Helpful and friendly staff people looking for help In Recovery!!!!!

A great program with great people i never felt like i was being judged or looked down at all in fact i was surprised by how friendly and kind everyone was and they not only made me feel like they care they proved they do when my partner had a medical issue and the staff handled it compassionately. My counselor is really chill and easy to talk to but also has the depths of knowledge to be able to have really substantive conversations basically a respectable amount of street smarts and book smarts and ability to know when to use which. I leave every appointment feeling really encouraged and hopeful. If anyone is thinking about trying maintenance therapy thia is the place to go you can actually find some hope here

If you're seriously looking to get help with your opioid addiction and need a good support system, please come here! They treat you like an equal here instead of looking down their nose and treating treating you like an addict.Coming here has changed my perspective on addiction treatment in the best way! If everyone was more like the people that work here, I think the world would be in a much better, healthier spot. They actually put you above their paycheck and it's quite rare to see in this world. They are practical and work with you as long as you take the program seriously. The counselors are great here and I actually enjoy group. This place has a lot of resources to help you get your life where you want it to be. I couldn't be more thankful for what they've done for me and my family already.

The family of Klarissa Parker, who was part of your recovery program cannot thank and recommend this program for women enough. Your leadership, controlled environment, and Christ centered programs are what helped save our daughter, got her off the streets, and gave her life back. I write this review nearly in tears of Joy at knowing this type of program is helping women empower themselves to do their best while there, and to adjust in real life. Our family is closer, is much more involved, and have invested in our daughter now that we see how this program has helped her in her sobriety and life choices. You cannot go wrong here. If you have a daughter, or are a woman seeking the help you need to remove the poisonous addictions out of your life...you have found the right place, and ask GOD to place you there. Stay committed to their rules and programs and find yourself living a life full of joy and filled with sobering decisions that will move your life forward. This is a great program. I personally know clients that successfully completed this program and completely turned their lives around. I wish we had more programs like this. The people in this program are not just numbers. They are treated like people. The staff are passionate and dedicated. I do believe this is the only long term treatment center. This is also the place that allows you to bring children while you recover. I would like to thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication to such a high stress environment. I ve heard the managers goes over and beyond.

I would like to thank Lisa, Larhonda, Becca, Paige, Myiesha, and the rest of the staff for all of their help and support during my stay at the In As Much House. I was staying there under the VIP Program.I would also like to thank Mitch, Dre, and Chris for their help with getting what I needed to get into Silver Star for Veterans.They were all very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend it for the women and all Veterans. They can get the help with needed resources for locating housing and help for the Veterans to get in touch with resources from the VA.

It was a nice place warm . The staff was helping and did there job. But I had to leave, because someone thought I stole there purse. I didn't so I hope the people that did it gets caught. Thank you, God will bless me and watch me

My 13 year old really enjoys seeing her. She doesn't like having to wake up early for things when school isn't in session. But you won't hear a complaint if she's rising early for an appt. to see Hilary.Thank you ALL for everything you do, Daily, for every person who walks through them doors.

I've enjoyed my counciling here very professional staff. Girls up front are very nice. I like how quickly they get to me on the phone. That can agitate people. Justin Hutchenson has helped me decompress alot of stress in my life dealing with multiple deaths in my family and my own health tragedy. May God richly bless him for that and all your staff as we continue on this journey together.

The therapist my daughter saw at the Portage location was wonderful. Billing was always an issue - they would say we owed money, so we would pay it, then they could contact us and process a refund because we "overpaid". Otherwise, we were very pleased. However I have been trying to reach them for a week now. Website says they are available 24/7 - however I have called EVERY number on their website repeatedly, as well as the number the "owner" provided in these comments, and there is never an answer or option to leave a message. I also submitted an appointment request form through their website and have not received a response. Not sure what is going on here. UPDATE: apparently this is a cell phone issue - NOT pine rest. Despite using my phone daily and having no issues making calls, for whatever reason, I had to put my cell phone on then off airplane mode and suddenly I was able to make calls to them. Updated my review to correct for this.

They talk to you and listen to you talk and give you flyers about drug abuse and follow procedures as required. Not intense or high pressure, how helpful it may be is ultimately up to the client.

Doctors address passionate about each patient and give you the considerable amounts of time in each appointment to get all of you medical needs met or addressed.

I just started seeing Becky, and I'll tell you what... She's absolutely awesome! I highly recommend her! Great person to talk to.

I owe the entire staff at Barry County Mental Health my life;The Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses & LPNs, Psychotherapists, Office Staff, Receptionists, Telephone Operator, Financial Assistance Department, Billing Department and Mail Room Clerks. The Cleaning Staff, and Maintenance Crew...Everybody that works there and keeps the doors open, keeps the lights on. Everybody that takes the calls and answers the questions.Thank you,All of You. Great place rehabilitation the staff were caring and willing to help. The one on one's helped out alot. Todd, April, Dan, Branden, John, and the people who volunteered there helped our alot.

It was a great experience went there for the food distribution. The workers were verry friendly and helpful and helped me Cary my thing to the car. Thanks for helping us the people when we're in need may God bless us all.

I started having sessions here earlier this year. Even though I no longer attend as I am seeking something a little closer to home. The staff and therapists are all wonderful. I was treated with respect and dignity. They also made me feel extremely at ease with any interaction. Highly recomended

I saw Travis Wasson while I visited, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. He was easy to talk to and very thoughtful. It was always a nice and calm environment during my few appointments there, and I was treated with kindness and respect.The receptionist was sweet to me and made bill paying easy, she was very personable. I liked how softspoken it felt, very good for me, being an anxious person. Thank you psychological consultants for taking care of me!

Excellent and comprehensive care. My therapist is what a helps me get through the week. Best therapy I've ever had.

These people saved my life!!!! I'll forever be greatful for my time at Oaklawn Psych! Wonderful staff and the environment is very peaceful and safe feeling!!! The whole team (day and night shift) deserve a big round of applause for the dedication they put into the care of every single patient!

I had fun here and leaned alot about living on my own I think is a good place you would think the rules would be more lacks seen how u can just leave at any time but beats jail

The new management in the facility and the personality of therapists and security are the best parts of this program. The contracts that the state writes with the KPEP facilities is almost enough to make you want to commit suicide. Underfunded and given very little permission to actually make improvements to the place makes creating positive changes in this place almost impossible. Despite all of this positive things do happen and I would credit this to the new management and the personality of the therapists and security who in my opinion entered the job for the correct reason.

It is a rehab facility. It is not a prison. Residents are treated fairly. It's a great way to get into a federal job atmosphere. Just know it's a lot of hours but a lot of pay as well. Residents get three meals a day. Smoke breaks store and comisarie. It is a male only facility.
