I am writing as a mom whose son was struggling with addiction. I had spent many days, years in court getting a section 35. After many, many stints in detoxes, rehabs and facilities we found Evoke, now Harborview through a friend. From the initial phone call that was made to admissions office, to intake, to the program and the check ins after completion has been nothing but life saving. This program not only saved my sanity, it also saved my son. We all know they say one day at a time & we are doing it. This place changed my life. the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming from the RS's to the nurse's and case managers. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is great, there is always snacks and drinks out for the clients, the groups are great and they change it up so its not the same thing every week. The staff bend over backwards to help you with whatever needs you have and the protocol keeps you comfortable so you are not crawling out of your skin the whole time. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is thinking about going into treatment.

During my time in the PHP program, I had the privilege of working with Lara, an exceptional clinician whose knowledge, compassion, and dedication had a profound impact on my recovery. The program itself is engaging, interactive, and thoughtfully designed. Rather than simply presenting information, the staff fosters meaningful discussions and provides practical tools and coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

Resilience was really helpful for a friend of mine. They offered EMDR therapy for a lot of the stuff they had been through and they found it very helpful. The therapists were very warm and kind. Groups were very informational too. Would definitely recommend!

Today marks one year of recovery. Although the work itself had to come from within, I would not be celebrating this milestone without the support, tools, and community that helped guide me along the way.
To this day, I still reach out to counselors, especially Mathe, and stay connected with my peers. Those relationships, along with everything I've learned through this program, have given me the strength, perspective, and tools to continue moving forward.

This was one of the lowest points in my life and even though I knew drastic changes were needed, I didn’t know where/how to start.
My friend put me in touch with Mathe at Bedrock and it only took one short conversation before I knew I wanted my recovery to start at Bedrock in Canton MA.
Bedrock was my 1st and hopefully last facility I’ll be in and I was blessed to have gone there. I would recommend this place to any and all that are battling addiction. The nurses and staff are all very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They want the best for you and that’s how they make you feel every day. Taking part in all they have to offer while there definitely makes the time cruise by and really taught me a lot about my addiction. before I knew it I did what not so long ago I thought I never could do. Live a sober life!

Best community medical center I’ve ever visited. Codman Community Health Center is genuinely a top-five reason I moved back to Boston.
Over nearly 10 years, Codman has consistently provided me with exceptional, culturally sensitive and competent care. I’ve had positive experiences with professionals across the Center and have repeatedly felt respected, listened to, and well cared for.
Their insurance office is also a godsend. The extremely helpful professionals there have provided invaluable assistance to my family in navigating the complexities of the U.S.’s incredibly complicated and inaccessible health insurance system.
And their urgent care department is incredible. I’ve needed care during some difficult and frightening moments, and the quality of care I received was exceptional. As someone who has experienced racism and discrimination in other healthcare settings, I deeply appreciate that I have consistently felt respected and well cared for at Codman.
The depth of experience, competence, and care throughout the Center is top-notch. I will always be grateful for the exceptional care Codman has provided during some of my hardest and most tender moments.

I absolutely love Andy and all of the wonderful ladies at the front desk they are all so kind and helpful to me as well as understanding; always willing to listen if there is ever a problem, they will do their best to help straighten it out. Never had an issue with them. This clinic is way faster and better ran than Chelsea- worlds better. There are usually all three windows open and they are pretty consistent and quick. I am terrible and honestly don’t even know the nurses at the windows names (I’m sorry) but the lady that’s usually at window 1 (shorter blonde hair, always has awesome nails) she is so kind! There is another window where the nurse also worked in Chelsea-she’s also terrific.
There are some things or people I don’t necessarily love but it’s okay.
I really appreciate the new director for taking the time out to meet me and talk with me in private one on one and speak of my concerns and come up with solutions. I feel seen and heard and I appreciate that. Thank you

Normally I have no issues at this place but this particular nurse seems to find fun or something bcuz treats me like I'm in a juvenile in a institution. But your not gonna play with me like that or in any fashion. So better things escalate. I just walk out. I'm afraid of my reaction plus the fact that it's a loose loose situation for either way it goes. This i understand. So I always play it smart. I promised myself I won't ever get arrested ever again. So I'm always a head of these little games these like play with us and our intelligence.
But overall, it really isn't that bed besides a few screwed up staff members.

