The staff is very friendly.

I visited the outpatient drug rehabilitation center and they are wonderful. So understanding of a very sensitive subject.

Nurse Lamphere (in the ER) was probably the best nurse I’ve ever had in my life. I’m very nervous of a lot of things when it comes to entering the ER & he made my time there as stress free as can be. Thank you Mr. Lamphere for all that you do!!!!

I was taught what i was needed for my recovery, they stuck by me when i thought I wasn't able to pull through. The team was great for me when I needed to talk they were there. Don't get me wrong i fought the whole time i was there it wasn't easy, but with help and therapy, I found out why I was abusing my body and family. As of today I am 1 year 6 months clean.

I have been in this program for a time now and am grateful for the help I receive. The staff that I deal with are very helpful and polite and keep me going each day. The residence where I reside through the program is awesome too. I am truly grateful for them helping me through my mental illness. The first meeting at Mohawk Place went well and the application process went smooth.

I had zero issues with this clinic. Everyone as extremely polite and particular. In and out for lab work in 15 minutes. Someone picked up the phone as soon as I called and I was able to get in for an appointment fairly quick.

The Staff works efficiently to successfully meet all needs, fill last minute prescriptions when I forget, move appointments when I have trouble sleeping and just don't have it in me to make it. They constantly refer programs that will assjst me, they make every effort to remind me of my appointments. Louis, the secretary always either answers, or returns my call in a timely manner. Overall , this is an exceptional facility, and it is far more warm and welcoming than other clinics or the VA hospital.

Good service for NA

I was here for aftercare from st marys intensive out-patient treatment downstairs. I was able to work through many of my past issues that made me self medicate with alcohol. I was diagnosed with Chronic depression & Alcoholism since the age of 13 and was 40 years old at the time of my treatment. I was put on meds(anti depressants) and did group & one on one counseling and many A.A. Meetings & I celebrate 13 yrs sober January 3, 2020. I am in college now to get my CASAC(alcohol drug abuse counseling degree at fmcc)and hopefully give back to the recovery program by helping others who still suffer. There is hope & help, Remember a closed Mouth will not get fed, speak up and ask for help.

Great counselors, the doctor and nurse are great too. Dr. Maslak is kind and caring. I have never been rushed during appointments. I owe a big part of my life to the staff at the Gloversville office. Rob, Glen, Lane, Beth, Dr. M, Bill, Sheryl, and the Nurse (not all current employees)

The Purcell house is full of staff who truly care about your well-being👍🏿

I was there back in 98-99 and really started working a program when my county decided that hey had Tx for me there and within 6 weeks I went back out, came back in again and again until mid 2002. I still remember my counselor at Purcell, Andrew saying that everything I lost due to alcohol and/or drugs will come back to me in a bigger, better form and he was so right! I am so happy to see Purcell House is still there-just not so happy why it needs to be! Thanks

Healing Springs is a welcoming recovery community resource center serving those in recovery, substance users seeking recovery, and family dealing with loved ones with substance-use problems and issues. The center offers a plethora of programs for those in recovery including 12-steps (AA, NA, MA, OA, CODA), All Recovery, and Refuge Recovery. It also offers different guided activities including Recovery Writing, painting, and jewelry making. Community activities include gardening, Saturday coffee and chat, fishing, and bowling. The center is staffed by both volunteers (many of whom are in recovery) and professional Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs). Some of the Center's CRPAs specialize in areas of family, veterans, incarceration, and hospitalization. Positive energy flows throughout the center and all of the programs which are offered. The Center is NOT a rehab, however it does provide information to those seeking rehab facilities. Come in. Sit down. Enjoy a cup of fresh-brewed coffee. Chat with someone. Feel the good vibes.

This place is a gift to our community! Lillian, Stacey, and all the staff go above and beyond to help not only the person struggling but the family. They work endlessly to get the resources you need and are always there to talk or help in anyway. Healing Springs and their staff are such a gift!!

Very structured facility. Counselors were very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. "Sparc Guilderland", Lending A Hand When You Don't Have A Plan!!! 🙂

Food was pretty good. Counselors were alright. The ones that experienced addiction especially. The programs and groups, keep you busy. Which is good. On good days get to play Cornhole and go outside for walks. The new patio is beautiful outback.

Get place helped me to remain sober

This place is the reason I am A YEAR clean right now. Days I wanted to run away because nobody at my age wants to be told what to do ,now I see it was the only way I would make it.

You guys were always handy and never disappointed me, even though sometimes I felt like giving up. Thank for your understanding.

This place is nothing short of wonderful. It’s a place that will bend over backwards to help a client get back on their feet . Many similar types of clinics act as if the person struggling is just a number and treat them as such. However, Conifer Park practices compassion and patience and helps the person gain recovery from the addiction. The staff is introduced to the client at that persons worst then they help that person battle their demons and regain their dignity. I know all about rock bottoms and the trap doors they often hide, Conifer showed me how to elevate myself.

This place has saved my life!! This program gave me an out!! An out to that lifestyle of live fast die hard mindset using drugs had taken everything from me and I almost lost my life from a blood infection called MRSA and now I live in a wheelchair with a SCI (spinal cord injury) I could’ve given up and trust me I almost did but being on methadone and going to the clinic has breathed life into me!! I live a very simple happy life now and I wouldn’t want it any other way!!!

Hi, I’ve been on method on most of my adult life on and off. I’ve raised two children back-and-forth with method. I’ve never been in a program like this everyone there has treated me with empathy and kindness. Last week. I walked in, obviously an agony with two broken ribs, no paperwork no hospital records within minutes I walked out. I was treated with such respect and grace that I cried for two days as an addict we always get treated poorly always so it’s a given so when we are heard and it’s obvious and they feel us it’s paramount it puts you in a different space and time in your life and you realize You deserved this treatment all along I thank you kind of for Park. You are now my catalyst to begin a new journey, Cecile. I have 7 broken ribs and 3 of them were broken in 2 different places the Drs were amazed because I still went to work!

Ever since I first met this place.When I came to program and such, then they were the most friendly place ever and always cared for me and help me in my life.My housing my meds my doctor my therapy my program my friends I met, the peers and it's just been a great overall experience
