Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health in an excellent place to go for counseling they provided me with the necessary tools to cope with my problems and keep fighting to overcome my condition. Thanks to the help that I receive here now I'm a new person, full of energy and with the determination to change and leave behind my dark past.

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutesthe nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

Services are good. Staff are nice. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that it's Friday 3:52 pm and they are closed. They're not supposed to close until 5

I went here for years and they helped me so much with my depression and panic attacks. Now I have moved and im a mess without fcc

Great place. Amazing food and the entertainment was stunning if not a little crude.

Poplar Bluff may have not made me recover fully but at least they showed me how to have total control of my body, a great experience which showed me recovery is possible.

I don't know anything about this place because there are no reviews. If you have been in business for over 30 years, you would expect tons of reviews. I don't know, makes me wonder where they all are or went.

One of the better places for care , it ha de gotten better that before , still is some work !!!!.

Love having VA services locally. Seen quickly-short waits. Offers virtual appointments if you're unable to make it to a scheduled appointment. So convenient.

While waiting on my husband, the clinic had an influx of people coming in with various needs. The staff at the window were so patient, understanding and kind to each and every person. They understood the urgency of each person s need. I am so impressed by the level of professionalism shown by these people. Amazing job!!!

At Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health I received the most excellent professional care and quality service. I really believe that this facility Is a great source of help to the state of Missouri, they are truly lifesavers. I will be grateful to them forever!

My grandson and I have had a wonderful experience with Hometown. The therapists, psychiatrists and office staff are always available and ready to address questions and/or concerns. I am so glad we were able to work with Hometown during many difficult transitions. I would highly recommend Hometown Behavioral Health services!

My daughter is receiving great care from Hope and has made great improvements with her problems.

My Care Coordinator, Mary is BEYOND excellen!! She helps me with mental health relaxation techniques, resources, medical paperwork, etc. She got me on Medicaid and got me signed up for EBT, by helping with the forms. She sees me weekly, and is so helpful! She's become an important part of my life over the years, and has helped tremendously in my mental health care!! She's a great listener, with empathy and helps to find solutions that work for you. My Counselor, Linda is kind, very open-minded, a FANTASTIC listener, and is such an important part of my healing as well. She helps keep me accountable to my goals. My Psychiatrist, Dr.Kahnuja is extremely perceptive, and he works with my other Doctors in my treatment, and with labs, etc. He really listens to what I need, and he's really easy to work with. He always asks about my Mom, who has dementia. They all do! That means a lot!! They're all very compassionate, understanding, patient and they work together to help their patients. I've had bad experiences in the past, but this place is a whole new world in comparison to the past. They have a clubhouse for us to attend with apparently many activities and trips sometimes, I've heard. I've never attended. They give you tools, resources, talk therapy, medicine, if needed, etc. They go by your income, and it's free if you are low enough. They also have a program that will pay for mental health medications, if you have no income, or if it's low enough to fit into whatever their guideline parameters are. They have many other programs too, including housing, if you fit their guidelines, I think you have to get disability or something to qualify. Just advocate for yourself, don't be afraid to ask. I've had a PHENOMENAL experience with my team, and I can't vouch for all of the employees, but the ones I've had contact with, they're all great and indispensable to my mental health care!!Take care,Amanda Heath

Very sweet people and amazing therapist I also enjoy talking to janelle she answers the phone so politely. 10/10 recommend.

I LOVE this place. The Dr. Didn't do the " let's try just whatever medicine until it's right". I really like him he's a great Dr. And I love my counselor they are both very nice and caring and very helpful I have came a long way in progress and have only been going a few months. Even the nurse and everyone in the office is very nice.
