I've been. Not willingly, but I'm very thankful I was there. I'm not a drug user but I was depressed and a loved one called when I had a breakdown and thought I felt suicidal. Im writing this review for the families like mine that read all of these. I was petrified going in, this was my first experience with anything like Highpoint or a treatment facility and I had no choice, I was section 12 (which I had no clue even meamt). I learned so much from the staff and even fellow patients. I attended meetings where people spoke so honestly and let me do the same. I met people from all walks of life and connected in a way with each. Don't hesitate to get your loved ones help, it's not easy being honest with your family all the time, but I feel so much more like my old self than ever. I plan on applying to work there, payback what I was given & hopefully help others feel safe and have hope like I do. You know when reading these who has unfortunately not gotten well & don't be discouraged, if I can do it you can too. Good luck

There's a man named Joey that works there and he is just the light of the building. He is so nice and has an amazing heart and he's genuine not doing it bc it's his job. Joey please never leave because the light in that building will dim very dark. You're the light of the place Joey. My experience at CCBC was welcoming but very little depth in sessions. I felt a lack of support and that my concerns may not have been understood or even unaddressed. I never reached advancement. Overall, this was a step forward, I have more people involved, and now my care has been shifted to more intensive. I'd recommend routine evaluations to ensure consistent effectiveness.

I hear through staff at Pathways and my recovery coach this will be a great resource for my lifestyle. I believe this could be the ticket to attend about the views given. I’m going to try a tour to see the in and out of this place. Can hardly wait to see and experience. Spectrum in weymouth MA is amazing. The clinical team there is second to none l. My quality of life has improved greatly after getting connected with this clinic. I couldn't imagine my life if I didn't have Alex, Derek, Gabby, and Kristin in my corner. The way that I have been built up to the person I want to be today not only makes me happy but also makes my family and the people around me happy. Although I do not care for the current administration, there is NO better place to rebuild your life! Food, clothing, Counseling and recreation is provided at NO cost! The ARC (rehab part) is spotless. As far as getting stuff for "free" people forget it needs to be picked up, sorted,hung and priced ..Not to mention, do you have any idea how much Garbage they get?? There dump bills are astronomical because so many treat it as a dump! I can also tell you this , 90 percent on every dollar is spent on Charitable causes!! God bless the Salvation army

I was at Steppingstone in 1998! I had my issues with them. Plenty. But, i stuck it out, moved into a grad apartment after almost a year in the phase 1 and 2 houses and got thrown out on my ass for a positive for opiates urine. False positive. My Stepingstone Sisters all pitched in so i had the $35 (in change)for a restest.
and instead of another test they retested the same tainted sample. So i was thrown out. I have my suspucions a sto what happened but i got to see karma hand look e that! It made me even stronger. I stayed sober. And guessed where I worked for 2 years after being thrown out? Yup. Stepingstone Woman's House. The person i think was responsible for my dirty urine had gotten the boot and i gladly worked there in the office.
And, I made sure i treated every single woman with kindness, respect and compassion and i think i was well liked and respected by most. I remember Richie before he was mgr. I knew him. I knew his gif look friend at the time too. I don't know if he's there now but i saw his name mentioned. So, my point is this: Dont bite your nose off to spite your face. You're there for yourself. Sure there are some anal orafices around but who are they to you in the long run...nobody. Focus on yourself and your sobriety. Then get out and live your lives as best you can. I don't ever wanna go back to that miserable, degrading life again. Do you? I don't ever wanna live at Steppingstone or any other halfway house ever again and get pushed around and bullied at times. I will never
be told when to go to bed, when I wake up, when and where I eat I'm here to tell you that you don't have to ever again. It's up to you. Your adults. Plus i can tell you right now from reading some of these whose sober and who isn't. Don't hang with the losers. You know who they are. Good luck.

The women’s program in Fall River has helped me so much. At first I thought it was too strict with too many rules but there’s definitely a reason for all of them. Staying in the program for one year then moving to the grad house for 11 months helped me alot with getting back on a schedule and living a normal life. I will forever be grateful for this place and the awesome staff that helped me along the way.

This was my THIRD time at PAM, let me say my first stay was good, second one was terrible, THIS TIME WAS AMAZING!!! After speaking with Dr. Khokhar in BID and her telling me she was working there now and there has been a lot of changes my wife and I decided to try one more time. Let me say this with only a FEW BLIPS this stay was amazing!!! The wound care team of Carolyn and Ashley were amazing!!! Zero chance my foot wounds after surgery would’ve healed like they did without them!!! The PT and OT teams were simply the best I’ve had!!! Drasti, Nicole, and Erin worked with me the most and had me up, hoping on my good heel with a “hop pivot” to get around until we got a weight bearing clearance!!! The nurses were great that I had but the nurse I had the most during the day was Rhianna and not gonna lie we had a great time in 227!!! The CNA’s were great!!! The food for my first two stays was terrible! NOT THIS TIME THE NEW FSD Katelynn has the kitchen running great and the food is REAL food not frozen crap!!! Different FRESH vegetables made a huge difference, Jalyn my happy diet order taker made sure my trays were ALWAYS as they should be, if they weren’t her and Katelynn made corrections.

Stevens is a great place for youth who need help. The staff work extremely well with the youth, focusing on their individual needs, which I think is highly beneficial. I, as a former youth, enjoyed the events they held—such as Summer Jam, the holiday play, cookouts, and much more. The clinical services they offer are excellent. The structure and routines are consistent and beneficial, and they will do everything they can to make sure that when you leave, you will be a successful individual.

Procurei este hospital há 3 anos atrás porque precisava de um primeiro médico, e sim fui muito bem atendida e consegui o meu primeiro Doctor em poucos dias sem que ja tinha mais de dois meses que eu estava esperando resposta de outros dois hospitais de cidades diferentes esse foi oque mais rápido me atenderam, e sempre quando estou doente eles atendem rápido e se não tiver disponibilidade no mesmo dia eles rapidamente conseguem vaga pra poucos dias sem muita demora. God Bless Eamonn, the owner, he does his best to help a growing demographic of men who have drug and alcohol addictions. The clientele there are good people just trying to recover and get their lives back together. There's more structure than some houses-and less structure than others. It's all what you put into it, and many men have had full and complete recoveries, and lasting sobriety by finding/staying at the Association for Sober Living in North Attleboro. Great comradery and opportunity to develop new friendships here-with other men who are struggling also. If you put in the time and effort, you too can discover a new way of living CLEAN and SOBER. Definitely consider the ASL if you want to live a life without drugs and alcohol, and find healing, hope, and sobriety for your future, yourself, and for your family-by the Grace of God.

I loved my job was there for almost 10 years as a clinician. I worked with some amazing people snd developed awesome friendships. I always had the best caseload of clientele and I miss working with them and seeing their growth. Times have changed over the years most places do wish I was still there it's a great feeling when you know you've made a difference and was able to contribute ideas and see changes be implemented.
