I traveled from Saginaw, MI for 3.5 hours to this facility for my first experience with inpatient rehabilitation for addiction, and boy am I glad that my very first interaction and encounter with a program and facilitator in this profession was with this place! They are very professional and thorough and fair in their policy and implementation on those in the program while still allowing the room for individuals to have the unique care or alterations to their new restrictions in the program that takes into account the very unpredictable and varying differences in the residents lives and needs. The facility was very clean and more than acceptable for my needs. The location is removed enough from the hustle and bustle to not tempt but not too far removed you feel isolated. The groups and their lessons and program literature was completely in current recommendations with the latest available information education and resources readily available for your recovery journey and services. One woman had her child with her and the staff was more than helpful and supportive in providing child supervision and care. The child was content and while we know not so, seemed totally unaffected and unaware of any possible difficulties in the mother’s life. When there is an issue of any type it is very quickly and satisfactorily addressed. There was a man who was stalking the property in a vehicle one night and so a worker came out with us while we smoked cigarettes in which there was then another man who wandered on to the parking lot and this worker was very professional but stern and unmoving in her directing him away and off the property. I felt like a baby bear and she was definitely mama protecting her cubs! I felt so safe and sure that she was dedicated to our well being. Honestly I can’t praise this place and their workers enough! If you are thinking of sobriety and feel that rehab is appropriate for the start of your journey , then make the trip here!

Wonderful councelors and director or the facility, wonderful program, and amazing help in the areas that you need to help better your life. I successfully completed their program there and it has helped me better my life not just with drugs and alcohol, but with effective communication, ways to deal with stressful situations and how to interact with people on a day to day basis. Will always recommend this recovery center. Its been 5 years since I've been there, and it's also been more then that since I've been in trouble or had problems with drugs or alcohol. Smaller facility but that just means it has a more connected approach to each person that goes there. Highly recommend to anyone!

Truly a great place and anyone who says otherwise simply did not truly try and trust the program. Thanks to the staff and the environment I learned so much skills when it came to dealing with others, negative emotions, cravings and overall life in general not to mention they have helped me become 107 days sober and I plan to continue this journey. If your child is having trouble seriously think about this program it can do wonders but only if they truly want it to.

I would like to start this review by saying that the medical staff is absolutely amazing, I feel very comfortable with the providers there and they have always made me feel seen and listened to my concerns. However, the office staff is absolutely terrible. I take a medication that is considered a controlled substance so l have to call every month to get a refill. every single month I start calling about 3 to 4 days before I need a refill and have to leave multiple voicemails every day, without anybody ever reaching out to me. The only time I'm ever able to get in contact with them is if one of them happens to answer the phone, and then they proceed to tell me that they have received my voicemails. If you received my voicemails, how come you're not calling me back? Three months in a row I have had to go days without my medication because the office staff does not answer the phone or return my calls. every time I'm in the office I'm the only one there, and the person at the front desk is sitting there listening to the phone ring, so I'm sure that's what happens every time I call. most recently, I called and left voicemails two days in a row and on the third day finally got someone to answer the phone and she told me that my medication might not be refilled on time because my doctor isn't in the office that day. I know my doctor isn't in the office that day, which is why I had called the two days that he was in the office and left multiple voicemails. when i came in for my visit after this incident, the woman at the front desk was on the office phone gossiping. when i shared all of this with my doctor, i was told that almost all of the patients have had similar experiences and the best way to get someone to answer the phone is to call repeatedly until someone answers because leaving a message won't do any good. why are multiple patients having the same (very fixable) issue with nothing being done about it? I absolutely love my doctor here but unfortunately the office staff makes it almost impossible to consistently get my meds every month.

Since transferring from Saginaw due to move, nothing but disappointment and frustration with this clinic. Apathetic, rude staff and employees. Very difficult to reach anyone when you have an issue.
