I've been. Not willingly, but I'm very thankful I was there. I'm not a drug user but I was depressed and a loved one called when I had a breakdown and thought I felt suicidal. Im writing this review for the families like mine that read all of these. I was petrified going in, this was my first experience with anything like Highpoint or a treatment facility and I had no choice, I was section 12 (which I had no clue even meamt). I learned so much from the staff and even fellow patients. I attended meetings where people spoke so honestly and let me do the same. I met people from all walks of life and connected in a way with each. Don't hesitate to get your loved ones help, it's not easy being honest with your family all the time, but I feel so much more like my old self than ever. I plan on applying to work there, payback what I was given & hopefully help others feel safe and have hope like I do. You know when reading these who has unfortunately not gotten well & don't be discouraged, if I can do it you can too. Good luck

Resilience was really helpful for a friend of mine. They offered EMDR therapy for a lot of the stuff they had been through and they found it very helpful. The therapists were very warm and kind. Groups were very informational too. Would definitely recommend!

Today marks one year of recovery. Although the work itself had to come from within, I would not be celebrating this milestone without the support, tools, and community that helped guide me along the way.
To this day, I still reach out to counselors, especially Mathe, and stay connected with my peers. Those relationships, along with everything I've learned through this program, have given me the strength, perspective, and tools to continue moving forward.
I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey. This milestone belongs not only to me, but also to those who supported, encouraged, and believed in me when I needed it most. Thank you for helping me get here. ❤️

This was one of the lowest points in my life and even though I knew drastic changes were needed, I didn’t know where/how to start.
My friend put me in touch with Mathe at Bedrock and it only took one short conversation before I knew I wanted my recovery to start at Bedrock in Canton MA.
Bedrock was my 1st and hopefully last facility I’ll be in and I was blessed to have gone there. I would recommend this place to any and all that are battling addiction. The nurses and staff are all very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They want the best for you and that’s how they make you feel every day. Taking part in all they have to offer while there definitely makes the time cruise by and really taught me a lot about my addiction. before I knew it I did what not so long ago I thought I never could do. Live a sober life!

I went to St Anne’s yesterday with chest pain and was treated immediately with tests done one after another. I’ve never experienced such great care in an emergency room before. I have CRPS (A chronic pain condition) and I’ve been treated in different ER’s for the condition. I don’t know if it was because of having chest pain that I was treated so quickly, but it really doesn’t matter. I was treated with thoroughness, kindness, and empathy throughout and that really makes a difference. Thanks to all the staff for your immediate help and care, You did an amazing job.

This is my preferred hospital usually, the staff has always been kind, accommodating, and good at their jobs. But I went here the other day for a miscarriage and wanted to get checked out and needed a note saying I can return to work with no restrictions if the doctor felt like I was all set. I told her I was feeling lightheaded earlier that day and said to the nurse that I asked to tell her “oh she’s fine”. She didn’t have the best bedside manner and I asked her to not discuss personal medical information in front of the person who was with me and she immediately came over and started telling me results of tests in front of him. I just went to send my note to my boss and realized that she wrote it like a doctor’s note excusing me for the day when I asked her to specify I can return without restrictions. So now I have to miss out on more work and spend another copay.

After many, many stints in detoxes, rehabs and facilities we found Evoke, now Harborview through a friend. From the initial phone call that was made to admissions office, to intake, to the program and the check ins after completion has been nothing but life saving. This place changed my life. the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming from the RS's to the nurse's and case managers. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is great, there is always snacks and drinks out for the clients, the groups are great and they change it up so its not the same thing every week. The staff bend over backwards to help you with whatever needs you have and the protocol keeps you comfortable so you are not crawling out of your skin the whole time. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is thinking about going into treatment.

The front desk, the nurses, especially the director who I think is a real a superwoman and is extremely fair to all of us! Her door is always opened if you need her. The office is so clean and well decorated for all the holidays. If not for them idk where I would be. They all have a special place in my heart. They saved my life and I am forever grateful! I do suggest having a your own therapist separate from the clinic. I’ve been other places and they do not care for you as an individual. AT SPECTRUM THEY REALLY DO CARE no matter the stage in recovery you are in. I’ve always been treated with respect!. This place has really been helpful especially the partial hospital programs. Both the CBT and women’s DBT program. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their programs and staff really focus on wanting to help you, and the staff genuinely care. From the moment you walk through the entrance where you’re greeted by security I’m immediately put at ease. It doesn’t matter if I’ve been there once or several times, they always welcome me back with open arms.

Butler is great but they need help on hiring better staff . I had a horrible experience with a nurse practitioner that lied on my progress didn’t want to change meds that were hurting and making me sick lied to staff and said I was not doing what I was suppose to do moving forward I want Gabrielle back she’s my day 1 nurse practitioner I will be requesting her when I go back in the near future you need to be careful you get as your team I recommend Gabrielle as nurse practitioner she listens she’s smart and she honest and as for therapist I recommend Sarah summers she was great she listens she gets to the point and grounds those are the people I love working with Gabrielle I know for over 7 years and Sarah is more recent . They were awesome as for others recently I had a newer nurse practitioner and she made up lies about my progress and said I wasn’t doing what I needed to which was a lie I did everything I had to do I feel she was upset that I was doing good and that’s shady she didn’t have my best interest like Gabrielle I’m requesting her moving forward I will never agree to work with that last person terrible vaules and not a match for maybe for someone else she great again Gabrielle and I been working for over 7 years there we had a disagreement I overreacted and they changed her I admit I was wrong . Butler does great partial just focus on getting rid of toxic staff members . Thanks for always supporting unfortunately some people you hire are not the best please do better butler we’re. Staff, Nurses and case-workers and Amazing and Caring. I felt welcomed and not judged since my recovery journey began. Weekly/monthly groups have helped me in so many ways, so many helpful tools to keep me from relapsing, I can call and talk to anyone and they will help me with anything. Through the PHP program and therapy, I was able to overcome issues I wouldn't have able to do alone. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.
Cristina is a superlative therapist who is as intuitive as she is attentive. She offers valuable perspectives to those who may be lacking in some regards due to their own specific, personal struggles.
For patients in their 20s, she offers relatability in spades, which was comforting for a patient who presented as worn down, isolationist husk of a human being. I was fortunate to finish the PHP program and to be quickly referred to her as my first therapist.

Bedrock was the launching pad for finally getting my life back on track. I was fortunate to spend three weeks in their mental health program where I was able to address both my mental health & substance abuse challenges head on.
The staff from top to bottom made for an incredible experience with nurses (ex. Nicole), clinical members (ex. Mathematics), and management (ex. Andrew) who were open about their own recovery journeys, clearly heard what I would say beyond simply listening, and provided guidance I still follow today.

Everyone on the staff is helpful both in recovering from addiction and in coming back from an, (unfortunate), relapse.