I have had the upmost great experience at HCRC. Dexter great guy first person I see every morning. The nurses are Top Knots and unusually helpful and resourceful. The counselors that exist are all fair and kind, but constant short staffing and management issues cause a great place to only get a good rating. This is a for-profit clinic, so the higher up the management chain one goes, the further away an addict in recovery is from recovery. Unfortunately this company owns most of the clinics in the area, so one does not have a choice. This is also not unusual. There is no handicapped accessible entrance. You can go in the back way, around the back of the hospital, but you still have to walk a very good distance to the front door, and once inside it's very small so a person with mobility issues is going to struggle. I don't suggest anyone with mobility issues goes to this Clinic. He Corrections Officers in the back of the hospital, they have an entrance for the prisoners there. There is constant clashing with the handicapped clients and the Corrections Officers because there's no real protocol for handicapped patients. But overall this is a good place. Small, and they don't put up with any of the usual nonsense that goes on.( There are very few drug deals if at all that will go on here!). The security guard is top-notch as well and is very fair but firm. If you are not looking for Recovery, I suggest you go somewhere else because you won't last long here. I've had some personal issues with the take-home protocol as well as the short staffing resulting in treatment plans not being effectively instituted, but again this is management and has nothing to do with the day to day staff.

My son has in recent months (after several ear infections) become very fearful of doctors and dentists however it ended up being a really positive, FUN experience for him, his dad & i. they had a “child life specialist” who provided our son with toys to play with during the visit and had amazing techniques to distract him while he received his immunizations (the nurse who administered the immunizations also had great techniques!!) They both were so sweet and understanding. great communication from everyone, clean office and friendly

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I travel 1.5 hours to this clinic (when I could just go to one 20 min from me) bcoz they treat you with such care, ZERO. judgement, support & compassion. From the front desk clerks to the nurses to the bomb upper level staff. They deal w/ tough stuff daily within this industry & their hearts are still wide open. HCRC bradston is so busy but treats u like ur their only client - Kiewon remembered my full name & # after meeting me once! I love it there & dont have enough space to write all my top notch experiences they've just been a huge support in my journey (the most important journey of my life tbh) so ill gladly travel the 3hour round trip! The staff was the best. Professional, compassionate, informative and supportive. We were treated better than family. The valet guy listened to me cry and then gave me a hug. He saw me later and told me how awesome my truck is. The nurses helped us find a place to stay. All the best support and we are just the grand parents. Laurel Bellemore is, without a doubt, one of the most compassionate, caring, and genuinely loving nurses I have ever had the privilege of meeting. She helped care for my daughter during her hospitalization for thyroid cancer surgery and throughout her recovery, and I honestly cannot put into words how much she means to our family.
Laurel went so far above and beyond what anyone could ever expect from a nurse. As a mother, leaving my daughter's side, even for a moment, was something I never imagined I would feel comfortable doing. I was scared, overwhelmed, and wanted to be right there with her through every second of this journey. But Laurel made me feel safe enough to step away and go downstairs, knowing my daughter was in caring, compassionate hands. That may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me, it meant absolutely everything.
She didn't just care for my daughter as a patient; she cared for us as people. She took the time to sit with us for hours, talk with us, let us vent, make us smile, and help us forget, even briefly, the frightening reality of where we were and what our family was going through. In the middle of one of the scariest and most emotional experiences of our lives, she brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of peace that we desperately needed.
Laurel has a truly beautiful soul. Her compassion goes beyond her medical responsibilities, and it is clear that nursing is so much more than a job to her. She has a gift for making people feel seen, heard, safe, and loved during moments when they feel the most vulnerable.
We will never, ever forget Laurel or the kindness she showed our family. During a time filled with fear, uncertainty, and heartache, she became a bright light for us. She made an incredibly difficult experience a little more bearable, and the impact she had on our family is something that will stay with us forever.
Laurel represents everything a nurse should be and so much more. She is a blessing to her patients, their families, and everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. We will forever be grateful that she was part of our daughter's care and our family's journey. 💜

Although they are experiencing some growing pains all in all. It's a pretty great hospital. I was experiencing a leg issue and with a few injections. They fixed it in no time.
Now it's better than ever. I understand recently they are considering a nurse's strike. The timing couldn't be worse.

Went to the dentist out here and they are fantastic. Treat you with respect do not talk down to you. They take care of you. Get your appointments all set x-ray your teeth and don’t laugh at you. I will be coming here from now on thank God I’m 100% the one in Manchester laughed at me, treated me with no respect at all. I will not be using their dental and haven’t for sometime. They are A1 in my book here at this facility and I use them for my orthopedic for my hip and will continue to do so and we’ll see about moving everything up here. You guys are great. Can’t say enough keep up the wonderful job.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment.
But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.
