The group quickly became like family, providing camaraderie and encouragement that I had never experienced before. Since starting my journey here, I ve never felt better my self-esteem and confidence have skyrocketed, and I finally feel at peace with myself. AMS Recovery has changed my life, and I m forever grateful for the positive impact it has had on me.

I have been going here for a few years and have managed to get my life together and stay clean. This is the best option in the area if your looking to stay away from the bullcrap that goes on outside most of these places

Well, been going there for years, and have not had a bad experience with them yet, and they also back you up in life and make sure yours decisions are never a bad idea, unless it actually is a bad one, but never give up on your sobriety

Its a great place for recovery

I didn't complete my stay but at nobody else fault but my own, but I learned from people there during my stay which helped me get sober when I left.The people were out going and compasionate to my situation and did their very best with me. I feel if my head was in a better place I would if been fine. But every worker their was good to me gave decent conversation and did not treat me any type of way.

When in JERSEY

The staff is very professional and offer personal help to each individual. Seabrook has vast resources to help with recovery from addiction/mental health issues. I would highly recomend any individuals seeking help to contact Seabrook

Not a bad place if u want to get clean

This is hands down the best place I've ever been to. The counselors and employees are great. Also the food is so good better than any other rehab I have gone to.The Chef prepares the best tasting food. A special thanks to Jazzy jazz- absolutely amazing - she really treated me well..She motivated me to start writing poems again as well as Ms Sherry. my couseor Ashley was very helpful and she really cares. I am now in the outpatient program which was set up by Maryville and I am happy and that peace. There's ANGELS surrounding this place

I have been in and out of this treatment center numerous times, but they always welcomed me back with open arms. Now I m able pay it forward and take someone so precious to me here to start their journey. I had to do a drop off and a man Kirby helped me and was just so kind. It s little things. Kirby & the rest of the Maryville family thank you so much for never giving up on me and taking care to my loved one! I can t express my gratitude enough.

BCR saved my life. Today I have 3 years sober and it is thanks to the amazing staff at BCR. I hope one day I can help people just like they helped me. 10/10 recommend this treatment facility

They are going to help if you want help if not then you get what you put in. You can lie to all clinics to get what you want these people just don't pretend you're not going to get raised they do what they're allowed to if you lied only use them you're going to get away with it if you want help or honest with them you can get help up to you they're all like that

Updated 2024 - Still grateful for ARS. The nursing & front window staff is incredible. THEY are who holds this place together & keeps it running smoothly. But since my original review, owners have taken on even MORE patients. I have gotten to a place where I only go 2 xs a month. So doesn't affect me as much as it will newer patients. But still wanted to make a note of it.I have to start out saying ARS is what you make of it. I have been on this program for many years (that is MY journey, maybe not yours) but i have YET to have ANY issues with staff abusing power. A legit 10 + years and not ONCE has anyone abused their power w me. *IF YOU* Come and do what you are SUPPOSED to. LEAVE when u are done. Stop using (u have time to adjust.) Give clean drug tests. Dont cause chaos & drama. Treat everyone how YOU like to be treated. You should NOT have any problems. *But...If you* Befriend all the slackers w no jobs doing nothing w their lives still. Chill in parking lot for an hour (or until kicked out by security.). Make BFFs w other patients that are STILL living dirty. Find yerself a boyfriend or girlfriend that is still using OR new in recovery also. Basically if you treat this place A SOCIAL EVENT/ dating app - Yes, you WILL have issues & time there WILL suck.I do agree w/ one of the posters before me...it WAS better in Sommers Point. When we moved locations they took on WAY too many patients. When I started there was a little over 200, now there is 3 TIMES PLUS that. Staff doesnt have the time they need & have WAY too much on their caseloads. Granted, Dr.Roth is a SUPERHERO. He will gonabove and beyond for you if he knows you are doing the right thing.But for a PRIVATE (aka for profit) facility, I DO expect to get what I NEED out of it. At OVER $100 a week per patient + payouts for things we accomplish (i.e. groups, sessions, ect) it would be nice to have the community feel we once had here. It was SUCH a great place when the staff wasnt overloaded. And I mean GREAT. I understand this IS FOR PROFIT clinic but it's started to get that "state funded" feel. I mean, obvi this IS a BUSINESS, but still. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. I have moved many times for work in life so have been to 5 diff clinics. State funded AND private. I picked this place BACAUSE it was privately owned.It's STILL a great place, and i am grateful for it. Don't get me wrong... but if u knew how much better it was run BEFORE the move -you'd understand.Again-Stay away from the slackers & drama queens/kings. Do what you are supposed to do. Give clean drug tests, Go to at least 1 group OR see yr councelor for alternate ways if u have a career/work days. GET A JOB or go to school & make something of yourself. Nothing will change if YOU don't. JUST KEEP ALL THIS IN MIND.IT IS 80% WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT AT ARSXO Jess

Met me where I was and was very understanding and encouraging. I was accepted into the program as where I was not accepted into another program without going inpatient despite my circumstances. I am very grateful. Today, about 4 months later, my life is so much different and going in the right direction. I am making progress everyday.
