I walked in Fairland Center on January 24th, 2006 and was introduced to recovery and have been clean ever since. The staff were incredibly empathetic, compassionate, loving, and caring. My experience with Fairland was one of the most welcoming and nurturing experiences by far. The place is ran by a few former addict's that have been through addiction and overcome addiction through Fairland. I like the fact that I can talk to an addict that has been through the struggle of addiction not just some snobby educated person who never been through addiction nor understand enough to express addiction unless it's they're on assumption looking from the outside in. If there's any active attic that struggling with addiction I would recommend falling as a straighten up and fly right route.

They definitely fixed up the place , no more beeping thermostat, no more wall paper pealings, feels less dark , the doctors room is the old waiting room and less cramped , it feels much more open, they got rid of the rugs and got nice bright colors, wood floor adds to welcomeness of the walls that were re painted, and though I do not know if it is permanent I hope it is great job fixing up the place :)

My overall experience with Tuenin Point and next step was exslant. Each and everyone of the staff members were awesome. Wanted to share my latest experience here at Oxford. I did have some reactions to the detox meds and instead of taking any chances they sent me to the emergency room in Oxford to get checked out as I am a previous stroke victim. I appreciated the concern on my behalf the medical staff had for me.
And I want to give a special shout out to Michelle Lytham who was the person they sent to pick me after after I was cleared at the hospital. She remembered me from another time I was a client her and met me with a huge smile and was very concerned. On the ride home she went on and on about making sure I was ok. They are lucky to have her on staff. Also my therapist Sabrina and my case manager Monica are going above and beyond to try to see that I do not return unless I'm coming to speak as an alumni.
Also was happy to see Barry in the morning meetings. Such an insightful guy when it comes to addiction and addressing the clients in a knowledgeable and fun way. Oxford is lucky to have him as well.
I guess I shouldn't expect that a 35 year addiction would go away easily.
But as some people say
"third times the charm" I know much better this time what not to do after leaving. Hope to come back as an experienced speaker. Much love to all

Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. If you're seeking to enhance your quality of life and need assistance with managing various challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and more, this is the place to turn to. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I don’t agree with people saying that team of professionals don’t really help. Truth be told that if you’re going anywhere expecting someone to fix you then that is the root of the problem. You have to WANT to help yourself first, putting in the hard work that it takes before anyone can help you. My experience with them was exceptional and far surpassed my expectations. Making the decision to seek their help was one of the best choices I've made in selecting my healthcare team. The fact that my family and friends have noticed changes in my behavior and actions demonstrates their expertise and effectiveness. I've never encountered a facility where so many therapists, the doctor, nurse, and administrative staff work seamlessly as a cohesive team. Elizabeth, Rob, Laura, Star, Stuart, Jennifer, Trina, Mitch, Danielle, Shelby, and Justin will make things happen for you, again, if you’re putting in the work! Their administrative team, Angel and Andrea are the absolute BEST! Their nurse, Monica has me remembering my medications by memory including the dosages/frequencies. And Dr. Raj is authentic, he listens, and will keep it real with you. I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.
