I've been with arbor about 10 years. With Erin ( who rocked the front desk) SAVING ME countless times.
Perhaps they've had some moments... Long moments of discombobulation, but that front desk and office staff, my therapists, my experience there has proven to be and continues to be a raving success... Perhaps bordering on miracle.
People forget this i a s MENTAL HEALTh business , perhaps extra patience should be practiced with the staff considering they are dealing with YOU and I. Mentally unhealthy individuals....... Lol. That just made me laugh out loud. Ok ok. Maybe I speak for only myself... Best end this here!!

I have been a client here, and thou not everything is smooth, it is a busy place, I really feel I get my needs met
,,and Eva the new nurse practitioner is wonderful, she tries her hardest to work with her clients, I know there is a shortage of therapists and social workers, But they do try to work with each individual to be matched with the right one, I don't have any complaints coming to Arbir Counseling, Nancy O
