It's a refreshing change, as someone who uses a wheelchair, to be met by the valet who offer assistance in assisting in taking the chair from my trunk without feeling rushed. Being welcomed by friendly staff at reception, offering not only directions but assistance if needed. The support staff makes visiting a healthcare facility less stressful with their welcoming supportive demeanor.
