I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don’t live close by anymore but I’d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

After struggling with addiction and trying six different rehab programs without success, Bedrock Recovery Center was the place that finally helped me get sober and change my life. From day one, the staff genuinely cared about my recovery and treated me with compassion, respect, and understanding. A special thank you to Billy, Cam, and Mathematics, who all played a huge role in helping me stay focused, accountable, and hopeful during some of the toughest days of my life. The program gave me the tools, support, and structure I needed to build a foundation for long-term sobriety. I have nothing but good things to say about bedrock recovery. From my great case worker Alessandra to the motivated clinicians. A part of me did not want to leave there. I was forced to go there was planning to sign out after 3 days. I stayed for the full 21 days and graduated. The techs,nurses also care about you and treat you with respect. If you need help with a substance abuse or have trouble with your mental health please give them a call

I don't usually write reviews, but East Coast Recovery was so great that I felt like I should. From the start, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. What was a really stressful situation ended up being much smoother than I expected because they kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer questions. What I appreciated most was that they treated me like a person, not just another customer. The team was honest, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. The whole experience left me feeling confident that I was in good hands. If you ever need the services they provide, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Coast Recovery. Great people, great communication, and excellent service all around. My honest opinion is that the staff is friendly and actually receptive to clients opinions and wants/ needs. I have had a somewhat rough experience at another clinic. The EA comprehensive treatment center has not given me any issues.

It seemed like a great place when you walk in the staff seemed very kind. Someone was actively being kicked out when I got there with my daughter . So I thought ok they must not put up with BS here . My daughter walked out within 2 days . She said it was the worst most trashy place she ever went! I though it was nice and had a good reputation (it USED to) she said so many females were getting high in the bathroom and just pass it back and forth among each other on the floor. She has been to others trying to find the one that works for her …. She said it was impossible for someone to want to stay clean there with all the drugs they had there. Obviously they don’t search the residents or the staff brings it in for them Who knows but if you’re reading this - pick another place If you have a choice Also the food was gross (she said) I want people to have a feel for what they are looking at. Pick a different place If you want success. This is more like a place to get “sent “ vs a facility that cares what’s going on. The lady at the front office was sweet and kind and has been there for years but behind the doors we don’t see what’s really going on unfortunately. I wish the state run places were more caring . I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

I agree with the other commentor. There is no private dosing and This is not the interior of the Brockton CTC!!!not even close!!! This place looks 4-5 times larger and much more modern. The only picture that is accurate is the picture of the outside of the building!!!

Just wanted to take a min or 2 outta my Sunday afternoon to let ppl know wat a life saving program hptc Plymouth is,in Aug 21,I had just entered prgm for 7 th time in last 2.5 months,every time I left AMA,they wud allow me back wen I called looking for a bed,never judging me and allowing me my process,I was sick as a dawg and totally defeated, there was a beautiful pregnant nurse there that touched my heart,even tho I was physically unable to go stand up in med line,cuz I physically cud not get out of my bed,time after time she wud come to my room to dose me,it was my 4 th day there and w/d’s were peaking,I hadn’t ate in 4 days and that nurse and the staff ,thru their compassion gave me a slight glimmer of hope, after a positive covid test I was quarantined to a room for 10 days and at that point I knew if I left again I wuda been screwed so I stayed til the miracle happened,not only did I make it thru w/ds ,I got thru the covid virus and made it the 10 days,not long after clinician got me placed into halfway house in east bos and I haven’t looked back since that day,for sum reason I will always remember that pregant nurse caring enuff with her compassion and understanding and at that point I set forth a path of recovery and once again becoming a productive member of society,and most importantly a father to my loving son ty hptc and all of there workers who assist in making miracle everyday

So I recently went through treatment here for the 2nd time. I left a review but I’m not the brightest and deleted the first one trying to write another one. Just have to say to anyone thinking about getting sober this is where it’s at. Staff the facility and other people is 💯. I don’t plan to ever need to but I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment than here.

Through the PHP program and therapy, I was able to overcome issues I wouldn't have able to do alone. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Cristina is a superlative therapist who is as intuitive as she is attentive. She offers valuable perspectives to those who may be lacking in some regards due to their own specific, personal struggles. For patients in their 20s, she is offers relatability in spades, which was comforting for a patient who presented as worn down, isolationist husk of a human being. I was fortunate to finish the PHP program and to be quickly referred to her as my first therapist.

Went here a few years back. During Covid, wild crowd, the intensity of the whole world to me was making me sick. This was one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. It is almost 5 years later and North Cottage stays with my soul everywhere I go. I love you guys so damn much _yes as others said, intense as in drug testing and checking mens etc. I earned trust and was able to go on runs into the woods almost every morning. This was the place I found God, I had just lost my brother and almost lost myself. I love you guys Thank you. The snow coming down in this trail i would run to each morning is a vision I can't get out of my head. Can't forget it was the men and women who ran this place, mostly men, who made this happen. Staff was great except 1 wont give people that dont miss a group and do what they have to do there out dates after being there almost 30 days but will give the guys that dont do anything i mean nothing there out date after 14 days and lets them leave in 21 to 25 days he should treat everyone the same. Other than that all the staff was great for my 35 days there some go above and beyond when they dont have to the food absolutely sucks for the amount of money our insurance pays for us to be there the food should be way better. The nurses on unit 2 are more than great courtney Amanda shawna meghan to name a few amd the rest of them treated me with the up most respect give them a raise. The groups could be a little better seemed like we were learning the same stuff over and over each day. But other than that if i was to ever have a relapse again i would definitely go back there....i give 4.5 stars out of 5..

Just have to say to anyone thinking about getting sober this is where it’s at. Staff the facility and other people is 💯. I don’t plan to ever need to but I’ll never go anywhere else for treatment than here.

ive been here over 60 times. People can say they didn't get help or didn't get sober but its not because of sstar its because you didn't do the work to stay sober. this place has kept me alive through the years when I needed to get off the streets or was sick begging for help. I always got accepted no matter if I wanted to get sober and stay sober or not! the one time I put all the work listened to all the suggestions let someone else run the show ive been sober since. Going on 7 years. you can complain about the staff and whatever other excuses u want but it comes down to either you want to get better and will do anything you can to do that or your probably going to use or drink again. parents this place didn't fail your child your child didn't do the work but don't give up it took me 15 years in and out 154 detoxes endless sober houses two times dying to finally be willing to do whatever it took to stay sober. I know have a wife a son a big house in a neighborhood that I still say I don't belong in my dream car and im beyond ok in the money department! it all started at sstar thank you both Andreas bob tommy Melanie Sandra John and Barry and the co sandy mike anyone else i missed for never judging always allowing me to come in thank you I live a amazing life because of people like you all! people stop bashing this place its up to u to get sober this is the place you go to begin that journey.
