I spent 5 months here in the dead of winter. The staffing were marvelous and far ahead of any rehab center anywhere, thats my opinion. The entire staff always went above and beyond. Thanks to a Sapper for Director and Hall of Famer and great Psychologist I improved my life without measure. I should have thanked you long ago. You got the full process. Education,structure,health,Spiritualityand much more. 5 star easy. I would like to be more involved. I don't remember all your names and the staff probably rotated out. God bless you all.

My experience attending treatment at this facility is what saved my life. I was welcomed judgement free from day one and was treated with the upmost care for my entire stay. The staff only saw me for my potential instead of seeing me only for my past mistakes. I was given individualized care which challenged me to grow and take accountability for my past actions. Over my 45 day stay, I worked closely with all the staff and was provided with excellent support and education on my disease. They loved me until I was able to love my self. Thanks to the hardworking and supportive staff at Phoenix House I now have 4.5 years clean. I have been working as a Recovery Coach for the past 3 years and have just passed the exam to become a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. The likelihood of me being where I am at today would be shockingly low, if not zero, if not for my time spent at Phoenix House.

I came in and the ER was very busy, however the staff still made time to take care of everyone’s needs. The staff and nurses are so kind and caring, they really deserve a higher rating but I can’t put more than five stars. I asked for a quick snack and said whatever takes the least time is fine since they’re busy and they brought many snack ❤️❤️❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars should be an option

We spent 9 days in the NICU unit in September and the doctor's and nurses were amazing! They took great care of our little guy, we couldn't have asked for better nurses! They were all super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jess and Josh, they were our absolute favorite nurses! All of the nurses are special, you can tell they really care about their little patients, and they go above and beyond to take care of them. They all really have big hearts and will forever hold a special place in mine.

Everyone treated me very well. I don't like to be there, but when necessary, I'm always treated super well by all staff personal.
Truly a great place and anyone who says otherwise simply did not truly try and trust the program. Thanks to the staff and the environment I learned so much skills when it came to dealing with others, negative emotions, cravings and overall life in general not to mention they have helped me become 107 days sober and I plan to continue this journey. If your child is having trouble seriously think about this program it can do wonders but only if they truly want it to.

this place helped me reach a new high in my life. all of the staff there were more than amazing towards us and always tried their hardest to help us be successful and happy. i was lucky to find them when i needed help the most. i’ll reach two years sober in 2 months and if i wouldn’t have went there, i strongly believe i wouldn’t be alive today. they will push you to be the best version of yourself you can be!! the only reason i give it a 4/5 is because the food was terrible besides when larissa would cook for us. garrett and rachel will always hold a special place in my heart.

If you’re serious about having a real life, here is an excellent place to start!!! Choose life!
Had a blood draw in the morning so made myself some coffee, drank half, and left for my appointment. They were so fast that, when I got back home, my half cup of coffee on the counter was still warm! Talk about service!
They were very helpful. Most places have a long or inaccessible waiting list for mental healthcare. They were able to intake me within about 2 weeks compared to the 6 months to a year of private practices.
I followed through with my appointments and they really did help me out, informing me of resources available and practitioners that took notes for providing personalized care.
I had legitimately good experiences with all staff I interacted with while being a patient there.

I came from a bigger city with lots of choices for mental health care. This is by far the best care I have ever received. You get a caseworker to help you with literally anything. The Doctor is willing to work with you and allows you to take a part in your care. The therapist that I have is a trauma expert. I am so thankful for this place.

Carissa Rondeau is a highly competent and capable professional. The services that FBS offers are first class and aren't often found at other providers in our area.
They were very helpful. Most places have a long or inaccessible waiting list for mental healthcare. They were able to intake me within about 2 weeks compared to the 6 months to a year of private practices.

I've been struggling with addiction for over 30 years and have managed to be free from active addiction for 5 years.
I have gone from taking 24mg per day of Suboxone daily down to the equivalent of 8mg per day! Clean Slate has helped me to manage my recovery so well and I'm going to be graduating from substance use disorder counseling program which is so exciting knowing that I've come this far and now I can help other people with their recovery! Clean Slate has helped to find myself again and I wouldn't be here without all the great people who work there! 👍👌
After suffering a stroke, I contacted Carol Warren, Prosthetic Representative at the Oscar G. Johnson VAMC. She provided information and the requirements for the VA’s help in making my home more livable with my new disability’s. She sent me the necessary paperwork and answered all of my questions. She was very professional and extremely helpful. I am thankful for another example of the VA’s support for disabled veterans.

I've spent a lot of time there. Staff is awesome. So respectful. The doctors are outstanding. Especially my podiatrist and most importantly my GI doctor D. Had the kindness to call me at home personally, to go over my improving blood work. He said he wanted me to have a good weekend. Best in the business.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with St. Luke's Mental Health Clinic. I truly hope that my review helps others considering seeking care here. When I entered the building for my first appointment, I was guided to a private room and sat down with a very kind woman who then asked me to share my story. At the end of the hour, she looked at her clipboard and said, "I think (therapist name) is going to be a great fit for you." I was so impressed that St. Luke's took the time to match patients with a therapist who would be their best fit, instead of just sticking them in available slots or making them choose based on online bios. I have been with my therapist for many years now and I can say she is the perfect therapist for my needs, and I am so grateful for the lovely woman who matched us together. Thank you St Luke's for providing top-notch, personalized mental health care.

St lukes is the best place for medical appointments and procedures I've ever been to.They are leaps and bounds above the other hospitals and clinics, they treat you like a person, (not some trash) they aren't a fake nice either, they really care. I'm walking today thanks to their surgeons also just being alive, I owe them my life .anyways They Rock!

Waiting time was negligible. Jennifer, PA was excellent. Thorough, asked questions, and listened. The whole experience was gratifying.
The staff at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota, this hospital although challenging to find where to go without a map and a guide. Has the best staff compared to the many hospitals I've been in the staff, doctors and nurses were an excellent group and I enjoyed my stay and never wanted to leave. And the food was the best I tried almost everything on the extensive choices of food and every day it was a party in my mouth! One of my nurses from the fifth floor Sawyer came and visited me when I was there again on the fourth floor and that was above and beyond anything I've ever had happen to me in a hospital. So I give your hospital 10 stars because 5 isn't enough!!! Thank you to everyone that was working both times and I'll be back to the 5th floor soon!

I was going to Essentia Health for almost a year being miss-diagnosed the entire time. I knew there was something wrong with me as this can't be "all in my head" as Essentia led me to believe. Thank you for saving my life not once, but two times. I wouldn't be alive today if I hadn't taken the chance, advocated for myself, and finally went to the St. Lukes ER. I don't understand how this place was able to help me so quickly where I spent over $100k trying to get help at Essentia in that time. Thank you! Thank you so much!
