asked powerful and constructive questions that helped bring clarity to my situation, as she shared her wisdom and insight. Sharon, as well as Doctor Deerfield displayed a calm presence, diverse knowledge and a heart-centered awareness towards my diagnosis. I felt connected and supported through our first video conference and look forward to eventually meeting Sharon in person at some point in the near future. Thanks again AMHC and Sharon for your care and concern.

I needed some positive advice and guidance in the right direction, and they gave it to me. Bangor Counseling Center was always there to help me in my darkest times. I found ways to turn things around with the right help. My advice: never give up on yourself

Older guy who took me from waiting room to patient room was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to over 10 different VA clinics over the years and this is BY FAR the worst run facility out of them all. I suggest people opt for Togus in Augusta whenever possible

I am guess dousing from Massachusetts. The staff in this clinic is top of the line. From secretaries are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help client's nurses counseling staff and the doctor are so professional. I feel so comfortable with the wait they care about the client's. The make me feel like home.

Great not for profit company thats 100% volunteer based company. They do a lot of great thing's in the community and for the community of York County. One of the amazing thing's they do is offer a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center free of charge to York County residents. They also offer a Men and Woman's Shelter in Alfred, ME. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They do an amazing job and I really hope they keep up the amazing job they do, do because they are truly the very BEST at all they do for the community and the people in York County. I'm happy to say I was once part of some of the things York County Shelter Program's do. They have forever changed my life for the very best and thats exactly what they aim to do is to better people and their lives. :)

Been clean 8 years thanks to this amazing program. I absolutely couldn't have done it without Dr. Bauer. She is amazing. If it weren't for ARC I wouldn't be here today, so thank you & God bless.

This place doesn't take seriously about the treatment and the way they treat patients. It's so unorganized. The staff doesn't seem to care about you, they only there for the money, they do whatever they want and the counselor don't provide enough confidence for me to open myself, like he didn't gave attention at all.

To the people that gave bad reviews ITS UP TO YOU TO DO THE WORK! I HAVE HAD AN INCREDIBLE JOURNEY WITH EVERY MEMBER OF THIS STAFF!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND !

Love my psych, but I have been saying my meds aren't working for the past year and all I've been told is that we're gonna increase the dose.... Edit: Got a different psychiatrist. Hopefully everything goes well.
