This place is a life-saver and purpose adjuster. Between the intricately constructed SOARfit, yoga/meditation, group modality, and their staff (literally every employee), they will help you stay on the spiritual beam of life and hold you accountable. SOARfit demands a lot of the client and pushes you to do your best. Limits and boundaries are respected, and the optimism/positive attitudes of both the staff & clientele are contagious. Easily the best IOP program I've ever encountered. Your experience will be defined by the effort you put into it, so I'd recommend giving it your all. I have nothing but positive things to say about Seafield. It basically saved my life and has guided me to a much healthier and happier way of living. I have 1 year sober, and I give much credit to this facility for getting me so where I am today. From the West Hampton rehabilitation center, to the women’s sober house, to the outpatient counseling and meetings, it has been nothing short of wonderful and life changing. I have acquired so much from the amazing counseling and people that work here, the way you feel accepted and understood is profound.
