After suffering a stroke, I contacted Carol Warren, Prosthetic Representative at the Oscar G. Johnson VAMC. She provided information and the requirements for the VA’s help in making my home more livable with my new disability’s. She sent me the necessary paperwork and answered all of my questions. She was very professional and extremely helpful. I am thankful for another example of the VA’s support for disabled veterans.

I've spent a lot of time there. Staff is awesome. So respectful. The doctors are outstanding. Especially my podiatrist and most importantly my GI doctor D. Had the kindness to call me at home personally, to go over my improving blood work. He said he wanted me to have a good weekend. Best in the business.

This is a nice rehabilitation center. Staff is always very attentive. buildings are pretty organized and well ubicated. Only good things to say about them. Keep the good work!

I am very impressed with the quality of care I receive at Green Bay VA. The staff at the clinic is amazing and kind, and what I love the most is the short wait time before every appointment. Very helpful place, I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Kym Hansen-Duell. I have been seeing her on and off since my teenage years and can honestly say that she has helped me in so many ways I can't even begin to describe them all. She has been so accommodating with scheduling, quick to reschedule when she takes (much deserved!) time off, and understanding when I need to reschedule. With DBT and Kym, I am no longer "just surviving," I am thriving. She helped me find the me I was always meant to be and for that, I am eternally greatful. I have always been impressed with Pine Rest TC but Kym is the crown jewel of the professionals they have.

I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

I have started seeing Teresa Cieslinski. She seems very kind, has asked good questions and given me helpful advise. Their patient portal is excellent!

I was taken care of during my time in the hospital.

We spent 9 days in the NICU unit in September and the doctor's and nurses were amazing! They took great care of our little guy, we couldn't have asked for better nurses! They were all super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jess and Josh, they were our absolute favorite nurses! All of the nurses are special, you can tell they really care about their little patients, and they go above and beyond to take care of them. They all really have big hearts and will forever hold a special place in mine.

Everyone treated me very well. I don't like to be there, but when necessary, I'm always treated super well by all staff personal.

great team, i noticed a differance in my loved one in just a few short days. the staff was great and very supportive. awnsered all of my questions and gave me guidance. to me this rehab is not just for the addict but also the loved ones. it seems to use all aspects of recovery to find the best option

I love, love these people. I was treated for depression in Grand Rapids for two years before moving north. A few months with Dr. Plum (no longer with Munson) I was already better off. After she left I started seeing Dr. Hartwig. The man is gentle and I can tell he loves what he does. He involves me with my medications rather than dictates what I will take. I started seeing Leslie for therapy the same time I started seeing Dr. Hartwig. Leslie is an amazing woman and has helped me more than the three therapists from GR put together. As an additional plus, all the ladies and the desk are super sweet and helpful. Joelle is another wonderful person. I don't have enough room to write all the positives of this center.

I was admitted to MMC for sepsis Dec 2024 and my daughter was admitted to the NICU August 2025 Both times we entered through the ER. The ER staff were kind, friendly and professional. Katie was very helpful and ready to defend my privacy. Melissa is an angel and contributed to keeping me from developing ppd. The team in the OR and post op(Cynthia) with Dr. Zuckerman were super friendly and compassionate. The various nurses and CNAs in the B3 Surgical Unit (Julie, Erin, Kelly, Jordan, Kay, Jeanette) were all very kind and compassionate as well. Kelly was a delight to talk to and Erin deserves a raise. The NICU nurses and doctor (Amber, Amanda, Cheryl, Dr Alred, Melody, Alicia, Becky, Maggie, Maddie and I never caught her name but the friendly nurse with curly hair and glasses) are wonderful caring angels and incredibly supportive. Amber and Amanda were assigned to my daughter twice and I’m very grateful to have had them during a scary and uncertain time. They were the other half of a wonderful experience at MMC labor day weekend and with their support and kindness I thankfully did not develop ppd. I would recommend going to MMC to anyone who wishes to be treated with a high level of care and compassion. Please be patient with these amazing people. They are burnt out, tired, doing their best and are committed to helping you. It is not their fault they are understaffed and equipment is not properly stocked. Treat them with kindness and respect.

This place was wonderful! You get out what you put in. They give you tools and resources to recover. You have to want it. Bless the staff. The program was perfect for me. Thank you so much.

JNC changed my life after a 25 year drinking career. I volunteered for treatment after hitting my "bottom." The treatment was vital and the staff was amazing. It's a great program to recover IF you want to get and remain sober! I graduated the entire program (Inpatient, IOP & OP) and remain active in their FREE Alumni group (which offers free group therapy)- which is unique to JNC. They are even starting free Recovery Coach assistance for residents of Sober Living. No other treatment center to my knowledge offers more opportunities for assistance with your recovery. Thank you.

The center has been life-changing for my Daughter.Not only do they deal with addiction issues but most importantly the teach self forgiveness and self love I'm eternally grateful to the staff for bringing my daughter back to me! she is happier than she has been in a very long time and she has taken responsibility for her actions and her addictions thank you if I could give a million stars I would!
