The emergency department here took very good care of my wife and considered her needs and comfort during her stay.
On a side note, whoever is in charge of culinary services has a better grasp on salinity than most restaurant chefs. Nice work on the shepherds pie and ratatouille over quinoa. I would have rather eaten both of those things again over some recent meals I’ve had out.

I attended 3 months ago and LICR was the most hospitable place From the moment I walked in the front door to the day I left the front door. Every faculty members from the bubble , to the owner and the counselors. Melanie stands out as one who made every patient feel like they were special to her. I took up yoga because of LICR and their amazing instructors. I made some good friends there which I have been in touch with since leaving.
Speakers were very helpful and insightful.
This facility never lacked the caring for it's members. As I told my Exit counselor. I feel I let them down if I would return. Their reply...we are very sure you won't.

Thank you LICR! This place saved me. I was in a bad way and with the help of LICR staff and community, I have been able to continue to stay sober for just over 1 year now. The food, kitchen staff, bedrooms, and facility was really incredible. The experience was no walk in the park, pretty brutal actually but it lead me to recovery!

I couldn't stay the full 28 days but this was not LICR's fault ... To be honest ive never been to a facility where the people cared so much about their patients. The service was above and beyond these people never told me no . They listened to my concerns and bent over backwards to try and get me to stay ... I can honestly say that ive never been treated better . The food was amazing ,The staff was friendly and accommodating and I really hope each and everyone there reads this review and understands that im extremely grateful for letting me part of such a wonderful program

I have been coming here since they opened. It's a very clean, new office. They have a lab on site and if you go in the A M they send your blood draw up to VA North Port and the lab work is ready the next day for your appointment at North Port VA.

The staff at the Bayshore CBOC is phenomenal. The doctors and nurses truly care for the Veterans. Despite limited funding pay freezes and hiring and now furloughs they still get the job done, thank you! Hooah!

Amazing Acute Reahab Center. They helped with my hip recovery and I always felt that they really cared about me. Hopefully I'll never need them again but would recommend them to anyone. Also the food is great!!!

Excellent rehab Hospital. I came here to rehab after my back surgery. Very professional! The PT and OT sessions really got me back on my feet. I had 3 hours a day while under the care of doctors and nurses. Everyone is very nice and cared about my welfare. I saw many hospital administrators who wanted to make sure I was happy with my rehab. Social worker was awesome. I even saw the VP of rehab medicine who I felt, was genuinely concerned for my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about this Rehab facility. The whole Catholic Health group is fabulous. The employees are to be happy working here. Even the food is great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

It's very convenient to travel here, and the physical therapy is superior to the VAMC in Northport. There is ample parking close to the building.

Ive been going to this location for years. I have always had great service there. The lady in the lab is awesome! My primary care Doctor Kim is great as well! It is a closer drive for me rather than the long trip to Northport. Overall i am grateful for my VA medical benefits. Thanks!

I have found a great therapist and nurse practitioner in Chris and Siji. They are friendly and truly care about my progress. Together we have explored TREATMENT plans ..... giving me the discipline to tackle my BIPOLAR and ALCOHOLIC issues. I went here years ago I was on C unit and F unit..It was 1994-1997 we went trips on Thursdays. Had the lions club throw Christmas parties. Harry legette and Jeannie Lavalle. Was at this hospital years ago C unit. This was 1996 it was a huge hospital . I went to the infirmary before C unit. I remember Jeanie Nick Cora Bill and the trips to Toys R us. It was a good experience for me and my family. Glad this hospital is still open. One of the few they didn't close over the years. G unit code three G unit code three seems like yesterday.

I have been a patient at this program for nearly a decade, first starting in 2015 when I was in a very dark place. At that time, my attendance was inconsistent and I wasn’t ready to fully commit to recovery, yet the staff and Dr. Tuzel remained patient and supportive.
In 2020, after returning from inpatient treatment, I was given a new care team that has been truly life-changing. My counselor, Cindy Cisneros has been an incredible source of guidance and support. Over the past five years, she has helped me work through both my substance use and the deeper underlying issues, always taking the time to ensure I feel heard and understood.
My prescribing nurse practitioner A.Coriolan aka Andy has also been an essential part of my progress. He has worked with me carefully and consistently over the years to find the best treatment plan, and his dedication has been vital to my recovery.
Today, I am proud to say that I’ve gone from being a lost young man to a productive, ambitious, and sober adult. I am deeply grateful to this program and its staff for helping me rebuild my life.

I am a patient of B.E.S.T. treatments and all I can say is how grateful I am for my therapist Jacklyn, who has helped me along the way in every aspect to catch any curve ball thrown my way. Within 4 months she has been very supportive of me and has helped me tremendously attain my goal of bettering my self and achieving my sobriety. I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with any drug or alcohol issues to get into the best counseling and hopefully end up with Jacklyn as their therapist!! The therapist and nurse practitioner are wonderful. I know that people with mental issues want to need help. My family member asked for help. So far, this group has been excellent, and I see marked improvement. I have nothing but praise for this group and I feel comfortable with them. Again, I read the reviews, and years ago, I went through this kind of therapy with another family member who, no matter how we tried to help, it was always someone else's fault. I am eternally grateful to the kind folks at Mather Mental Health clinic. When I was unwell, I knew I really needed the help, but at the same time I wasn't sure if I'd get better. Sure enough, here I am years later, writing a review that I feel so much better now! I'd worked with several other therapists before landing at Mather, and I have to say that these people are the best. Most of all, Clara. I'm very, very thankful for the opportunity to work with her and to get better.

