I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. She always points out the positives in any situation and has a soft & loving way of talking through anything negative. Aside from her loving & professional style of counsel, she has degrees and certificates that make her more than qualified for the job. Out of all the facilities in the area that assist with medicated outpatient addiction treatment, AMS is the cleanest, most qualified and most professional.

I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. This clinic has changed my life for the better without a doubt and for that I am forever in the debt of those who played a role, even the secretary Heather is freaking awesome. Amazing staff, great atmosphere and professional all the way. I have a VA office ten minutes away from my house, however I rather take the 1hr drive to Vineland. They make you feel at ease, heard and welcome.

In 2021 Extremely difficult to get help, was hung up on after being put on hold for 20+ minutes... As of 2023 5 stars, great improvement has been made.

I am fully aware that each veteran's situation is unique despite having the commonality of service and sacrifice to infinitely varying degrees. Challenges and struggles may be shared, but the first, second, and third order effects of said challenges and struggles will always be unique to the individual and their circle of family and friends. So, with that said, I am stating that my experience is my own. And my experience at this clinic, as well as with the community care resources outside of the clinic, have been nothing but positive and fruitful. Have there been hiccups and issues that needed communication and action taken to remedy? Of course. But the quality of care that I have received from the team here, the Wilmington team, and the community care team has been exemplary and without criticism. I am grateful to far too many people to list here, but I can say without hesitation that each and every team member here has treated me with respect, empathy, and concern for my well being. Again, I will reiterate that each veteran's situation is unique. I am a Group 1, 100% disabled veteran with 29 years of service in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier. I enjoy the benefits of this priority group. Every veteran's service is beyond a written value, but veterans that fall into other priority groups may have to deal with longer wait times for appointments, have to pay co-pays, etc. This is the nature of the system, unfortunately. But priority levels and the according actions are necessary for this system to work. These good people have historically been underfunded and overworked. They do the best that they can for all of us. As a recommendation for my fellow veterans, I implore you to file claims for your likely worsening service-connected conditions and ailments. Stay the course and hold the line. If you are denied in the process, reapply. Work with a VSO that lights a fire on your behalf. Take advantage of all available resources provided by the VA. Many are free to you, needing only your participation to provide benefit. Stay the course. Regards to my brothers, sisters, and the teams that serve us now. Shelly

i usually hate calling anywhere to make appointments because whoever answers the phone sounds like they just want to hurry up and rush to do whatever they need to do or just don’t have very pleasant attitudes. Donna answered my call and set up my appointment and she was very sweet and helpful! I’ve been nervous about going back to therapy but she made that first step very easy for me. She was amazing!

I’ve been working with Karen and Jacki at life enhancement for over 20 years. If you’re looking for the best treatment for your love one for aftercare this is the place that I would recommend. They helped countless clients of mine in a caring and professional manner. The treatment there is top notch!!!

I contacted Associates for Life Enhancement about some issues I was having. I had the pleasure of speaking with Karen Kerr. During our conversation it was determined that Karen’s office was too far for me to travel to. She went out of her way to help me find another counselor in my area that I could speak with. She cared enough to help me. You don’t find or hear of many people going out of their way to help you today. I really have to commend Ms. Kerr for her kindness and compassion. I sure wish I was able to see her, from the moment I spoke with her I really felt a connection.

The front desk staff is very professional and personable. The intake person Ms. 'Q', was very knowledgeable, and gave me additional information for my issues.

My daughter has recently been in different facilities. Because she lost two family members. Facing depressions and other kind of horrible stuff But this facility. Staff. Really had my daughter do a 360 turnaround. It's the best place that she was in. I can't thank them enough. They are very educated in what they do. And i'm very thankful for them to bring my daughter back to. How she was. Keep up the good work

I have been seeing Juanita over one year. She is amazing, she cares. This has been the issue I have seen with most therapist, that they don’t care but she does. She has a lot of compassion for people and is available when I have needed her. I definitely recommend her.

I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.
