But they won t help you get through the hard stuff like the love and compassion at ATS. I m great full I was able to get a spot there. Because the after care is amazing you look forward to seeing these guys. It s been an amazing journey and God bless ATS.

Phoenix House wonderful. I did m 30 days and got a lot out of it. Staff could’ve done better at controlling we think got heated and about chores. But the place was great ! It’s a beautiful Victorian house with lots of room. You get medical attention. And there a chiropractor right down the road too. The staff is very nice actually. A safe and clean place.

The entire Operating Department experience was EXCELLENT. Wow, you ve got that department right. This was my first time having a procedure at the new hospital location. I would rate everyone as 5 . I wanted to give a score above as 4, but I didn t want that to reflect on the OR. I would rate my initial encounter on the 7th floor as a 2 . The night shift would get an EXCELLENT 5 . Day shift a 4 . Pt and OT EXCELLENT 5 .

I loved the counselors and therapists all the medical staff everyone was caring and genuine about helping and about their own experiences. They turned a nightmare into a good experience. I have lasting memories from there group time and individual and there was always someone to talk to when I felt like breaking down. I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

I normally have not had great expirences with Munson (emergency room) BUT THAT BEING SAID! I had a hysterectomy (w/Dr Nowak) not only was he amazing which i could write a whole separate review on. But every single nurse i encountered was absolutly amazing. From the VERY start of my day till the end. From my registration nurse (she even came and checked on me in recovery and squeeze my hand real tight) to my recovery nurse, to my daytime nurse, and hannah my night nurse just made my night and truly was so kind and gentle taking care of me. Even the nurses not assigned to me but checking in were so kind. I will be great full for these wonderful ladies forever.Some nurses now adays dont seem to enjoy what they do and the caregiving aspect but all of these ladies showed me how much they cared about me and my comfort. I've lived here 35 years and every visit by myself and family has been exceptional. Staff are warm and professional with few exceptions, care has been excellent, and they're organized.ER can be a trial for all hospitals and patients, and Munson is no exception. Hours of waiting, numb overworked staff who appear apathetic. I believe that's the product of our healthcare system and culture, and not specific to Munson.

This place is amazing! The 28 days out of my normal people, places and things was EXACTLY what I needed. JNC slams 40 meetings and 80 hours of self empowering information into 4 weeks. The meetings exposed me to the recovery community I needed to connect with to maintain my sobriety after I got out of the house. The 80 hours of information was some of the best help I ve ever gotten. Being able to be rigorously honest about my self in front of 8-13 strangers without judgement is a type of freedom that s hard to explain. The bond I made in the house helped me feel connected to the sober world. The intense schedule gave me practice to keep a routine even when I got out. Every morning I got to practice meditation for just 20 minutes and that made all the difference. The counselors there help so much. I got many different opinions on many of my deepest problems and you can easily tell they just want what s best for everyone who comes in! I am still in IOP now and it s unbelievably helpful since I got to go out into the world and make hard decisions. I get 9 hours a week to make sure I m making the right ones or to learn how to make better ones next time. This place is still changing my life and constantly bettering me as a person! I would recommend this place to ANYONE needing help. This place works miracles if you allow it to!

this place helped me reach a new high in my life. all of the staff there were more than amazing towards us and always tried their hardest to help us be successful and happy. i was lucky to find them when i needed help the most. i ll reach two years sober in 2 months and if i wouldn t have went there, i strongly believe i wouldn t be alive today. they will push you to be the best version of yourself you can be!! the only reason i give it a 4/5 is because the food was terrible besides when larissa would cook for us. garrett and rachel will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was here almost exactly 2 years ago. I was 17, about to turn 18 a month after I got out! I was a tough child, extremely stubborn, and hard headed. These people have so much patience and love for the children brought to them. They taught me a lot of lessons I will forever hold close to my heart. I am still sober, a home owner at the age of 20, I have my dream car, and a fianc! I also am now closer to my parents than I ever have been. I have so much respect and gratitude towards the people at this facility. Everyone in my life today is extremely shocked at the complete turn around I have done thanks to this place. Much love