I'm glad I went to Mather Mental Health Clinic. I've been treated there since January of this year(2020). I've honestly done a complete 180 since I started.
When I started my treatment at the clinic, I felt hopeless, I didn't want to live anymore, I felt like everything I did was never good enough.
I've always known I needed help but I was too stubborn to do anything about it. I kept saying, "I'm fine. I will be fine." Obviously I was not fine.
Thanks to Clara, the doctors and group, I have control over my life again. They've given me tools that I can use for the rest of my life. I know that there will be bad days, that's part of life. But now I know how to handle them better than before I received help.
I'm moving out of state and I wish I could still see them all on zoom but unfortunately their policy doesn't allow it.
Special thanks to Clara, Dr. Patel, Dr. Qadri, Alexandra and our group. You are all amazing. Thank you for all your help ❤ I'll miss you all!

I used to live in a tent for years. My nights were fearful. I had to worry about being attacked, robbed or bitten by raccoons. I'd leave the tent to hang out in a starbucks or a library to have something to do. I prayed to God and I didn't understand how I ended up with nothing after a life of helping family and friends. Then Concerns gave me shelter and it's a place I can afford. I don't feel banished, or like an outcast anymore.

As a social worker, I referred highly functioning patients to Kenneth Peters for substance use and I can say that I never received negative feedback. I had patients whose lives were changed because of this program. I work with other clinicians and none of them experience any unprofessional behavior from the staff.

I can't remember more I forgot my teacher's name and the teacher's aid always helping me out and giving me candy. I was in the softball team and volleyball too. I miss that place.. Yes it was difficult at the beginning because of the bullying but it stopped.. but those left then the ones that stayed we were ok.. I attended M.H. in July 1980 I was in group 5. My group was awesome It was a little scary run by nuns and being Lutheran and not a church person but I did it. Made friends there but lost contact with some but 1 friend we keep in touch through FB. M.H. was I place I needed at the time. You go to school so we wore uniforms no biggie. When I was there it wasn't a bad place I mean I missed my family but I needed help. I don't know what it's like now but it's what you put into it to make it work.

I was here for about a month getting IV treatment for sepsis. All of the nurses on the second floor, Virginia’s crew, were very attentive to my needs. Being in a hospital bed for quite a while and had serious back pain. Virginia is in charge and she is right on top of everything! Pete, the floor doctor/nurse was fantastic also. Any questions I had medication wise, he was quick to answer them. The ladies in PT came up to my room every day, even though it was very difficult for me to get out of bed and come down to the gym and push myself. There was some days I could not get out of bed, but they were persistent and fantastic also. Shantel The director of social services was very friendly and accommodating also. I don’t care who you are. It’s not a great experience being In rehabilitation for that long. But the entire staff are true professionals, and I respect every one of you. And everybody who works here tries to make your life a little easier. I would’ve gave five stars except for the food! LOL.

In the final chapter of my father, Charles Piffard’s life, we were blessed with the care and compassion of an extraordinary team at Affinity. There were a few members of the team that really made a difference. RN’s Jenn Dowling and Pedre Pierre, alone with CNA’s Maleita Osbourne and Elsie Lindor, cared for my father not just with medical skill, but with humanity, patience, and deep respect.
Jen, Pedro, Maleita and Elsie each played a vital role in helping my father maintain his dignity as his strength faded. Their attentiveness, kindness and quiet strength brought comfort not only to him, but to our entire family. They treated him as a person, not just a patient- with kindness and compassion
Each of them has a heart of gold. We are forever grateful for their care, their grace, and the way they honored my father’s life through the tenderness of his care. He told me before he passed that it was important for him to have been at Affinity because it was there that he learned the love of strangers.
The team’s dedication went beyond duty, in time of grief, their presence was a blessing; the kind that leaves a permanent mark. We will be forever grateful.

I've received great support from north well after suffering slight pyschiatric symptoms. Some of the staff I'd like to thank. They have assisted me in some capacity. Both the inpatient and outpatient provided outstanding care and help with my overall health, supporting my privacy and dignity throughout the whole process. Francesca iocono, Dr. Matthew's, Dr. Lee, Dr. McKeon, Heather, Jenna, Angela, Shannon from rec therapy, Dr. Delgado, smoking cessation aides, nurse Michelle, Carly, Janae, Melissa Morgan. I really like this program and find it super helpful for my depression. The groups usually go by fast and have great prompts and different ways of thinking and very nice and knowledgeable people running it. They don’t make you share or participate if you don’t want to, my only critique would be they should probably call on people to participate and share ( and of course allow them the option to say no I don’t want to share) because most of us are willing to participate and just need to be prompted but will never volunteer on our own

I left this program yesterday 6/22 and it was nothing but an amazing journey. The therapists/social workers and doctors are so in sync with each other and it’s amazing.
