Being a client at Paramount Recovery Centers, makes me feel dignified and like I have hope. The staff here are absolutely amazing and are willing to go to any length to help in any way they can. From the BHT's to the therapist even going all the way to the top. Everyone who works here has everyone's best interest at heart and it shows with every interaction you'll have. All in all I'd highly recommend PRC to anyone who struggles with substance abuse or mental health.

Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. The staff here has such a wealth of knowledge, experience and variety of approaches that I've never seen anywhere else. The work you do here is tough but the people genuinely care. They see your time and effort as valuable. They will put you on the right path you probably have never seen before and guide you to be the best version of you. I highly recommend Rockland Recovery for anyone looking to learn about recovery and the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book. It goes in depth teaching the steps involved to beat addiction and the staff really does care about you. You are actually a human being and not a number. All of the staff is exceptional and are extremely passionate about their excellent program here! Shawn is an awesome teacher here at Rockland Recovery! His approach to teaching about addiction and recovery is always well received by the community as they can relate to his experiences. His easy going and laid back attitude makes it very easy for the community to speak the truth about their own struggles with addiction and feel okay about it. He brings the community together to make it a group therapy and you can feel the energy in the room! Please keep on doing what you are doing! Rockland Recovery is a solid 5 Star Program!

This was my second time coming to NERC (hopefully last). I had lexi as my case manager and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and met with me almost everyday. She is so sweet, easy to talk to and extremely good at her job. I cannot say enough good things about her. 100/10! Ok

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I highly recommend New England Recovery Center for detox and Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS).

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and compassion of the staff in the detox program. The nurses were very supportive and helpful were always available to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable as could be during a low point in my life. The facility was amazing and extremely clean. If I had one negative thought it would be the food it could definitely use an overhaul but other then that was an awesome experience for a tough time in my life and will be forever grateful!!!!

So far spoke to Billy and Greg, both wonderful. I’m adamant about updating this review at the end of my brother’s treatment. I’m hoping this will be the place that turns his life around. Be good to him!

Nicole is a fantastic therapist.She was very efficient and very personable. Very knowledgeable on mental health issues and extremely nice.She went above and beyond what she even had to do. This place is a better place because she is here Bedrock has the best employees and I would recommend anyone here because of them !!!

I just have to say this last year has been a struggle with my sobriety. But since I have completed their detox and rehab I have not had to go through another detox again. I then went through there IOP program which I highly recommend! When I graduated from that, I opted to do two of their 1 hour early recovery groups every week. I also meet with my clinician every 3 weeks. These services have made a huge difference in my recovery! I would highly recommend their programs to anyone struggling with chemical dependency no matter what the substance is. I really believe that they helped save my life this year. So if you're struggling, please reach out to AdCare. They truly do care about their clients, and the services they provide are just amazing!

They have many services and programs like intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient detoxification, dialectical behavioral therapy, Family Support Services, Parenting Groups, individual groups, family counseling, and dual diagnosis counseling. Just to name a few. Adcare Outpatient substance use treatment allows you to attend rehab programs while still attending to your daily responsibilities. They changed my life. The staff are caring and nonjudgemental. If you're struggling, give Adcare a try.

Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I’m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It’s detox! You’re not going to like everything about it! Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn’t receive surprise bills. They even didn’t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it’s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!

Place is incredible. The admin staff are rude and lazy. Nursing is great and Christine was an angel I needed at the time. Very grateful.
