It’s my second day home after the procedure starting on Monday and leaving Thursday. I haven’t had nausea, sweated or had diarrhea once since the procedure starrted and up until now. I’m moving around perfectly fine. The only problem I have is the restless legs which they give you meds for when you leave. I was coming off 24 mg suboxone I’ve been stuck on. If your want to be clean and actually get that dopamine feeling just listening to music get to this place as fast as possible. Don’t end up dead like the thousands we’ve seen already

Well I’ve been using fetty over 10 years I’ve been on methadone for 2 years I still use fetty once in a while well maybe now about 2 times a week sometimes more I’ve really tried to kick it all I just want off of everything I’m desperate I’d like to no more about how this procedure goes because I see skit of people say it hurts an that it’s rough well isn’t being door sick the same thing so it makes me wonder what would be the point if your still going to feel bad ? Is there any kind of withdrawals that u will feel what about this procedure makes u hurt ? I have so many questions

PNLH is an amazing facility with amazing people who genuinely care about your wellbeing and recovery. I stayed in July/August and my experience was amazing. I’m excited and positive about my future and my recovery all because of PNLH. The staff is wonderful and I was lucky to be with an awesome group of girls. This place is actually nice not sure about the last review but I was a patient and they really helped me the staff there is good at what they do the meals are family style so we all take turns cooking I learned a lot there and have been to treatment places where they actually don’t care and your treated like another number I would and have sent other loved ones there

I have taken bus loads of people on urban tours of their sites and collected sheets, towels, hygiene etc. Their facilities meet a huge need in Detroit and Highland Park and are run by incredible people. They are the largest mission in the USA with all their sites and feed and house thousands each day. I highly recommend this wonderful charity.

I was hooked on pain pills for years after a back injury. My doctor cut me off with no notice and I reached out to advanced detox. From day one they were so professional and patient. The procedure was easier than I thought especially compared to doing it myself which would have been living hell. It has been almost a year And I still keep in touch with them all the time. They are always there to cheer you on! If you are considering going on Suboxone or methadone, run the other way and get a detox under sedation. Best thing ever. Huge shout out to Ben! He’s the man!

I give this place only a 4 star because they make it mandatory to see a therapist on a monthly basis in order to see your psychiatrist. It is a total inconvenience to me having to deal with an unneeded therapist.

Jenna went above and beyond her duties to make sure I got a list of medications that was updated for my sister so she can be taken care of properly. Ive seen many bad reviews for this ER so I wanted to leave a good one. I have had to go to this ER many times over the last year for my heart. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve always gotten great care. They immediately take me back and get me into a room, and I’m usually in and out within 3-4 hours. All of the staff have been extremely nice and I haven’t had a single bad experience.
I’ve even had to bring my mother in law here because she was presenting with stoke symptoms. They acted very quickly and took her right from triage to ct. they wasted no time.
I fully trust them with our care.

I had been going to eastwood clinic most of my life. I was seen at the office in novi then again in livonia. Run the other way from these people they do not care. My Dr in novi past away and they just kept calling meds. Every bit of my next 2 drs wouldn't take the time to evaluate me. And my counselor NEVER showed me any skills how to even work threw my anxity, ptsd, and other mental issues. I became very frustrated with my care here because everything was the same Noone was doing anything to better myself. It took me going to a totally different company. And guess what I was misdiagnosed for many many years. It took several weeks to come off of 5 meds that where wrong for me. 5 different meds used to treat conditions I didn't have. I signed all my paperwork to release my medical records to my new dr but eastwood clinic never sent them in almost a year. I personally have other stories but being misdiagnosed was enough for me. I'm thankful I had the courage to realize how wrong I was treated by the drs and unfortunately some staff down to the office manager. I gave up on them sending my medical records over to my new dr. But I would think before using any of these drs and counselors.

***Edit for management - I did indeed file a formal complaint and never heard back from anyone from corporate. The clinical supervisor was gracious enough to offer to reach out, but I heard nothing from the parties responsible for the problematic individual. My best friend/fellow client however, did receive a call from corporate regarding a recent complaint she filed. She did not even file a recent complaint, though our last names are similar and likely listed next to each other in the EHR. There seem to be several pieces consistently falling through the cracks.
My experience with Jill Becovic is unparalleled. I have been in and out of therapy since I was a teenager for anxiety treatment. She is the best clinician I have ever had. Non-judgmental, realistic, genuinely caring, and provides robust and feasible insight.
I will say, however, it is disheartening that the below reviews that are negative are primarily about the receptionist. Client experiences with this individual alone has substantially brought their google reviews down. This is a shame, because the clinicians are amazing.
I too have had several issues with the receptionist and was hopeful that Ascension would be more proactive in mitigating further issues with her. As the face of a mental health clinic, the receptionist is rude, curt, and unprofessional at best. I too work as a clinician for another practice and wouldn’t in my worst nightmares have an individual like this working front-of-house for this line of work. My review is for the clinicians of this clinic only - they are fantastic. If you can handle the receptionist, you will have a fine experience.

This rehab is the best one of them all . I had a wonderful experience there ppl are friendly staff wonderful they do care and will help you out with phone calls to loved ones and make sure your up to get your meds and up for all three meals they have comfortable beds with your own TV in here so for all you ppl downing the place are pure haters just keep hating gets u no where I love QBH been there three times n will continue to go back...

I just watched a spotlight social media story/video on DWIHN Facebook that just released to the public, and I was already in tears over the drawings on the wall and other aspects of the video. Then the CEO of DHIHN spoke on the matter, The CEO of DWIHN also a former Detroit Police Department Chief, a man of greatness. I do not live in Redford and have not visited Lincoln Behavioral Services because I do not fit the criteria or have the need for services. However, I would like to give five stars so that based on the evidence I just witnessed and the recommendations of DWIHN that I can recommend this place of service to others. Redford area is already an underserved area, and the providers have a long history of constituents not trusting their mental health services and LE etc etc - videos and reviews like this can help show my support of your work even though I am not in the area. my husband and father both have cancer my husband passed away jan 19th and my father is still fighting but he's gotten worse .my father is dying from stomach cancer. I had lost so many family members to where i dont have hardly nobody left. My friend recommend my there after she lost her son and I'm thankful she did they were very nice and understanding when i went to see them.I really like this place because is a really good place to go.

SHAR was the facility that I went to treatment to in 2004. I am an alumni of SHAR House, this was an intense in patient program SHAR Men's Program which allowed me to reclaim my life. After a number of years in an addiction this was the place that helped me to reclaim my life back. There have been several programs that I went through, which didn't work but this was the one that worked for me. People who want Recovery will go through anything to gain their own Recovery. You have to do it by any means necessary to get what you want. Nowadays the people who come into SHAR and not able to get the help they need is because they don't want it for themselves. I am still in Recovery since 2004, but that is because I chose do what was needed to get my life together. Since that time I have gone back to school, gotten my own place, employed full time and being responsible for me, without relying on others to take care of my personal needs. If you want help you take the necessary steps to get what you want. It's not about the food, building or the staff it's about saving your own life that should really matter.

Constantly canceling important appointments due to overbooking. Turn over rate is so high that they lack experienced staff to run the facility properly. I’ve been fighting to get the same appointment scheduled for 3 months and they are now canceling on me again today.

the therapist I have is great, but trying to get your calls returned from the office is a headache. I called on two separate days trying to reschedule an appointment with my psychiatrist, and they never pick up or call back even after leaving detailed voice messages. now I don't know when I'll be able to see my psychiatrist for medication that I will be out of in three days since I wasn't able to reschedule.
